Great experience with the vet, and most of the staff! The vet was awesome- she was very pleasant, trusted me on my knowledge and experience with my animal, and gave me several options before deciding on one that was best for me and my animal. My animals health and comfort was very clearly her priority. Definitely feel like the pricing was fair, and I didn't feel pressured to take more expensive routes. I do wish I hadn't heard one of them joke with the other about the type of animal I had and how they dislike them! But I have an unconventional pet, so I understand. Read Less

A wonderful, kind, and caring clinic. I took my dogs Dutchess and Donny there recently and they received excellent care at a fair and reasonable price. When I sent my records over from my prior vet, Dr. Wadhwani took the time to read pages and pages of notes to get to know my 12 and 14 year old dogs. Also, their hours are outstanding for a person like me who works during the day - they are open 7 days per week and till late on weekdays. Special thanks to tech Julia, and Dr. Torres as well who helped me when one of my dogs had a very bad chest infection. Highly recommended! Read Less

This place is abhorrent. I wasn't even seen. Saturday night my bird shows signs of severe stress, lethargy, unable to perch. Anyone who knows birds knows this is a very bad sign. Of course with it being Saturday night, no one is open, so I cross my fingers and we wait through the night. I don't know how he made it through the night in his condition but he did, even started to improve the next morning, however slightly. Wells Branch is one of the only clinics open on Sundays that sees birds, so I was in their door as soon as they opened at noon. Of course, the vet that sees birds wasn't in that day. Frustrating but understandable, I asked if they knew of anyone else. They made calls but no other bird vets in today. The receptionist and a vet tech tell me I can drop him off Monday morning (today), before I have to go to work, so the vet can see him before I come pick him up after six. They give me paperwork to fill out and send me on my way. I make the 40 minute drive again this morning to drop him off, and another girl tells me that he can't be dropped off. Um, WHAT? Apparently I would have to be in the room for the vet to look at my bird? I didn't know my presence enabled the vet to be a VET. I understand he might have had to be seen by a specialist, but the vet couldn't even look him over between appointments? Are you kidding me? This was an emergency situation and this clinic failed. They obviously need to train their staff so they're all on the same page, because this is UNACCEPTABLE. I was an hour late to work, since I had to drive home to drop my bird off before heading to work. Hopefully my bird makes it through the afternoon, and if he does, he will NOT be seen by this clinic. I'd like to point out that the first receptionist and the tech were very nice and helpful. They did what they could to see if anyone else was available and give me advice on what to do until he can be seen (BY THEM) the next morning. Props to them. Read Less

Was a tad skeptical of this place but took a chance with a discount from the Craigslist ad for a nueter for my cat Theo. Upon entering the parking lot the clinic basically looked like a duplex converted in to a clinic. Did smell a tad bit & the restroom needs an update or a deep clean. Lady i spoke to on the fone was sweet and set me up with the appointment. I was scheduled for a nueter & first time vaccines just be sure to double check all charges for the appointment. Small mishap with mine lucky i caught it and saved a bunch. One of the techs was a little pushy and was a little short on explaining things about the surgery. Kept recommending upcharges i did not want and blood work to be done. Again just double check all the charges. They took my Theo in around 7am & i had a bit of anxiety waiting till 5 because reading all the reviews. But they gave me a courtesy call in between to update me with his status. Which put me on ease .5pm came around & the evening crew were really nice & gave me a run down on after care. Been a week now & my Theo is super playful & the same cool cat. He had a speedy recovery. Much love to you all & thanks for taking care of him . **Update** we actually noticed a scar & scab on his right shoulder after 2 weeks. Called them & they wanted us to bring him in. (Which i would have to pay) Decided not to. although hes still a cool cat. Just beware. Not coming back.. 2 stars for SOME of the good workers Read Less

When we enter the front office the staff is always so professional, friendly and congenial clearly explaining all procedures and anticipated costs. Dr. Wadhwani called before the procedures to ensure we understood everything. When we picked-up Dr. Wadhwanit was there to go over everything as well. Took my cat in for annual shots. It cost 120 dollars for all their bs and my cat is entirely different. My cat is terrified of me, has been laying in a tightly curled up ball, and whimpers when he moves. He got a fecal(which I didn't approve of first and only found out later it was optional and extra money), and two shots. And he's so sad and in pain. He won't even let me sit on the same surface. I have to sit on the floor next to bed and just watch him lay there suffering. I tried to gently pet his head and he yelled and me and ran away to hide. This is torture and I'm never taking him anywhere that I am not fully in charge of again. Read Less

