I had to take the time to make a profile just to leave this bad review. After all the Vets we have went through over the year, we had confidence in this one based on the reviews. Even after steller marks, this Vet Hospital let us down on many occurrences with too many Dr's passing the buck and overlapping one another. From unneeded shots to not returning our phone calls and giving us attitude in person when confronted regarding errors they made - what a horrible experience. We paid for tests ( Bloodwork & Ultrasounds ) that came back with bad news with our little elderly dog......but we never were informed of any of the results on multiple occasions so we could correct anything with her health! All they did is swipe our credit card and make excuses for what they failed to do ( a simple callback for services rendered explained the results of expensive tests we paid for). They never offered at the least to make this right financially to keep us as patient. Dr. Watson's response was that we have hundreds of satisfied clients, this really won't hurt our overall standing - so see ya later. For the public to hear, I have the entire final visit audio recorded as well as various voicemails from the office manager that I will be releasing on my YouTube Podcast channel as a recap of the situation. My best advice is to really research vets the next time you decide to entrust a place like this with proper care of your pet. Good reviews on yelp do not give an accurate picture of this business. They failed us and we fired them on the spot.
*ON 10/18/21 SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE THE OWNER LEFT A RESPONSE. ITS LAUGHABLE AND IN HIS COMMENT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE BLAME BEING PUT SQUARELY ON US FOR ACTIONS THEY FAILED TO PERFORM. THIS BACKS UP THE ATTITUDE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES I MADE THE CLAIM TO ALREADY WITH THIS BUSINESS. HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE. We had a horrible experience putting our dog down here. The vet could not get the sedative dosage correct and it took over 30 minutes to get him sedated. Then during euthanasia, she had to inject him THREE times before he passed away. I have worked in the animal industry for 10+ years and I have never seen anything like this. It was very unprofessional and completely heartbreaking. It was hard enough having to put him down, but to have a veterinarian come in so unprepared and uneducated... I will never be taking another animal to this clinic and I hope this review will keep someone else from having the same experience.

Been with this place for a long time, usually helped by Dr. Campbell or Dr. Stein. Went in for an appointment and was helped by Dr. Wilson for the first time. Arrogant and proud vet. Did not like when questions were asked. Seemed to be very defensive, and inconsistent with responses. Make sure to ask questions if you can't help but get Dr. Wilson, she may act rudely, but she won't tell you much info otherwise. Recommend Dr. Campbell and Dr. Stein instead. Very polite and know how to communicate well in comparison. They collaborate with patients unlike other vet. Giving four stars for other staff.

We are very happy with Dr Stein and everyone at Parmer Lane Animal Hospital. They are amazing with our dog who has ear problems and hated for anyone to touch her ears. They are so patient and gentle. We are always worked in when needed and treated well. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their follow up is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone with animals.

Very frustrated with Parmer Lane Pet Hospital. We have 3 dogs and rarely see an actual Dr. when we have the visits. Have had to wait in the lobby for long periods of time to the point of almost leaving when no other customers in the lobby and very unfriendly customer service on numerous occasions. We had told them we were going to breed our pure breed dog in a few years and then received a letter a few months later stating they recommended we get the dog spayed. Went to call in heart worm medication and was told our dog had not seen a vet so an appointment was needed. I said the dog had been there several times and it was not my fault only vet technicians were at the appointment. In my opinion just trying to charge more money for already expensive services. Have already change Vet with more professional staff and reasonable prices.

I can't fully express the amazing care that Dr. Bryant has shown for my dogs.. She has truly gone above and beyond to make sure my dog was okay after dental surgery. He is a tiny 7lb dachshund and she was so thorough in explaining everything. I'm a busy mom to an active toddler and when I would forget to call, she called me to check on him several times.
This vet told me things about my dogs that no other vet has. Like a knee popping condition that my yorkie was born with. I would highly recommend taking your pets here! Not to mention affordable prices with no up saleing.

Dr. Wilson and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing with us and the care of our old Golden Retriever. Recently, it was made clear that we needed to make the most difficult decision of all. The entire office could not have been more compassionate and caring. They have left a lasting impression on us and we will forever be appreciative of the love they extend to our family and pets.

When we moved to Cedar Park, I was worried about finding a vet that could meet the high quality care that my previous vet provided. The staff at Parmer Lane did it! Not only with routine care but they were also so kind and helpful during the time we had to hospice our senior lab at home. They were able to provide us with both the medical and emotional support we needed to get through a difficult time. THANK YOU again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and know everyone's name ( animal and owner) Very personal small town feel and I love love love it.

