I haven't written a Yelp review in forever but am totally inspired to write one for this clinic. Here's why. I have a 20 year old cat. Yeah, he's 20. I took him to a place closer to my house just for a quick rabies shot and they wanted me to do all of these tests, buy all of this expensive food, bring him in every 6 weeks, and made me feel badly when I basically declined all of that. THE CAT IS TWENTY. I am interested in keeping him as comfortable as possible, but that's it. I am positive this cat does not want me doing anything to prolong his life. He's not a human, he's a cat. He just wants to live out his last days as comfortably as he can. Also? The bill for that quick visit for the rabies shot was significantly higher than what I spent today at Crossings, where they completely understood and respected my wishes as they pertain to said cat. They gave him some fluids, some pain meds to help with his arthritis, and provided general guidance for his last hurrah. It is a good long drive for me to get to this clinic from my house but they do a great job and they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. Read Less

I used him many years ago when I was married. After a divorce my ex-wife took her dog there and didn't pay the bill. They put it on my credit report! That is just bad business and disgusts me that they would do this to my credit for a bill I have nothing to do with! Use a reputable company!!!! Read Less

I recently saved a couple rescue dogs from Town Lake and was recommended the Crossing Animal Clinic by a friend. They have the friendliest staff and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I have used Dr. May and his associates for almost twenty years and it's been a great relationship. The doctors are extremely kind, gentle and very knowledgeable with your pets. I had an older dachshund with back problems we had to put down. I couldn't hold her to tell her goodbye as she was in so much pain, so the doctor gave her a shot that totally relaxed her and I held her and comforted her for a bit, then they put her down. They treated Sophie and I with the utmost respect. The nurses and staff are very kind and always love on my pets and I have three. This place is great and I wouldn't trade for the world. Read Less