We've been her twice now and have another appointment booked for next month. I've had great service both times. Front end: The check in is long, everything is paper, but they were very patient and called my previous vet to forward old records for my dogs file. My cats check in took no time at all (returning client). Other staff: The vet techs are polite & patient. My cat peed all over himself and the tech brought me a towel to dry him off. My dog is fidgety and she had no problem with me holding her to keep her calm while they did fecal testing. Vet: She was very thorough with my cat and prescribed the flea medication we wanted. She wasn't particularly thorough with my dog, but we were addressing a skin condition to take care of before working on anything else. I explained what I had done before for her dermatitis and what worked for us and the vet was happy to prescribe similar medication. She did recommend a different flea medicine than usual, and when I was reluctant and asked why she didn't have an exact answer and had to go check, which threw me for loop because why opt for a different product with no reason why? Overall, I ended up getting what we needed and I'm perfectly content with the service. Read Less

A-OK in my book. A few little things that kind of bothered me, but overall, a positive, quick, and inexpensive experience. Yay's:1. Open 7 days a week with flexible hours- we were able to get in same day, on a sunday. For both my dogs. 2. The vet tech who was working with us was AWESOME. I think his name was Brandon (?) Sorry if I am wrong! He was very sweet with them, and even our skittish pup trusted him immediately. 3. Inexpensive visit. Our boy got an annual checkup with vaccines and worm tests, girlie got a checkup and it all cost us a grand total of $125. 4. Convenient location and easy to find, Very close to home :)Nay's:1. The lobby looked like it hasn't been swept in weeks. They have a sign in the waiting area that says 'fleas will be treated at owners expense' ... if it's a thing, sweeping wouldn't hurt. 2. Their filing system is not modern- everything is hard-copy- took about 20 minutes to get checked in because they had to scan, hole-punch, arrange and folder my dogs' medical records. 3. Another sign that didn't strike my fancy: "Please allow us to restrain your dog"... yikes!4. The vet- although very friendly, seemed very nervous around our dogs. When I asked questions, she answered them, but rather uncertainly. Overall, I'm glad this office is nearby our home and I don't see a problem with taking my dogs here for their annual visits and vaccinations. Read Less

The smell of urine anywhere is bad. The smell of old urine (ammonia smell) is what this place smelled like. It is dirty as well. I would have left to take my dog elsewhere immediately after entering the building but, I wanted her to be seen that day about her ear pain. I figured it would be a quick , hold your breathe & get in & out type of thing. I soon found out why this was the only place that could fit her in so quickly ( the same day). Beyond it being maintained like a nasty convenient store bathroom... The nurse/tech was the nurse cratchet of vet world. She was just cold & seemingly frustrated. The vet & I could not communicate well at all. I had to repeat myself 4 times once on a 2 word answer. The vet also wanted to look at my dog's ear debris under a microscope. When I questioned if that was necessary ( explaining that a previous vet did not have to look at the debris under a microscope to prescribe ear meds) he smiled & said no. I've made an appointment to take my dog elsewhere for a follow up appointment. A follow up appointment was not even advised by this place. I thought of that as odd. My dog had this same problem years ago. It was recommended that I follow up to be sure further care was not needed. I left with meds for my dog. That was the only plus of this adventure. (hopefully the Vet giving me a 2nd opinion agrees that I received the correct meds). Read Less

