From first impression, I was very pleased. Emily was so kind and accommodating. My fur baby (whom was in a lot of pain) was taken back after little to no waiting. Techs were knowledgeable and very sensitive to Olive's sprained paw. Dr. Geigel immediately addressed my dog's minor 'emergency'. She was also proactive at recognizing the need for long term prophylactic arthritic care. It meant the world to me that she addressed both issues during the same visit. Read Less

This place is night and day compared to my old vet. My two big pups love the staff. While the pups love the staff or the treats, I like that they're patient with questions and happy to explain anything. Every appointment I've had starts right on time which is a much better experience than I've had with other places around town. Someone mentioned pricing being an issue, but I've found their prices fair. When one of my pups needed a tooth extraction their estimate was good and didn't have a range of 600 dollars like my old vet. Read Less

It was so bad, that the gland was inflamed and almost starting to cover her eyes. Dr. C, took the time to examine Cookie and come up with a plan to fix her cherry eye and spay her the same day--but best of all Windsor Park clinic worked with my budget!  The surgery was a success! My Cookie only took a couple of days to heal and she's back to being a fun loving puppy :)Thank you Windsor Park Veterinary Clinic! Read Less

Our  fur family have been patients of Windsor Park since its inception. We have always  loved the clinic for its countless attributes. We were very pleased with Dr Geigel and the new additional staff members. We tragically lost two of our dogs, and everyone was caring and very emphatic. I have a rottweiler that was my terminally ill sons dog. When my son could no longer deal with the pain, he shot himself in the head with a shotgun. He did this in a small bathroom with Tasha with him. She is extremely  hard to work with but Dr. Geigel her professional and exceptionally caring staff still work on her. The doctors at windsor park are very knowledgeable and sweet but I don't feel like my cat had been given the correct diagnosis each time she has been there. I also dislike that the receptionist did not help me to charge my medical expenses through care credit. She said I had to call myself when that is NOT the case. I had to use my personal credit card that I did not want to use because of what I interpreted to be laziness. I am also annoyed that I wasn't called back after continuing issues with my cat after our visit. I now drive almost 30 miles to a vet across town that I feel more comfortable with. Read Less

I went to Windsor on the advice of a friend and am wonderfully satisfied with the service I received. I brought in my 9 year old pup and they spent an unrushed amount of time speaking to me. They were interested in learning his history before they even went into anything medical. Kory is a lovely technician who was very kind to my pup. He listened to what I had to say, answered any and all questions, and relayed everything back to the vet - Rita. Rita was also great as she was gentle when administering the shots. For a three year rabies, bordetella, DAPP, L4, and heartworm exam plus the annual exam I spent about $150. The best part is that I can order whatever heartworm and flea medicine I want online via their website so no pressure to make a quick decision and no being talked into whatever they sell. Very pleased with my experience, to say the least. Read Less

We first took out lil guy to a clinic, the only clinic open on a Sunday. We got some X-rays done and some blood work done, apparently our little man had "blockage" and aside from the $350 we spent on labs he needed a $2000 surgery to explore his insides. At the time we only had maybe $1500 (we had just moved in to this area w/depleted savings) and of course the vet wasn't taking any type of payments. We decided to look around for someone to help us maybe finance the surgery and we found this location. They ran some more tests and some other labs here, they had waaaay more equipment than the other vet so the tests were more thorough. Turns out my man didn't have blockage after all, but a heart murmur, the doc then sent the labs to a specialist cardiologist who confirmed my baby's heart murmur. I broke down and cried because if my baby would have had the "experimental" surgery he would have DIED! His heart was very weak and we almost lost him for a second. The doctor still follows up with us, though their customer service is enough for us to never look elsewhere, their professionalism and knowledge take the prize. We are thankful to have found this place. Read Less

I used to take my dogs and cat to this place for years but recently I was treated so rudely by the Old Ladie that works up front. My dog was sick in February this year in took him in and at that time I was informed that it was time for heartworm test so I had them do it then. I buy heartworm medicine in bulk so I still had some at home. When I recently went back to pick up some heartworm medicine the Old Rude Lady told me she wouldn't sell me any because I didn't buy any at the time I had the test done. What BS she was trying to make me pay for another test. I asked to speaking to the vet. When I spoke to the vet she tried to explain that it was a mistake or maybe a misunderstanding but never corrected the rude receptionist. The vet informed me that was her best employee.. Wrong!!! I've been there many times and the other girls are always very friendly and polite. Well I guess it's more important to Windsor Park Veterinary Clinic to hire the old even if they are rude than to keep their clients happy! This kind of practice is very shady to me and I plan to report them to the BBB!!! Read Less

We have been going to WPVC since we first adopted Delilah, our puppy, last fall. I think I initially found the clinic through Yelp (where else?) and it is as lovely as everyone else says! It's easy to make an appointment as a new client and I felt super comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The vet techs, receptionists, and Dr. G are so warm, kind, and friendly. You can tell they really know their stuff, and more than that, they truly care about the animals they treat. After Delilah's appointments, Dr. G herself usually calls the next day, just to check in and see how our pup is doing. Now that's some personal service. Also, this clinic is conveniently located on Gaston street, which makes me sing the Gaston song from Beauty and the Beast to my dog every time we go for a visit. Although, I will have to say that after filling out the short amount of paperwork, I didn't have to wait very long. Normally, when my cat gets her nails trimmed, you have to have two techs holding her down with leather gloves that go up to your elbows. This vet and vet tech was able to handle it without issue. For the first time in my cat's life, there was no blood drawn. I mentioned that my last vet recommended surgery to clean out her ears. He took my cat back and looked in her ears and said that her were a little dirty but that surgery wasn't needed. Close to my house, honest, and didn't require a full on checkup to trim her nails. From first impression, I was very pleased. Emily was so kind and accommodating. My fur baby (whom was in a lot of pain) was taken back after little to no waiting.

Crossposted on yelp and google... Called on a Saturday to get my cat's nails trimmed. They had an opening at 11:30. The waiting room is very clean but sparse so bring reading material. It was the cheapest appointment I ever had. I will be back. Read Less
