I changed TO Dr Mulculough FROM Dr Crenshaw. I had bad experiences going to Crenshaw. He has NO soothing bedside manner whatsoever. Noneya.!!!!!! I was recommended by word of mouth from another furbabie mom to West End Animal Clinic. I was made to feel very comfortable, not a bother, and confident about Luvbug' s visit, and the care she was getting. They were SO attentive, and VERY thorough. They left no stone unturned. They were happy, confident, and most thorough, with her care. I recommend this clinic to any and ALL furbabie parents. You will NOT be disappointed. You will not leave feeling insecure or not certain about the care you and your furbabie received.

I like the vet a lot. But what they don't tell you is that all medication must be bought through the pharmacy they partner with. They refuse to allow you to use any other pharmacy. It should be the clients choice, very unfair practices in my opinion. I asked for them to please honor it at a different pharmacy and was told I can see another clinic if that's what I want.

I gave this vet clinic four stars due to them being a little pricey for the services I received.Great service though and got me in the same day I called which was great cause we are out of town.Had to get blood work, X-rays, fluids, and some canned food that my puppy dog ended up loving.Everyone was very sweet and supportive.Just pricey!

This is the BEST Vet that I've ever come across in my life. I was new to the area and rescued a little dog. My dogs are everything to me. When my dog became ill I took her to the animal hospital where Dr Toman saw her (he's my regular Vet), I didn't have money at the time because my husband was laid off from the oil fields and Dr Toman saw her for free and told me to bring her to the office the next day for treatment. When I took Bella in, he did a complete work up free of charge once again, and we found out that she has Parvo. I immediately broke into tears because I knew the treatment was very expensive which I didn't have the money for and Dr Toman gave me money out of his pocket to get medicine for Bella, which ended up being $160. Right there shows you that Dr Toman and his office is all about making dogs and animals healthy. This man has restored my love for humanity and made me realize that there's still good people in the world willing to help people they don't even know very well. I'm completely in tears writing this review and still not sure if Bella is going to make it or not, but thanks to Dr Toman and his staff atleast she has a fighting chance and we've done everything we possibly can to make sure she gets healthy again. Thank you from my heart Dr Toman and staff of West End Animal clinic. I don't know how I'll ever be able to repay that kindness you've shown me and my family on this time of need. I'm so very grateful for people like all of you and wish I could do more to thank you. I will be telling everyone I know about this act of kindness.

Went to West End Animal Clinic to get my ferret "Oreo" his vaccination shots. The staff was very helpful and friendly, made me and Oreo feel relaxed and comfortable. The clinic itself looked clean however, the place did smell like animal urine. The doctor was really kind and checked Oreo thoroughly. Overall it was a good experience I would bring my exotic animal here again.

I took my pregnant guinea pig here so he could examine her and this may sound silly, but an ultrasound test as well. Over the phone the receptionist clearly told me they specialized in guinea pigs. Turns out when I got their I asked the doctor several questions and not once he knew the answers. All my questions where answered from a book he was reading. He clearly had no idea what's so ever about what he was taking about. For example, I asked well when is she due? He simply answered 3 more weeks or so. Got home and she had them about 5 hours later. Still had to pay over $100 for questions I could have just bought a book for and figured them out my self. Never ever coming her again. Complete waste of money and time.

Very caring and friendly employees that work at this animal clinic. They make the visit enjoyable and take excellent care of your pet. I was shocked when I took my dog for a visit and the following day they gave me a courtesy call. The doctor was very informative and my dog felt comfortable during the visit. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their pet is taken care of.

Best vet I've met! I have been using these people since 2008, and don't plan on changing that. Dr. Toman and his staff exemplify what operating a veterinarian's office is suppose to be. They are extremely competent in the services they provide and the level of customer service is grand. The line of medicinal products for your pets is top of the line stuff. They can assist you in finding the best product to meet the needs of your pet. If your pet is in need of any procedures, Dr. Toman is the man to take them to. With his training and knowledge, your pet will get excellent care. This is not just some money making business for them either. They genuinely care about the animals that come through their doors, and it shines through that they do care. If you are looking for a new vet, or looking to replace another, this is the place you need to go. They are hands down the best. Even better than Dr. Doolittle if you ask me.

I like the vet a lot. But what they don't tell you is that all medication must be bought through the pharmacy they partner with. They refuse to allow you to use any other pharmacy. Very caring and friendly employees that work at this animal clinic. They make the visit enjoyable and take excellent care of your pet. I was shocked when I took my dog for a visit and the following day they gave me a courtesy call. The doctor was very informative and my dog felt comfortable during the visit. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their pet is taken care of.

Is this a zoo or a vet??? Having a monkey in the front office for show is not something i want to see when bringing my dogs in. I will not be back to this vet! The staff is rude and the place is dirty...

Best vet I've met! I have been using these people since 2008, and don't plan on changing that. Dr. Toman and his staff exemplify what operating a veterinarian's office is suppose to be. They are extremely competent in the services they provide and the level of customer service is grand. The line of medicinal products for your pets is top of the line stuff. They can assist you in finding the best product to meet the needs of your pet. If your pet is in need of any procedures, Dr. Toman is the man to take them to. With his training and knowledge, your pet will get excellent care. This is not just some money making business for them either. They genuinely care about the animals that come through their doors, and it shines through that they do care. If you are looking for a new vet, or looking to replace another, this is the place you need to go. They are hands down the best. Even better than Dr. Doolittle if you ask me.
