Since moving to Houston, it has been near impossible finding a place that meets every single one of my dogs needs at such a great price and with the most amazing customer service I had no problem driving the 15 extra miles. Nevermind they even tried to help me find somewhere close to me even if it meant losing my business. Needless to say it was worth the drive with how happy my pup was after all was said and done.

Brought my healthy 10 year old dog here for boarding over Thanksgiving. A week later he started showing symptoms of Kennel cough which soon developed into pneumonia while in these “vets” care. He then...
Brought my healthy 10 year old dog here for boarding over Thanksgiving. A week later he started showing symptoms of Kennel cough which soon developed into pneumonia while in these “vets” care. He then passed away and the staff failed to contact us or inform us of the severity of his condition. The standards here are poor and the staff are unprofessional. I will not be taking any of my pets here again.

Took my German shepherd here because my vet was super booked but i needed an answer right away. They definitely did the wrong diagnoses on my dog. Just gave her pain pills couldn't even tell me what was wrong. Glad i got it all solved now. Wont be coming back ever.

Dr. Battistini is a excellent doctor!! He's been treating my dogs for 17 years. I only wish they had a larger area for the dogs when boarding them.

Our first visit here with our new edition kitten to our family an we couldn't be more satisfied with the staff they are so friendly an down to earth nice an smart loving animal folks we seen Dr Battistini he was so patient with our kitten an very thorough he is very wise about animals he knows his stuff he did great an his Staff are awesome will be back in 3 weeks I highly highly recommend them 😊p.s.they are very affordable. 😊

Just another vet office that does not communicate. I dropped my dog off at 9am for a quick groom and I had to just go pick him up at 4pm. Find a different vet.......

The entire staff is friendly and very patient with my grumpy old woman cat, aka, Miss Kitty. The doctors seem to genuinely care not just about your pet, but also the mom or dad of pet. AND, let’s not forget about Jake. After searching what seemed like forever, Jake came to my rescue. If you ever need your cat groomed, call Jake. Living in Houston/Cypress area over 30 years, I could not find ANYONE to groom a cat. But Jake did an awesome job. Will never take Miss Kitty anywhere else.

Don't ever take your pets to this vet office. Took our two dogs in for regular checkups after leaving a vet in Livingston Texas. The staff was friendly enough but they nickeled and dimened us on everything.Was charged 400 for a "Senior Exam". The only difference between this and the vet tech exam was they took a stool sample, the regular vet tech exam is 60$.Just a scam to get money. We took the dogs back for shots that were due and was told the male needed 2 shots and female only 1.We asked them to order heartworm meds, they said ok. A week later when the meds didn't show up at my house I called and was told they didn't order because the male is over due a heartworm test, why didn't they tell me that when I made the apt or when I was in the office trying to order the meds. I called today to set up an apt for the heartworm test and was asked "do you want to have him get the shots that are past due?" I asked why I wasn't told about this 2 weeks ago when we came in or a week ago when I called. The person on the phone didn't have a clue about anything. this place is only out to get money, that's why they conveniently not tell you about what is due for your pet so they can charge for an office visit and the cost of the shots. This place is all about how much and how many times they can charge for something. Don't ever take your pet to this office.
I am leaving another review about this Vet office because the office manager called me to try and work out the issues I had with this place. After speaking with her I decided to give the vet another try. The experience was much better this time around and hopefully I will not have any more problems.

Recently took in a stray cat who was FILTHY from living outside. Took him to VCA for an exam and grooming. He came back smelling like fresh laundry! How did they do that?!? He came home a whole new cat, friendly and loving and not hiding behind the couch because he was so dirty and miserable. Very impressed with how they handled him.

Since moving to Houston, it has been near impossible finding a place that meets every single one of my dogs needs at such a great price and with the most amazing customer service I had no problem driving the 15 extra miles.
