This vet clinic has the most amazing staff I've ever known. Everytime ive brought my 2 shih-tzus to them they treat them at their own. My pets also feel safe with them. I've gone from things as little as rabie shots and flea treatments to rectal bleeding from my Male and everytime they impress me. Thanks for all you do.

Really knowledgeable and kind staff. Super efficient office too. If you have an appointment there is no wait. The vet tech, Corina, spent time explaining my dog's condition and possible treatments (even shared which is cheaper and easier). Front desk is helpful too, Delisha, called my newly adopted pet's previous vet to ensure that appropriate shots were given today.Would absolutely recommend.

This place really puts Crosby Vet to shame! The cleanliness, class and efficiency of the place is grades above what I'm used at to my normal vet. I called because my cat was vomiting, sneezing and just not feeling well. They fit me in between appointments as I rushed to have him seen. I completely forgot a carrier so Paula met me outside in a hurry and helped me load my baby into a borrowed carrier. She's one of the nicest people I've ever met! She was so gentle to my senior kitty and really helped ease my mind about the situation. While waiting to be seen, a very friendly veterinarian technician came out and really listened to my concerns about my cat and took him in to be looked at. She periodically checked in with me to let me know he was doing okay and that I had nothing to worry about. After all the fuss, I found out that my poor baby just had hairballs and after prescribing him some hairball cream and monitoring, we were ready to check out. I was surprised that our visit only cost us 40$ including the cream and that they even offered to let me use the carrier. I am so impressed with the way my cat and I were treated with respect and gentleness and have decided to switch from Crosby Vet to this vet. Quick note that if you are a walk-in, you won't be able to go back with your pet. It is their policy.

It was Saturday morning and I had a very sick dog. We needed a Vetinarian and our usual clinic was closed. We brought our Sadie here and she received excellent care. Dr. Clemens showed us the X-rays and explained the illness and our choices. She didn't know us or our dog, but we were treated like family. I appreciate their attitude and special care they gave our Sadie. Thank you so much!

Reasonable and affordable prices. The Vet Doctor works with individual pet owner under circumstances for their pets needs. As a Vet tech for over 30 years I am very particular with the care my dogs receive during an emergency. Every time I have used Cedar Bayou Animal Clinic I have been very pleased with the care and service. Yesterday I called the clinic. I had a young puppy with inhalation pneumonia, momma's milk in his lungs. Even though they were booked solid with appointments, they told me come right over with my puppy. The wait was not too bad, considering a full waiting room. The clinic staff was excellent. After a chest x ray and a thorough exam I was sent home with antibiotics and very good detailed directions for home care. Having worked at over 20 vet clinics and hospitals I must say this clinic is one of the best for service and price. I highly recommend Cedar Bayou Animal Clinic. I have been going to Dr. Dobbs since 1997, and you will not find a better vet anywhere in the world. He genuinely cares about the animals. His staff can be hit or miss depending on who you are dealing with, but he is always fantastic. If you don't have an appointment and it's not an emergency, then they will take your animal to the back for him to examine it. He does this so that he can help as many animals as possible, and trust his techs to deliver the info to you. If he needs to discuss anything directly, then he will, but you may have to wait. He is normally booked with appointments and surgeries. He's honestly the best! We drive from The Woodlands to go see him!!

Not sure what the other poster is writing about. We have had quite good experiences taking our dogs and cats to this clinic. I have only taken well pets for treatment and if I only take them for shots, etc., they see a vet tech but if I make an appointment and ask to see the Vet., that's who my pets see and I always go in with her/them. The women at the front desk can be "businesslike", but I wouldn't call them unfriendly. I am very satisfied with all the treatments our pets have received.

Unfriendly woman at front desk. Very abrupt, and not kind. Just know, you cannot go into the exam room with your pet. You will have no idea how your animal is being handled, or what procedures are being done. The actual vet never spoke with us, vet techs did. I took my pet to another vet immediately after and was told by the second opinion vet that my dog was misdiagnosed. I would not ever take my pets here ever again.

It was Saturday morning and I had a very sick dog. We needed a Vetinarian and our usual clinic was closed. We brought our Sadie here and she received excellent care. I have only taken well pets for treatment and if I only take them for shots, etc., they see a vet tech but if I make an appointment and ask to see the Vet., that's who my pets see and I always go in with her/them. The women at the front desk can be "businesslike", but I wouldn't call them unfriendly. I am very satisfied with all the treatments our pets have received.

Unfriendly woman at front desk. Very abrupt, and not kind. Just know, you cannot go into the exam room with your pet. You will have no idea how your animal is being handled, or what procedures are being done. The actual vet never spoke with us, vet techs did. I took my pet to another vet immediately after and was told by the second opinion vet that my dog was misdiagnosed. I would not ever take my pets here ever again.
