The N. Expressway location was a disaster and that's being nice. One of the eardrops was optional, but the other medication was totally imperative and minimal standard of care. If you are having a possible financial limitation, maybe the second eardrop medication would have been optional. The tresderm eardrums were so absolutely necessary that even telling you they were optional was ludicrous. What a disaster. Update: The vet - Dr. NOE AND STAFF WERE KIND ENOUGH to let me bring my cat back for the drops at the original price and I was glad as I didn't know how to even do the drops. My cat liked the staff too. The vet also went the extra mile and I am not sure I thanked them sufficiently. Read Less

Just visited this vet due to my 8 month old pit developing skin bumps and loss of hair. Doctor Noe barely explained anything, I had to pretty much question every single statement he made to get any answers. I ended up paying over 200$ for medication which he said might be the source of the cause. He would leave the room for 10-15 minutes, come back in and did not explain ANYTHING. He seemed like he did not want to touch the dog and gave me no reason for why he thought it was bacterial or allergy reaction. Wanted me to schedule a follow up in two weeks after medication was done but will not take it back there. Trust me, not worth your time specially on a person who couldn't care two cents for your pet. They call me three days before Christmas to tell me that my dog had died 30 mins before. We took my sick pup early in the morning and they tell me at 430 pm that there was nothing they could do. They were quick to charge and i feel that it was through their gross negligence that my dog died. They dont care about their patients. We will never do business there. Read Less

This may be a decent place to take your dog for basic needs such as their routine shots or common tummy trouble but for anything that actually requires a more thought out solution NO. Do not bring your dog to this location for any serious illness. They will not interact with you, not ask enough questions and send you on your way. They do not want to deal with it; point blank. The location is fantastic, just off the expressway. The receptionist was very kind, patient, and understanding of my large dog's needs - informing the doctors of my dog and I walking outside to reduce my dog's stress, who walked outside to call us in. The doctor was very calm and attentive, and the fact he had answers to our problem and explaining possibilities was a great, educational relief. We bought a beautiful collar, too; lifetime warranty at that clinic and large size - can I stress how difficult it is to find a vibrant, large collar in stores? Overall, this visit was about 30 minutes. I loved out experience here and not only would return for the staff's performance and clean facility, but strongly recommend it. Read Less

I had previously called here and I called again to make sure my info was correct, and the receptionist was rude saying she had already answered me before. I'm only writing now because I was surprised when I went online to get the phone number (for yet another appointment) and saw the negative reviews. I've been coming to this office for years. They don't like it when you come close to closing time, so ya, the front desk is rude sometimes, before I was a regular I dreaded the occasional visit. I've had good results overall there, so has my family... But I don't find the bad reviews hard to believe. They won't let you fill prescriptions online, which is a pain. I found a lost dog in my back yard with a tag with this doctors name and number to return the dog to its owner if lost. I have called numerous times and was told by the office staff that they are "too busy to look up the owner of the dog "and that I should call a the Humane Society (956) 544-7351.This is a good dog, well groomed, friendly, and taken care of. I know what it is like to lose a dog and I am certain the owner would want him back. Those people are jerks to refer me to the dog pound because they are too busy to look up a record.
