I brought my 16+ year old cat into them because she was in failing health They were very caring, explained care options at her age. We took a conservative approach, and she recovered pretty well. Less than a month later, her condition had deteriorated rapidly. Another trip to the clinic. This time, no good news. She was beyond saving. She had to be put to sleep; and she was going to be cremated after that. The entire staff for both visits were so kind and compassionate. I was able to hold my cat before, during, and after her euthanasia, for as long as I wanted. They also made her cremation arrangements and received her ashes afterwards. Always, everyone was so kind. A week after her passing, I received a handwritten note from the last vet who treated her. It was a beautiful, thoughtful note, expressing her sorrow on my loss, but telling me that it was the right choice, given her circumstances. I cannot recommend All Care enough. I have one other cat at home still - fortunately, healthy. If there was a need for her to go to the vet, there is no question where she would go. I have had a number of pets over the years, have seen many vets. The vets and staff at All Care are, by far, the best ones I've ever gone to. They truly love the animals they see, and understand the depth of feelings the owners have for their care and well-being.Read Less