I'd like to start this review by telling the public, do not, I repeat do not take any animal that you love or care for to this establishment. I had a handful of issues on this day. Front Office Staff:1. I took my other dog to this location to have him fixed a few months back. Had a good experience which is why this visit shocked me so much. 2. I get to the office and my appointment was some how misplaced. 3. They couldn't find my information from the previous visit so I had to fill out completely new paperwork. Luckily, the ONE kind woman at the front desk was there to assist. 4. Staff member named Jessica was very rude and cast dirty looks the entire time making me very uncomfortable.5. I took my dog in for a bad hot spot on her neck, so obviously couldn't have a leash on her. After another dog came in, my dog went towards the other to smell and say hello (as dogs do, with or without a leash) Jessica, proceeded to brashly state, "AND THAT'S why dogs need to be on a leash"- I will not place my dog in any more pain than she needs to be and no one needs to be treated poorly for that. Jessica weighed my dog and walked off without saying anything. After she realized we weren't following, because we didn't know what we needed to do, she rudely demanded me to follow her into the room. 6. Jessica made this entire visit uncomfortable at the get go.7. This office does not feel clean. The Vet:1. Was very timid towards my dog and looked scared to touch her which made my dog uncomfortable and very timid which is not like her. She is a social butterfly and very kind. 2. Tried charging me almost 200 dollars for minor surgery. He coded shaving a dog as minor surgery, which he could provide me an explanation for. And then the visit, and then antibiotics. As again, all she had was a hot spot. 3. After being concerned about the price the vet could not provide me with the explanation for what and why they were billing what they were billing. 4. He tried lowering the price and charging me 125.00 dollars for only antibiotics and having me pay that and leave without actually treating my dog.5. The vet constantly tried to persuade me as to why I should do this but could not provide any explanation as to why. 6. Vet tried to have a blood panel done for another $200 7. I felt as though all they wanted was my money and not to help my dog8. I explained that I would've paid a high price if the experience and service would have been worth it. I took her elsewhere and she has now been treated but I am advising all to avoid this establishment at any cost possible. Read Less

We found this vet clinic in our neighborhood.  We had used Milwood Veterinary until they closed up years ago and then bounced around, really never finding a good fit.  We have dogs, cats, chickens and ducks.  The hours are great and they seem to genuinely care for our dogs and cats.  My husband fusses a bit about their charges.  For example the charged me two office visits for our two kitties that they saw at the same time.  I find if you ask they are open to discussion on things and willing to compromise and use coupons.  We had an 18 year old dog that they cared for the last 6 months of his life and helped us make decisions about his quality of life.  I can't say enough about their support and advice with his care.  They were there every step of the way with our family. Beware-Everything is an upsell at this vet. I took my dog here because my regular vet was booked for the next few days and I didn't want to wait to have my dog seen. There is a charge for everything that is normally included in a routine exam. The staff is very suspicious and I couldn't shake the feeling of distrust, especially after being told each thing they did was $20 on top of the office visit. Lastly, the medications prescribed are in a bag. Yes, a bag. A zip-loc type bag. I have many issues with this and top on my list is safety. There is a reason over the counter and RX aren't provided in bags. I will not be returning to this vet and I hope this review helps others make a more educated decision than I did. I had no shots, (rabies, distemper, etc.) and the visit cost me more than my annual routine checkup with yearly shots and blood work for my senior dog. Read Less

Adopting a quaker parrot from a woman who did not have time from him. I have had him about nine days now and wanted to take him to the vet to make sure he doesn't have any illnesses, parasites....etc. he has been in a fairly small cage for over a year now and it's plucking his tail feathers, I wanted to make sure that it was due to boredom and not a health issue before I let my kids handle him. I also wanted his wings clipped as I am trying to work with him and he was flying away and trying to be very dominant. I explained all of this over the phone and they assured me that the veterinarian would see him in do a full exam. When I got there I filled out the paperwork, that had nothing to do with birds but dogs and cats so I basically put N/A on everything. I waited in the exam room for a bit and the vet came in and talked to me briefly and explain that I have not had my bird long enough for her to be comfortable removing him from his cage. Mind you I have already been handling him at home. I explained this to her and explained again while I was there somehow she only thought I was there to get his wings clipped. I'm not sure if this was a misunderstanding from the front desk or what the problem was. She told me that he physically look healthy and that I need to leave him in his cage for a minimum of four weeks before trying to handle him or bring him out. She said at that point I can bring him back and she will see him but she felt like removing him from the cage would be too stressful. So that's great if my bird is sick or something is wrong I have to leave him by himself in the cage for four weeks? I don't think so. Then to top it off she thought she was going to charge me the fee for an exam, and I told her I did not feel that was fair because I was not getting any of the services that I scheduled. She told me she could charge me half of the exam fee because part of the exam was Consulting with me. I kindly explain that I did not drive 45 minutes from Hutto to be told my bird looks physically okay. I already knew that. Long story short I left and didn't pay because she finally agreed to waive the fee. Yesterday I took him to research pet and bird Hospital off of 183 and Austin and cannot say enough good things about them. They really truly know what they are doing and all the paperwork I filled out had to do with birds. They gave him a physical trim his wings filed his beak and filed his nails all while watching his breathing to make sure he did not get too stressed out. They also took a fecal sample and doing a gram stain to make sure he doesn't have a bacterial or yeast infection. They looked at his ears, listened to him with a stethoscope and more. And he did GREAT. So I guess my point is, if you're looking for someone to take your bird to, this is definitely not the place. It may be okay for a cat or a dog but my experience was not a good one. Wish I could give 0 stars. Their vet tech misquoted the price of blood work while in the exam room, and he could only give me a ballpark price (which was nowhere near accurate). The vet, the only vet at this clinic, Dr. W. seemingly lacked any compassion for the situation with my dying cat nor for the fact that I had a budget. She insisted on doing bloodwork and would give no opinion as to the issue based on her experience or education. When I told her I was on a strict budget it was like she tried harder to run up the price. After two days of bringing my cat in for basically hospice care she wanted to run bloodwork again to the tune of $140 (I believe, it may have been more than that. but no less). When I chose not to return to their office for my pet's care, their staff called me 3 times that day and once for the next three following days. It bordered on harassment. I was so emotionally spent at this point I chose not to speak with them and took my cat and my money elsewhere. Their hours are great but their service is so poor that wouldn't be reason enough for me to return. I spent over $500 there in the course of two or three days. I don't personally care about the condition or how new the building is if my pets are taken care of, but the stench in that building is unbearable. Lastly, I have to wonder why the vet Dr. W works 7 days a week? While I admire her drive, I question what issues she may have with money to take no personal time, and I have to question if that compromises her ability to care for animals properly. Just my two cents of course, but you couldn't pay me to return. Read Less

