I really appreciate Dr. Murphy at brown trail animal hospital. Dr. Murphy really takes her time with my dog and really cares. I always get emails from her that I have never received from other veterinarians and the emails are very detailed. I really appreciate Dr. Murphy and what she does for my dog Jackson. Last time I came to brown trail I explained that I needed extra time for our appointment to discuss treatments for my dog and I was not charged extra for my visit. David at the front desk is top notch and really cares. A few years ago I had to put one of my dogs down somewhere else because brown trail was closed and David called me a week later to check on me and see how I was doing, I really appreciated the sentiment. You are always greeted with a smile and a hello as well as your pet. They pay close attention to details and try to get to the bottom of the issue. They have an awesome staff and they all did an excellent job, I was very impressed and very satisfied with the care and service that cash (my puppy) and I received. Our dog, Sally, ran into a picnic table at the dog park. She had a cut just below her eye and we took her to get it checked. They took the time to work her into their busy schedule and thanks to Dr. Hageny she was treated and deemed to be all right with just a laceration that didn't require stitches. I've brought 3 of my pets to this location over the last 10 yrs. My older pet was brought here after a few bad experiences at other vet clinics. Dr Campbell was so wonderful. When that pet passed away, they were so wonderful with her palliative care. They were so kind to me during my grieving. When i got a new kitty a few years later, I took him back here and Dr Campbell was just as wonderful with him. She even told him that she took care of his predasessor. She really cares. I was very sad when Dr Campbell left the practice. Her successor Dr Murphy and Dr hageny have been wonderful. I've been having some issues with my 2nd kitty and they have been so helpful in helping me trying to figure out what's wrong with her. They really do treat your pets as they are your own children. The staff is so friendly and caring. Dexter is not one to like going to the vet often but they treat him so wonderfully. Dr Murphy is the best .. Caring, thorough and puts you at ease when you are worried. Cassie is a wonderful tech and welcomes Dexter and our other dog Thor and is so great with them. They even will help you over the phone during hours with advice to treat an issue or recommend you to come in if they think it is something more serious. I highly recommend... They have great staff that all share a sincere commitment to customer service and the love they show for their patients is second to none. 5 stars for the whole team. I have known these people for most of my life as my Mom started going to this Vet when I was a kid. I tried to take my animals to another vet since they were closer, but ended up going back to the best Vets around. Their personal care, excellence, and genuine concern for all the animals that comes through the doors, sets them above any other Vet. They take the time to make sure you understand and will go above and beyond to help. The front desk personnel are wonderful and helpful. They hire nothing but caring loving people. I've taken both my cats here several times, great experience every time. A little pricier, but i would rather pay a little more and provide my furry family the best care in the area than bring them somewhere else. Friendly,helpful staff, frequent updates on how your pet is doing if you drop off, very clean, they actually take the time to really look over your pet, and of coarse great care. Some places might be cheaper, but then they try to cram as many pets in as little time as they can, which is not the best situation for your pet if you're needing something other than a vaccine. I asked for the cost of spaying my puppy before I booked an appointment and was told $368.94. The level of specificity lead me to believe that this was an exact price. Being understanding in the nature of a business, I budgeted $370 - $380. On the morning that I brought my puppy, they told me that it was $530.xx with some optional services, but no less than $445.xx for all required services. That's $65 - $150 more than I had budgeted. If they had been more accurate in their quoting, I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs today.Read Less

We've taken our pets to Brown Trail for several years, because the vets there are outstanding. I've been to a few other vet clinics in the Grapevine-Euless-Bedford area, and they were all staffed by competent vets, but Brown Trail is a cut above the rest. We adopted a kitten three years ago, and immediately discovered she was very sick. The veterinarians at Brown Trail took great care of her. They sent us home with the appropriate medications and clear instructions. We were worried about her, because she was less than three months old, but she began to recover quickly once she started the medication. I still remember how relieving it was to see that. This type of business isn't like a dry cleaning service or a car wash. Like many pet owners, we consider our pets to be part of our family, and if one of them gets sick, I want them to get the best care possible. Our cat had a rough start in life, with two infectious diseases at only 3 months old, but today she is happy, healthy, playful, and very loving. I'm grateful to the vets at Brown Trail for that. Actually, their youngest and least experienced veterinarian once did an operation on my relative's dog, and her performance of the surgery was flawless. I visited them about a week or so afterwards, and you would never know she had been through recent surgery. She recovered quickly and without complications. Whether it's for routine vaccinations, or if one of our pets happens to get sick, I really do trust them at Brown Trail with their care. That's my objective opinion after over three years of my pets being their patients.Read Less
