The hospital itself is great place for pets. However I only give 3 stars because when I called to make an appointment for my dog she was so rude that I wanted to give a bad review for them. I hate calling places and they are rude for no reason at all. She either needs to be trained right or fired from the phones.

I would highly recommend NOT going to Dusty Demere. He wrongfully charged me, then cussed me out over the phone calling me several names and telling me I'm an idiot because his technicians know what to tell patients. When I told him that failed to inform me about the pricing verses number of visits for an ear cropping, he called me a liar. Then hanging up on me. When I called back he informed me that I could call his lawyer because he was too busy to speak with me. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

After we moved to the Panhandle we tried several vets before the rescue we got two of our dogs from recommended Timber Creek. Given they were over an hour away from me I was initially reluctant to go, but I'm glad I finally did. We found their prices to be considerably less than the other vets we had visited (routine care as well as surgeries), and the care our dogs have been given has always been excellent. One of our dogs came from severe abuse and is very wary of new people, but even he wags his tail at the staff and vet here.

My fiance's cat has been sick for about month and a half ever since she was spayed here. When we sought treatment from Timber Creek the vet said that well we can either just treat the symptoms which clearly is IBD. Today the vet said that they refused to further treat our cats IBD because we can not afford the approximately $100 in tests that would say that she either had or did not have an incurable disease that had caused the IBD. basically because we could not afford to perform basically useless tests as far as treating her disease. I highly encourage ANY ONE to look else where when looking at a vet for their pet.

Never use this vet he has no compassion for pet owners. He is in my opinion rude and disrespectful to pet lovers. He neutered a puppy I got from the Humane Society. When I called with concerns about the puppy he got angry that I questioned him. He showed no concern for the puppy or me as a pet lover.
