Prettt clear from the pics online that my boxer has mast cell tumor as my prior vet has told me and which he has also removed but the vet here thought it was nothing. Always loved this place until my godmother needed them for her dog eating something it should not have. We were told sorry we cant see her dog today you will have to go to the Vet ER since they only had one vet on staff?? She has been a long time customer here. So I took the dog to my long time vet 10 mins before close today and Dr. Rice handled it quickly for less than 100 bks and dog is now home safe and better and without a bill for 400 to 1000. And he had 6 other people in line and he still saw her dog and saved her and saved so much money. Read Less

Today I had to say goodbye to my baby girl. I have never been here but was told by a friend what a great place this was. She was right....from the first call I made and talked to Melissa she made a difficult decision a little easier. When we came in they all treated us like family...we were brought to a private room and got to stay with our girl as long as we needed to. In every case the entire staff has been beyond AMAZING. They are some of The most caring, loving, and knowledgeable professionals you will ever find. Very disappointed with the service. Seems $ is the bottom line. Fees have gone up and care gone down. Was shocked that they didn't clean/treat my dog's infected ear and told me I had to do it myself with the sack of meds they sent home. We were referred to Dr. See. So we made the appointment, and made it clear that is who we wanted to care for our dog. When I went in, I was informed she was not there, that there were no notes indicating we asked for Dr. See. I was sitting there listening when my husband made the reservation over the phone, I know the request was made. Perhaps that tainted the rest of the visit. They weren't horrible, they did what was asked. They did not listen to my suggestions when they asked me for them in reference to my dog. We adopted an adorable orange tabby from clear the shelter day. And he needed to be fixed with several shots. Both myself and my man were worried for him since he is just about 4 months old, but, his little friends had already dropped. The ladies were wonderful, Melissa called us several times and put our worries to rest he is doing fine and he is bouncing all over the place. Out little Marc Anthony (Tony) lounged around the house for a couple of day's but, is doing an amazying job. We came highly recommended from one of the staff and so very sorry I just can not remember your name, but, you were at Adopt the Shelter day. We want to thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our little guy with fur. The minute we got home our other cat she treats him like it was her baby, came over looked at us and growled at us for taking her baby away.... Next time we will bring both in, we don't like to scare the mommy. Dr. See and Dr. Winquest are two of the most knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarians. While we miss Dr. Lumpee, God rest his soul, we trust the doctors and staff with our furbabies since our first visit in 2003. Highly recommended. They are the best!Read Less

I have gone to this clinic for over ten years. I am sad to say with the turnovers in the staff. This place has gone to the dogs no pun intended. The customer service is lacking and that effects the care of the pets receiving the care. Their are too many vet clinics out there to have the staff give bad service. Dr. Lumpee and Dr Brockett are wonderful. Unfortunately the office staff is not. In particular a woman with long hair (Pattie?). She was incredibly rude not only to me but to the people she spoke to on the phone while ignoring myself and the other patrons in the office. It was also troubling to see her "training" another employee with such an unbelievably sour attitude. The office was busy that morning but arent we all???? This was the first time I have ever been treated so badly at BSAH and I hope it is the last or else we shall take our business elsewhere. Read Less
