I was charged for inconclusive blood test, they had me waiting for 2 hours and a half due to them prioritizing a youtube cast doing a review on their clinic, i was given an estimation of $134 for the follow up visit aside from the $218 i paid on the first visit just so for info on what he had and antibiotics to prepare him for treatment that would require him to stay for a couple of hours, on the next visit they refused to treat my dogs condition unless i got him his vaccines along with the visit and would not work with me to help my dog unless i paid an additional $66 for vaccine that i could not pay at the time, plus the treatment for the estimation they had given me on the last visit, i asked if i could just get him the treatment and take him back home with me but they refused cause he could vomit or have a seizure, and of course it's a liability for them, so they rather have him die at home, plus they had already ran their test a week prior on the first visit and knew he wasn't sick and not a risk to other dogs but none the less sent me away and the doctor would not talk with me, but of course they told me i could keep buying him the antibiotics with them until i had enough money for treatment... :) oh oh and he only got sick with a tick transmitted disease BECAUSE they wouldn't sell me nexgaurd for my dog unless i got him another yearly visit/check for an extra $50 that he didn't need, even though i already had him registered with them and all i wanted to buy and could afford was the medicine.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my puppy here because she was intoxicated after eating something in our back yard. The dr told me that she had either rabies or distemper because of the signs that she was showing. She didn't even take into consideration the fact that I told her my puppy could be intoxicated. She just took one glimps at her and made a "sad" face and right away said "she need to be put down it will cost you $206." She said there was no other option that those 2 deseases had no cure. There was no point in doing blood work (which by the way was $350) if my puppy was going to die. I went out to get a 2nd opinion with 3 other vets and they all told me she was intoxicated if I would have taken her in the day before she would have made it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want your puppy to die. She asumed my dog was sick without even diagnosing her.

The Dr. wouldn't treat unless someone would pay. This is sick. I would never put my babies life and care in the hands of a vet who doesn't care unless he is paid first. Think about who you are allowing to care for your baby.

Companion Hospital is listed as an emergency vet on the internet. Last night my 17 year old dog had three episodes of convulsions or stroke. I called Champion. I was connect to an answering service. I told them my dog was suffering and needed to be put down, They informed me that Companion only provides emergency services for established customers. I begged the answering service to please contact the on-call doctor to tell them what was going on. She told me they had strict rules that vets were available for current clientele only. This morning I called again to ask if I could bring my dog in because she was suffering. The receptionist, said, I'm sorry, but the doctors are doing surgery this morning. It would have taken less than 10 minutes to put my dog out of her misery. I will never become one of Companion's regular customers. Based on my experience, they don't really care about pets. I f they did, they would have compassion for all animals not just their clients.

These people are tops. They are easy to make appointments with and the Doctor and other employees were so great with them when it was time for updates on shots. Everyone is really friendly at the front desk too - and I've had hassle free visits. They seem to really care about their jobs and the animals. I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them as well if I have to leave town for a couple days. I recommend Companion Animal Hospital if you are looking for a good vet! -- They also did a great job washing my Aussies too and nail clip. A+

Cons: Dr. Masa does a bad job at communicating with the customer; he assumes that we want to spend all our money on all kinds of treatments that only work half of the time, none of the employees seem to fully understand the products they are injecting my dog with, and everything is overpriced.
Pros: The staff is friendly and acts professionally, and the facility is clean.
Overall: They do a decent job with friendly service at a high price, but give little attention/love to your pet.

Bad service. If your pet is dying DO NOT take it here. My rat was sick and I made a call. They told me to be there by 11 the next day. I arrived there before 11. Then I waited for more than an hour. They did not do anything to it. They even helped another person with their lizard that had arrived after I did. I had to leave because I had other things to do. Go somewhere else this is not the right place to go.

Great place, great people, cuz you can't put a price on a family member. Plenty of treats and smiles made my anxious little puppy's first trip to vet one to put in the books - he was right at ease at the hands of Ms. Rodriguez and her assistant. It was so painfully evident that these people were more interested in making the dog comfortable than making the pocket hurt; I will most definitely be back again, because it takes a very special person to handle my over-excited giant of a pup. 5 stars, definitely recommend for pet owners who are actually interested in full treatment for their pets.

This is the most unethical and overpriced veterinary you can go to. The vet, Yadira Rodriguez, doesn’t give a damn about animals. All they care about is getting as much money out of you as possible. They will do as many unnecessary tests as possible to charge you incredible amounts and they will force you to buy the medications from them. If you try to order from cheaper places like 1800-Pet meds, they will deny the prescription just to charge you more than 3 times the value of the medications. It’s like going to the doctor and have him or her keeping you from buying your medicines from Walgreens or wherever you want to buy them just so they can charge you 20 bucks for Tylenol. On top of that, expect to spend the whole day there because they take forever to do anything; and it’s not because they have a lot of patients. It’s because they take forever for everything and they just don’t care about your time.

These people are tops. They are easy to make appointments with and the Doctor and other employees were so great with them when it was time for updates on shots.