We love Parmer Lane Pet Hospital! Dr. Campbell is personal and enjoys all the animals. He has been our dog's vet since she was a puppy. We've also used their boarding services for years and have always been happy with how fresh and clean she comes back to us. They have never asked us to do a flea treatment or shot. All of their services are cheaper than anywhere else I have found. We have had a completely different experience than the other reviewer. The front desk has always gone out of their way to be polite. In fact, when our dog comes in she loves it so much (because they are so friendly to her) that she pees every time! They just mop it up and assure us it's ok. I love them! We even did our pet training there. There is another vet clinic with a similar name; I wonder if they have them confused? Either way, I would speak to Dr. Campbell about the incidence instead of giving up going there. The doctor is so good, and the staff should be too. Beautiful location and clean facility! All the techs are personal and love our Golden Retriever!!! They remember her name even if it's been a long time since we called. Came highly recommended by several friends.

We've used this vet for about a year now. The vets are nice and recommendable. However, the front desk staff is terrible!!! One individual specifically. She's always rude. It seems that every time we bring our pets in, she is there. She speaks rudely to both my husband and myself. The service is just all around poor. Also, if you ever use boarding, be prepared. They will give your pet a vaccine flea treatment. Our pet is indoor only and I explained this to the front desk staff. She said they require a preventative in case the other boarded pets were to bring in fleas. They wouldn't do a quick flea check and they told me that a routine shampoo treatment isn't acceptable. This may sound ok but all the other boarding places I've called don't require this, including the Petsmart hotels. It's a ridiculous added fee that Palmer tacks on to your bill. So beware. I absolutely would not recommend this place for boarding. IF you can get over the consistent rudeness of the front desk, the vets are good.

Dr. Wilson and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing with us and the care of our old Golden Retriever. Recently, it was made clear that we needed to make the most difficult decision of all. The entire office could not have been more compassionate and caring. They have left a lasting impression on us and we will forever be appreciative of the love they extend to our family and pets.
We are so happy that we are clients of this FABULOUS and caring veterinary practice. Every staff member is top-notch.

When we moved to Cedar Park, I was worried about finding a vet that could meet the high quality care that my previous vet provided. The staff at Parmer Lane did it! Not only with routine care but they were also so kind and helpful during the time we had to hospice our senior lab at home. They were able to provide us with both the medical and emotional support we needed to get through a difficult time. THANK YOU again.

I can not express enough how amazing dr Campbell is. Most places the doc comes in for sec, diagnoses then leaves while the vet tech finishes dealing with you. Dr Campbell, hangs out and really talks to you about what's happening and how you are feeling. The staff is so friendly and helpful and know everyone's name ( animal and owner) Very personal small town feel and I love love love it.

We love Parmer Lane Pet Hospital! Dr. Campbell is personal and enjoys all the animals. He has been our dog's vet since she was a puppy. We've also used their boarding services for years and have always been happy with how fresh and clean she comes back to us. They have never asked us to do a flea treatment or shot. All of their services are cheaper than anywhere else I have found. We have had a completely different experience than the other reviewer. The front desk has always gone out of their way to be polite. In fact, when our dog comes in she loves it so much (because they are so friendly to her) that she pees every time! They just mop it up and assure us it's ok. I love them! We even did our pet training there. There is another vet clinic with a similar name; I wonder if they have them confused? Either way, I would speak to Dr. Campbell about the incidence instead of giving up going there. The doctor is so good, and the staff should be too. Beautiful location and clean facility! All the techs are personal and love our Golden Retriever!!! They remember her name even if it's been a long time since we called. Came highly recommended by several friends.

We've used this vet for about a year now. The vets are nice and recommendable. However, the front desk staff is terrible!!! One individual specifically. She's always rude. It seems that every time we bring our pets in, she is there. She speaks rudely to both my husband and myself. The service is just all around poor. Also, if you ever use boarding, be prepared. They will give your pet a vaccine flea treatment. Our pet is indoor only and I explained this to the front desk staff. She said they require a preventative in case the other boarded pets were to bring in fleas. They wouldn't do a quick flea check and they told me that a routine shampoo treatment isn't acceptable. This may sound ok but all the other boarding places I've called don't require this, including the Petsmart hotels. It's a ridiculous added fee that Palmer tacks on to your bill. So beware. I absolutely would not recommend this place for boarding. IF you can get over the consistent rudeness of the front desk, the vets are good.
