I absolutely love this vet and her staff. They have helped both my dogs and saved ones life. My lab had a huge baseball size cyst on her side and she was able to go in and surgically remove it. I have not seen Bella such an active dog since she was a puppy. My Blue Pit ended up very sick. They tested her and even though we have her all her shots she ended up with Parvo. Dr. Hunn rushed in and saved her life. All the staff knows us and knows our dogs just by calling and going in. They keep a good relationship with their patient's and their family. I had a wonderful experience getting my fur baby spayed at the new clinic. It was a clean space and the office staff was friendly and personable. The cost was lower than most places I called and they kept me up to date and informed me of everything in a timely manner. Will definitely call this clinic home for all my animals! Read Less

I've been taking my dogs to All Paws for many, many years. The staff know all my dogs names and hugs and talks to them like I do. I would never consider trusting my boys to anyone but Dr Hahn and her staff. We first found Dr Hahn as a result of an emergency outside of business hours. My goldendoodle had broken a glass container that was filled with beef drippings... he ate the congealed drippings, glass and all. He was bleeding like crazy and I was scared out of my mind. The folks at the emergency vet clinic told me to watch him, that wasn't good enough. I called a friend who used Dr Hahn, and she asked her to give me a call. It was just before a holiday and Dr Hahn had plans to go home (out of state) and be with her family. but she walked me through every step of almost a week of worry, texting and calling several times per day to check on my boy. she even offered to cancel her flight to be available during the holiday. Dr. Hahn and one of her caring staff members saved my dog (Gizzy) from almost certain death last Friday. Tragically, I put out-of-date flea medication on him. His heart rate and his temperature were dangerously low by the time I got him to the clinic. Without Dr. Hahn's knowledge and abilities, I would have lost my little Gizzy. I am sharing my experience here which is a mixed one. A few months back, i took my kitten to All Paws; the kitten was real sick. Unfortunately I did not take any appointment, so I had to wait for long. Watching the bad condition of my poor kitten, one very kind lady tried to help me and said I can go prior to her. But the employees at the Reception Desk did not let me do that and kept me waiting until everyone else is done. After that, Dr. Suzi Hahn checked my kitten and gave her some medicines. She had a very quick recovery. I AM REALLY GRATEFUL TO DR. SUZI HAHN FOR HER ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT. However, i was really upset with the behavior of the employees at the Reception Desk and I wrote a review mentioning my overall experience there. A month ago, my cat fell sick again. So, I took her to All Paws. THIS TIME, THEY REFUSED TO TREAT MY POOR LITTLE CAT BECAUSE I WROTE A REVIEW ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE WHICH WAS A LITTLE NEGATIVE, THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID. THEY TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH MY SICK CAT. I felt so shocked! I don't know if they can even do that! They do not welcome a true review from us. Next time if someone is posting here, make sure you'll write all the good things about them and not a single bad point. If the Reception Desk people are not nice with youl, just forget it!.
