My dog had suffered an injury, couldn't use her entire left side of her body, and I couldn't find a vet closer to me that could see her as a walk in. Based on recommendations made to me by others I personally know, I called this clinic and they told me they accepted walk ins, and warned me there might be a wait. I drove the 45 min to the clinic, and I was only sitting in the lobby for about 10 minutes before I was called into a room. The vet, Dr. Graham, I thought was very knowledgeable, and he was able to identify my dog's ailment. Unfortunately, it wasn't what any pet owner wanted to hear, and after much discussion about her treatment options, I made the hard decision to euthanize her (this was not the vet's first suggestion to me at all--if anything, I brought it up). I simply wouldn't be able to afford, or save up the money for what needed to be done in the short amount of time that would be needed to ensure my pup would gain back some of her lost mobility. It was a tough decision, but I couldn't allow my pup to live in pain and unable to ever walk again. But the vet, Dr. Graham, and the tech Jordan were so supportive and made my sweet girl comfortable. It's been two days, and I personally received a call from Dr. Graham checking on how I was holding up. It was the kindest gesture... especially for him to take time out of his day to check on how I've been doing since I had to put my baby down. Everyone I spoke with, the receptionist at the time, the vet, vet tech, and the other kind girl who helped the tech wheel my pup out to my car, were all such nice and supportive people. It was comforting. Despite the circumstances of the visit, I would still recommend this clinic to others. It's not their fault for the diagnosis of my pup's injury, but their kindness and concern has stuck with me, and it was highly appreciated and needed. Read Less