I have been taking my dog here since I moved here in 2014 for his shots and minor vet visits which all were ok. I recently got a new puppy and after my last two visits with him I will never go back. This is suppose to be a low cost clinic. Well, looking at my bills from my last two visits, there was nothing low cost about it and for nothing except offering me the most expensive treatment that "may not work" for an illness that they couldn't tell me the diagnosis when I asked... I will spend anything for my dogs but I want to know all my options and for what mine has there are a couple other safer, more effective and affordable ways to go about treating him according to my new vet (I made a 2nd opinion appt as soon as I left)...Also, I felt like I was being rushed out the door and that I was a bother when asking about my puppies after care. In the end everything seemed fishy to me... I've learned my lesson... Read Less

Ok, honestly I only went here because of the newspaper clipping. I thought eh how bad could it be? It was pretty bad. I guess you get what you pay for??? Hours are flexible and staff was nice. (Thats why I gave them 2 stars). The place smelled like a stinky barn and it just looked very unwelcoming inside. What really ruined my visit was the doctor; Dr. Wadhwani. She wasn't friendly and showed zero compassion. She didn't even come back to read our test results she had the tech do it! Never had I ever experienced something like this. I asked her if she could work with my budget and what was really needed. She rolled her eyes and sighed. IF I ever come back here, I refuse to see that doctor.. Read Less

Wells Branch & South Pet and Bird Clinic.I was very disappointed in care. I brought my cat in thinking he had an obstruction. Dr. Wadhwani gave him anesthetic and took x-rays. She said the x-rays didn't show anything and sent me home with a tube of hairball medicine and pills for stomach acid and asked me to return in 3 days. He was so sick I took him to the Austin Emergency Clinic the next day. The vet there felt of his stomach and told me she felt an obstruction. With no need for  tests, he had surgery that night and the obstruction was removed. Four weeks later he is recovered and doing great. I gave feedback to Well's Branch North office but never heard from the doctor or anyone. I spent over 400.00 on his visit. Read Less

