The staff here is super sweet and I recommend coming here to board your pet. I left my dog here for almost a week and was worried about leaving her for so long but she did fine and I know the staff must have played with her a lot because a few weeks later when I came back for a continuation for one of her shots everyone remembered my dogs name and my dog was so happy to see the staff. You can tell they care about you and your pet. Dr. Kurapati was great in explaining what was going on with my ridge Rocky and what all my options were before, during, and after surgery. I like to be educated and informed before I make a decision for my pets and they definitely do that here. All the staff are friendly, follow up with appointments ahead of time, and have been able to answer all my questions. Very dissatisfied with this Veternarian. The original Vet Dr Mitchell was a very great vet. He has since sold his practice and whomever bought it isn't concerned with animals. Been there 3-4 times in the last few months, NEVER saw the same vet. The last time was 8-17-17. The 'temporary' vet was very crass, had no compassion. Just kept saying. Love the entire team at Crossroads Pet Hospital. They've cared for 3 of my dogs and I seriously wouldn't trust my dogs' care to any other vet. Recently I adopted a new dog but was unable to take her home until the shelter cleared up an infection she had. A few days passed and I called Crossroads for advice (it seemed to me that the infection was taking longer to heal than it should). They were very direct with me, advising me to go ahead and get my dog out of the shelter and start treatment with Crossroads. They even called the shelter for me to confirm the new dog's appointment and get her released. Each time I call Crossroads I speak with someone friendly and helpful - they never seem annoyed by my many calls and questions, in fact they seem genuinely happy to help. Read Less

I boarded my dog here for memorial weekend and had a great experience with them. The cost is around $19 usd per night which was great. My only issue was I wasn't advised about the required fecal test when scheduling prior. They contacted me the day before letting me know it would be an additional $18 usd for the fecal test. My wife and I were loyal customers to Crossroad Pet Hospital for many years. They made a mistake with one of our dogs refill medication a while back that caused up to be up all night. we were very upset. Instead of apologizing and acting in a professional manner, a Ms Mitchell was very rude and offered to transfer our files to a different facility. We took her up and the offer and transferred our files to Trinity Pet Hospital where we are very happy with the professional medical service at Trinity and have no intent on changing doctors again. We did like the way crossroads cut our little dogs hair and the service of the groomer, so I called to schedule an grooming appt on 09-29-2016 and they said since I transferred my records to another doctor that they were not interested in grooming my dog and told me to find another place. Our dogs were under Dr Mitchells care for over 5 years. Very caring and qualified. Our few past concerns were handled by the staff or Dr Mitchell in a professional manner with the exception of Ms. Mitchell who I found to be very unprofessional. When I told her I was not impressed with the attitude or the way a situation very important to me was being handled, she told me she was not impressed with me either. I have to say that both Doctors Mitchell and Chiu are excellent at what they do. I have been taking both by cat Chester and dog Lilly to them for years now and have received excellent care from everyone there at the clinic. I just recently had to go through the horrible experience of euthanizing my Chester due to advance kidney disease and age and Dr. Chiu and great through the entire process. I highly recommend this clinic for your little loves ones care. Update, stopped going to this Vet since they go through doctors like I go through toilet paper. Well this new staff is a question. Person (Office Manager) did not know how to do Care Credit Card. Dr. Chu is OK with putting animals to sleep,as far as something other like removing teeth. Did not give enough Meds. - had to go back to Dr Mitchell 3 weeks later - jaw still swollen.Yes this was a year ago, But this new office staff,well we will wait and see.
