I took my puppy on Friday 04/06 and she passed away on Sunday 04/08 because the doctor failed to give her antibiotic. He gave her something orally on Friday which I thought that was antibiotic but when I called their office on Monday because she had passed away to verify whether the antibiotic was orally or a shot they told me they give it in a shot form. Well they never gave her a shot and the oral medicine was just d-worming. I called him to tell him that he never gave her a shot and he claimed he did and I was like well no you didn't and that's why my puppy passed away. He didn't show any remorse or even offer to give my money back. Do not take your pets there because he does not care and now I'm heartbroken because I spent $300 on test and medicine that I thought she received but she never did. My puppy could have lived if she had gotten the antibiotics but I will never know because he didn't do his job as a caring vet would do. He said he gave the shot and I wasn't paying attention. How would I not pay attention when I'm holding her in my arms? How did I miss you giving the shot when I never let her down? Why would I lie about something like this? For what??? She passed away because you didn't give her what she needed and I paid for the antibiotics. I trusted them to care for my puppy and they failed to do something that was so important that could have saved her life. Please DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!!!! Took my two Chorkie's to the groomer for the first time, worse grooming job I ever saw. My little dogs looked like an amateur did it, their fur was a chopped up mess. I would not recommend or will go back. My smallest dog is 2.5 lbs. her head area was cut short and body full, very disproportionated I would not advise anyone to use this service here. Great Experience took American Staff and my Pit Bull Dalmation mixed for a four day stay. Was running late but they stayed over after closing time to ensure the dogs were comfortable. VERY pricey! $120 for a not even 5 minute visit with the vet and a shot. Said my cat had a heart murmur but didn't give me any warnings signs to look out for. The lady at the front desk was very nice but the vet made me feel very rushed, they literally left the room without saying anything. I left with a lot of unanswered questions. Read Less