I've been using Dr. Wadhwani as my Vet for the past 6 years. First for my elderly cat who lived to be 21 years old. Dr. Wadhwani was always kind and carrying. She always takes the time to explain everything and ensure all your questions are answered and you understand all your options. I've never felt rushed or like she didn't have time for me. On the contrary, I've left feeling guilty for taking up so much of her time. After our beautiful Rainbow passed away, I adopted a puppy and 8 months later, I decided to get her a sister. I now have two 15 month old female Border Collie/Lab mixes who are both rescues. Dr. Wadhwani has taken care of Sunshine since she was 8 weeks old. My Sofie was a year old when I got her. Every time we go to the Vet, I know we're getting the best care possible. Dr. Wadhwani isn't one of those doctors who tries to add on as much as she can to get as much money as she can. Quite the contrary, she tries to be as thorough as possible while also considering the fact that we have 2 dogs. She knows it gets expensive. Dr. Wadhwani is part of our family. We love her and we've very grateful for her love and care. We always recommend her to everyone we know. Dory, who's been on reception, at the front desk since we've been clients, has always been very sweet, accommodating and she always remembers all my girls. You can tell she really loves animals. She understands us being crazy animal parents who worry about our girls like anyone does their human babies. She's never met me feel crazy or wrong for having concerns, worries, etc. I truly appreciate her being there and being so kind and efficient. The office isn't fancy and brand new like some offices I've visited. That being said, I'd rather have a down home place that wasn't fancy with excellent care than have a fancy office with a doctor who wants to charge a fortune and only spend 10 minutes with me. No thank you! I'll stay with Dr. Wadhwani! Read Less

PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE This place is gross. Like so disgusting the first thing I said to my husband when we walked in was "Let's go." We decided to give it a chance (despite the smell and generally gross atmosphere) and waiting an hour before they took us back. When they finally got us into the closet size (LITERALLY CLOSET SIZE) room we waited some more, and a seemingly inexperienced assistant came in to take my cats temperature, who was freaking out because she could hear at least 2 other animals SCREAMING. 0 privacy, the vet (who was the only one who radiated any sort of professionalism) came in for maybe 3 minutes, gave us a prescription without telling us anything about it and then sent us on to the receptionist. As we waited, she was on a personal call and would answer the work phone and say  "hold" and switch back to her conversation about her lunch and how cold it was outside. The fact that I paid $70 to visit this garbage hole is frustrating and I'm hoping I can save someone else from this experience. Read Less

Please don't take your animals here, if you truly care.  This was once my regular vet, but I fired them a few years ago.  I'd taken my cats in for vaccinations, and immediately upon returning home, one of my cats began vomiting.  I called the office, and after telling the person on the phone what happened, they placed me on hold because a customer in the office "had a question about their bill."  This let me know their priorities -- money over actual care.   My cat is healthy and happy now, because I don't take her here anymore.  I called another vet immediately, and they advised that the shot given could cause reactions.  My cat could have died, but the other vet advised me over the phone on how to handle it.  The other vet who helped me was with the Austin Vet Clinic on 35.After this, I did some research and found that the owner of Wells Branch Pet and Bird has also been formally disciplined by the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, for Negligence/Malpractice.tbvme.state.tx.us/docume… Read Less

I got a free pet exam coupon, so I took my dog to the clinic. As soon as you enter the clinic, you want to run away! The smell is horrible, the place is dirty as hell, they do not clean it. Then, the staff was nice, but without experience. They only have 3 employees and a vet, so the check in takes about 20 mins. The vet assistant doesn't know about pets and he spends plenty of time writing and reading what he just wrote about your pet., so 30 mins is gone in that... then the vet finally comes, she'll do the regular check, and then she wouldn't tell you what your dog has, she just prescribes meds. At checkout, they wanted to charge me $80 just for the 30 amoxicilin pills (I guess they get their money back of the free coupon from the expensive prescriptions), and I didn't even know what my dog had. I asked and had to wait for another 10 mins for the vet to come out (she has already started attending other patient), and explain to me what she should had said before, so I decided to buy the $80 meds, but then they made me WAIT FOR ONE HOUR!!!! for 30 amoxicilin pills... NO WAY I AM COMING BACK! to that horrible place! And I am afraid my dog is going to catch a disease in there! We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Wadhwani @ Wells Branch for years, long enough that we've needed her help to get thru the heartbreak of two euthanasia. We keep going back despite that we moved out of the area 3 years ago to Cedar Park, primarily because of our experience with Dr. W during those tough emotional times. Chevy Chase was a wonderful mutt, an odd looking mutation-mix of Corgie(?) w/ the pea-scooping jaw of some kind of bulldog breed; a true blue all-American ""Heinz 57"". He was absolutely useless yet adorable. Chevy lived an extraordinarily long time. He was abandoned in the Chevy Chase office complex @ 183 & I-35 in June 1987 (hence the obvious name choice) and lived an estimated 18-19 years. 2 years before passing we were ready to put him down - he was miserable, in obvious discomfort. But the Dr. found the true reason - bad teeth. All my fault as up to then I had no idea about canine dental health. The remedy was expensive but easily the best last gift we could give. After dental repairs he was like a pup again for many months. We felt it was the best money we ever spent on a beloved pet. When it was finally Chevy's time, Dr. Wadhwani was amazing. In her line of work it should have been easy to lose her ability to empathize with the loss of a pet. Yet she was obviously caring and compassionate while remaining helpful & professional. The second time around, with good 'ol Jakeyboy (another classic American Heinz 57) she was again caring and gentle, both with our sweet old boy and his owners. There are many other reasons & experiences that count toward our loyalty to Dr. Wadhwani & WBP&B, but these two devastating episodes are all we need to keep making the trip to her clinic. She's more than our vet, she's a family member. We always make sure we hug her neck before we leave. Read Less

