My American Pit Bull was having a lot of really strange problem. I've worked with animals my whole life so when I finally took the time and connected all my dogs symptoms I realized he had Cushings Disease. I took him to his regular vet and they wanted to take things slow, but I couldn't do that to him. That is when my friend recommend I see Dr. Escobedo and it was then we confirmed it. Dr. E and Dr. Conner have both worked with Rebel and are both AMAZING vets. Their whole staff is just outstanding with the way they care for animals and all the help they provide for their humans. Not to forget their fantastic front desk ladies. I am very overprotective with my dog. I wont just let him stay at any vet, but he has had to spend a few full days here and not once did I worry and he always came back the way I left him! I took my american terrier to this location. He was suffering from a horrible ear infection, I could smell it each time he was around, I had taken him to many vets before, Dr. Castro took my baby gave him a shot ear medication and pills. He has been good ever since. Also my dog's ear infection was due to allergies, the vet gave him some shot that soothed his skin and it made me feel so good that after such a long time trying to find someone who would help my baby I finally had. We've been going to Cornerstone since we moved to Dallas 5 years ago. The location is great, the office staff is so friendly and helpful, and I really trust them to care for my dogs. Our big old dog, Major, ate a dress sock that got stuck in his intestines and we didn't discover it for months, until it was too late, but Dr. Morse did absolutely everything he could to diagnose and save him. I had mentally given up, but Dr. M hadn't, and I'm so grateful for his compassion and determination. It was a drawn out affair at the end of his life, with lots of visits and tears and phone calls, and I always felt like Cornerstone was a total partner in his care. I never felt like a number. I don't think anybody gets into this work who isn't a massive animal lover, and I know that level of compassion must be quite a burden to carry when sometimes people can't afford, or don't want to afford, the cost of treatments, but I am forever grateful they were, and are, in the neighborhood and doing great work. We have tried multiple times to have various services completed by this establishment and they perform extra services on your pets without authorization and expect you to pay. This is definitely not the place to go unless you can just blow $600 dollars like it's nothing. I'm trying to figure out why I was charged that much for my puppy to be spayed and so far I'm just getting excuses. I was never told an estimate of what everything would cost and they won't even try to rectify the situation in any way I loved going to this place for my puppy's shots, etc., but now I don't want anything to do with them. Dr. Ben Morse is an amazing, wonderful, compassionate and caring vet! Thanks to him my puppy is alive and well. He was very straight forward and honest with me. This is only my second visit to Cornerstone, mainly because of proximity to my home. However, both times have been AMAZING. I have English bulldogs and they are prone to eye issues. Dr. Escobido does amazing work. Not only that they treat your pet like their pet. Waiting room staff and waiting room is so inviting. I love going to a place that makes me feel at ease, especially when our fur baby is hurting. But they fix em, and fix em good. If you live in Dallas, or North Dallas chose this vet. We had to say goodbye to our sweet little Hannah after 16 years of being a member of our family. It was a very difficult day, but Dr. Moore made the transition perfect for Hannah. Love cornerstone! Dr Morse is our favorite vet ever, such a caring person who really is in it for the animals! We have been going to cornerstone animal clinic for almost 15 years now. They are so patient with our very old senior Maltese who is cranky and nippy. They are also patient with our labradoodle puppy who is skittish at the groomer. Dr Morse saved our cat who was very sick for six long weeks. They did everything they possibly could to save our girl! They got her better afte a five day stay with them. Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my sweet Sadie. She was my first rescue and I brought her into Cornerstone when I was 14 years old; Sadie was 15 when she went to the famous rainbow bridge, (you can do the math :-) ). Cornerstone has always been so diligent and thorough with Sadie's treatments. For 15 years they helped me keep her life full and healthy. Yesterday, the team at Cornerstone showed so much compassion. We saw a new Doctor (Dr. Connor), that was so sweet and gentle with Sadie. After bringing Sadie we now take our other 3 dogs (Buddy, Tex, and Koa) to them and we wouldn't dream of having anyone else see them. The front office staff, the technicians, the entire team is amazing. When my mom passed away suddenly and I could not care for her yellow lab, Max, they stepped up and they have not yielded in their efforts to help find him a forever home. This is truly a family and they deserve so much credit for all they do. Thank you cornerstone and your entire team from the front office, to the technician(s), all the way to the vets. I took my 5 yr old mini dachshund in who had been in pain all weekend from a back problem(my previous vet would not renew his meds unless they did a blood test which I could not afford) I decided to take him to Cornerstone for a second opinion-the staff at front was really nice and got me an appointment that day. From the minute I got there,they were wonderful,putting me in a room right away,getting me bottled water.Dr.Connor and his assistant were compassionate and professional, going over with me exactly what was wrong with Ziggy,his prognosis, and Andi (his assistant) even did some laser therapy on his back,free of charge,to get him out of pain.We left with plenty of refills of medication, and a pain free,happy dog.Best of all I have a new vet! This facility is huge and house plenty of staff up front and in the back.  Dr Conner and technician Katie were absolutely friendly and extremely helpful.  I really appreciate the lady with whom I spoke i scheduled my appointment; she specifically recommend Dr. Conner, because he is the most knowledgable and they call him the "cat whisper". Rightfully so, he amazingly and smoothly handled Little Bit with no stress whatsoever, considering how frightened my cat was. My wife and I were thrilled with Delinda's professional grooming of our 15 year old Schnauzer. Because of his age and health condition, other groomers would only shave him. We had given up on seeing our handsome boy again. He was completed in about two hours and when he strutted out with Delinda, he was gorgeous. Sarah almost cried. He was so proud of himself. Last year, our deeply loved Chihuahua, became ill. Dr. Benham was very thorough and once he determined that something more needed to be done, he sent us to a specialist. Our fur baby was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Dr. Benham and the staff were helpful to the nth degree to the very end. When my elderly cat (18 years!) had a sudden change in behavior, I knew right away that it was time for a visit to the vet. The folks at Cornerstone took great care of my senior kitty, diagnosed pressure in his eye and the beginning phases of renal failure. He's on a new diet, and drops for his eyes, and as of his one month checkup is on the right road once more. It can be challenging finding someone who has a good knowledge base for old pets. We have known them for 4 years. We would have never expected to be in a life or death situation with our 2 year old Husky, Saint.
