Called to check on availability for a puppy’s booster shots. A male answered the phone and said nothing was available this week. I asked when the first available time would be and he responded, “next week.” I asked when next week and he said, “I would have to look it up.” The male sounded like I was bothering him so I told him not to worry about. I am unsure how this facility has received 5 stars. I have experienced the worst customer service from this facility. Upon bringing in my pet, I called and the receptionist was rude and dry. She was very short and not helpful when I was asking questions about the services offered. This should have been my first red flag. But I decided to take my animals in and should have expected the same from the rest of the staff and vet. Everyone acts as if you are annoying and unconvincing them. Dr. Gina Jenson is a great vet.  She took care of our dog for several years.  When the time came that we had to say good bye to our furry best friend she worked us in her already full schedule and was available to be there for us.  She is professional, friendly and kind.  She has a great staff and we look forward to using her as our vet when the time comes to get a new pet. Dr. Jensen is so compassionate and caring. She took great care of my sweet Lizzi after being attacked by a much larger dog. She stayed late just for her and didn't even bat an eyelash. She sewed her up and got her comfortable before we ever left. The staff was very nice and accommodating, even though this was the first time we had ever been there. I believe we've found a new vet!! Dr Jensen has taken care of my dogs since she opened her clinic. Two little min-pins/?? that were my babies. They went to doggie Heaven and now she is taking care of my two Chihuahuas. The greatest thing about her though was when she brought Jet, a stray that was very badly hurt by a hit and run driver into the office and kept him for well over a year as he recuperated from trauma and surgeries. He is now a loving well dog thanks to Dr Jensen and her staff. She also has an office full of beautiful adopted cats that were brought to her to be euthanized for one reason or another. She truly cares for her animal patients and is a great person as well as great pet doc. Read Less