Don't go to South Branch Pet & Bird or Wellsbranch Pet & Bird. I've taken my 2 cats and my 5 year old catahoula hound to these people, and the service was always so-so. They try to sell you every extra possible, and unless you have a coupon, prepare to pay lots of money for very basic services. After going for nearly 5 years, I will never go there again. The last time I went, it was to take one of my cats for routine vaccination boosters. When I got home with my cat after the visit, she immediately began getting sick repeatedly. This worried me because an allergic reaction to the shots can be serious, and so, I called. Guess what happened then? After explaining the situation, I was put on hold because they had a customer on the other line with a billing question. They kept me on hold for several minutes, and it became obvious that they cared more about getting paid than about helping animals. When the woman finally came back to the phone to ""help"" me, she was very uncaring and impatient. She told me this happens all the time, but if I wanted to, I could bring my cat back in to be looked at. Right! Like I was going to take my cat back there!! My cat is fine now, and will stay that way cause she won't be seen by them ever again. If I could give them negative stars I would. ----update When finding a new vet, they were supposed to have sent my pet records when I requested, but they didn't. To add to this, they now don't have any records, or even a routine visit, for my cat. So, not only did they not send my records to the new clinic, but it seems they ""misplaced"" the records. This is serious headache. I'm moving into a newer and nicer apartment, and they require vet records. So, now I have to go and get all new vaccinations for my cat because there are no records of her previous shots. Read Less

The only reason they got one star is because there is no way togive them a negative star, otherwise they would have gotten one. We took our exotic pet to the Wells Branch pet and bird clinic and they murdered him. Before taking him there we called and very specifically asked if they had an exotic pet specialist and if they knew how to treat our specific pet. They told us that yes they had a specialist and that they did know how to treat our type of pet. When we got there we sat in the waiting room of this decrepit old building for about half an hour while our pet was really sick and dying, then they took us into the back room and left us there for about another half hour...when we arrived we were the only people there so there was no reason to make us wait so long. When I went to look out the door to see where the vet was, she was walking around talking to the staff very casually and going in and out of the back room. When she finally came to see our pet, she had no idea what it even was..she actually told us she had never even heard of it before. The only reason we went there was because they were the only place open that told us they had a specialist and our pet was in a bad way so it couldn't wait..if it could have we would have left. She went ahead and treated our animal, we stupidly thought even though she didn't know the animal that she had even the slightest bit of basic animal care knowledge. She gave him a few shots and charged us a ton of money..our pet died that night. After this experience I have talked to several other people that have taken animals there and to the south location as well who had their pets die after they treated them even for the simplest things. They also won't let you get away without trying to sell you every imaginable thing they can. I have no idea how this place is even allowed to operate, and who knows how many countless animals they have murdered. When you see the good reviews here, keep in mind that the employees are allowed to review as well.

I read the other reviews and I have had nothing but a totally positive experiences. Thank you for your excellent care and attention to our three fur babies. Your staff is always courteous and helpful on the telephone. It’s so convenient to have a spacious front lawn for our dogs to take care of their business before entering the office, with a garbage can for waste! When we enter the front office the staff is always so professional, friendly and congenial clearly explaining all procedures and anticipated costs. Dr. Wadhwani called before the procedures to ensure we understood everything. When we picked-up Dr. Wadhwanit was there to go over everything as well. As always, a wonderful experience at Wells Branch Pet & Bird Clinic Great service, FANTASTIC prices, awesome hours! I give them two thumbs up from a very picky shopper! Read Less

It is just SO DIRTY I don't think the free exam coupon is going to get any new patient anytime soon. This place should be SHUT DOWN!!! They just want your money Read Less

Read Less
