I am sharing my experience here which is a mixed one. A few months back, i took my kitten to All Paws; the kitten was real sick. Unfortunately I did not take any appointment, so I had to wait for long. Watching the bad condition of my poor kitten, one very kind lady tried to help me and said I can go prior to her. But the employees at the Reception Desk did not let me do that and kept me waiting until everyone else is done. After that, Dr. Suzi Hahn checked my kitten and gave her some medicines. She had a very quick recovery. I AM REALLY GRATEFUL TO DR. SUZI HAHN FOR HER ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT. However, i was really upset with the behavior of the employees at the Reception Desk and I wrote a review mentioning my overall experience there. A month ago, my cat fell sick again. So, I took her to All Paws. THIS TIME, THEY REFUSED TO TREAT MY POOR LITTLE CAT BECAUSE I WROTE A REVIEW ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE WHICH WAS A LITTLE NEGATIVE, THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID. THEY TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH MY SICK CAT. I felt so shocked! I don't know if they can even do that! They do not welcome a true review from us. Next time if someone is posting here, make sure you'll write all the good things about them and not a single bad point. If the Reception Desk people are not nice with youl, just forget it!.
