I can not say enough about this clinic. Dr. Henton is amazing. She always goes out of her way to explain things perfectly. She never rushes in just to get out. I feel like my animals are her animals. Dr. Henton has helped my animals out tremendously. She is always compassionate. I appreciate the friendly front desk staff. On the times that i had to walk in, i was seen quickly. I experienced problems with every visit I was there. Staff is not listening and did lab work I did not requested. The exam rooms are dirty. When my dog did well during an exam the vet spread some cheese from a spray bottle on that dirty floor and my dog should lick it from there !!!! Where all kind of germs, viruses and bacteria are ! And the staff does not communicate under each other! They always charge you an exam fee, even you do not wish an exam, just a prescription! They even go so far and ban clients, when they are not satisfied with the service of the clinic. I was always wondering , why I was mostly the only patient with my pet, when I was there. My dog had a removal of his toe and the wound got infected and it took 3 month to heal. I am out of here now and forever. Do not complain about them or you will be banned! Read Less

Not very satisfying. I've been to another Animal Medical Center before and they were great. I wasn't allowed to go with my puppy even just for one vaccination. They put a muzzle on her and didn't tell me. ( the risks of being bitten working at an animal clinic..ok i get it) I walked in NO ONE spoke to me. But they spoke to the lady in front of me as I entered. Kylie continued to wipe down the counter right in front of me. Six people walked in and out of the clinic, and only one person spoke. They didn't offer me any products or encourage me to see their vet. OR EVENTUALLY converse...just a little. But THIS is not customer service. Sadly, I won't be back, even with the coupon. Read Less

I bring all three of my fur-babies here. They take excellent care of my Service Dog for regular check-ups, vaccines, if she gets sick, and injuries. I've brought her there for about 5 years now. And never had a problem. This past year I've adopted a stray/abandoned kitten and another dog from a rescue to be trained as a Service Dog. They've taken care of both of them. I signed up for their kitten plan which included her vaccines, spaying and all kitty appointments for a year. It was affordable and she received excellent care. They will work out payment plans to ensure the best care even for those on tighter budgets.Read Less

My 4 year old chihuahua Casull has been here twice for his disc disease, they were really nice to us and explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way. The first time back in February they gave him medications and called to check up on him. This last time he had x rays, more medications and he's on activity restriction. They gave me paperwork on his condition and they checkup on him (I just wish my phone worked better so I didn't miss phone calls) The day after I took him in this last time my older girl Eevon had to go in and she was diagnosed with arthritis. They recommended some wonderful things to me to help her and proscribed her medicines. She was wanting to hop around like a puppy after my niece and nephew while they were visiting in just a few days. The prices are really good and they care very much about my kids as much as I do. I love the fact they want to check up on them and I can call to ask questions. I will highly recommend this place to everyone I know! Read Less
