My 5 yr old Pekingese Diamond hurt her back and Dr Fuller was awesome in her treatment of my fur baby. My husband and I are traveling and had to take our dog in to be seen for a bite on the foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. They came out from behind the desk and pet my dog while I filled out paperwork and seemed genuine in their treatment of us both. Dr. Fuller came in almost immediately when the super friendly and professional Vet Tech left, after taking down my info on my dog. She came back in later, to help. Dr. Fuller spent unhurried time explaining what she saw and all the possibilities there could be for my dog's foot.  The concern, professionalism and friendliness made this unexpected visit, stress-free.The visit was 46.00 for consultation /environmental disposal fee was 5.00 . Total They didn't charge me for an office visit. They carry the "Hylyt" shampoo products, which was an added plus. My dog was pretty sick and needed to be seen right away. My normal vet in DeSoto didn't have any availability. I called Pet Medical Center and they were absolutely amazing. The receptionist was so kind and accommodating. She scheduled an appointment for the doctor to see my dog within hours of my call. She even allowed me to leave my dog there at the vet until my appointment. And it didn't stop there, Dr. Buss, Todd, and other veterinarian staff took time with my dog and cared for him. Dr. Buss discussed the diagnosis and her recommendation. She even had a computer screen in the exam room and reviewed each of the prescribed meds and related charges - wow! I have gone to four different animal hospitals in DFW area since I got my first cat 2 years ago. Those hospitals were okay, but I didn't feel completely secure with them. I felt like they may be a good vet for dogs but not cats. I finally found this place----- awesome! The technicians were all caring and knew what they do. The staff members were like family. It was just heart-warming. The doctor,,, OMG she was the best I have ever experienced. She knew what my cat's problem was (I bet if I came to any of the hospitals I visited, my poor cat may suffer from the illness still now). The instruction and explanation were super clear. They followed all procedure, protocol and sent me home with well-treated cat. My cat had to have surgery yesterday, and I was worried if she feels uncomfortable at home. But, once we got home (very same day of the surgery), she finished her can food and drank whole cup of water. Now she does not show any symptoms she had, and just acts like nothing happened. Their fee is a bit higher than other places, but totally worth it! It is not over-priced. I was looking for cheap places, and all I received was cheap service. I love this place. Friendly staff. My dog and I feel very comfortable here. When we arrive my dog runs right in no problem. Staff very knowledgeable and professional and helpful. They will assist you with filing your insurance but payment is due in full at time of service then you file your insurance yourself. The Vet takes great time with your animal ensuring a complete exam, and all of your questions and concerns are addressed Highly recommend. Went here for the first time Saturday morning 5/2/15. Had an appointment for 8:40 AM. Got there at 8:30 and it's small with three exam rooms but nice. I didn't get in to a room until 10:15 so my dog and I were getting restless at this point. They take walk-ins and apparently there were many before my appointment but they didn't save a place for me even though I had a time... so I was in line behind all the other people without appts. The staff was really nice and informative though and apologized for the wait saying it's usually not that busy. I'll be going back to finish up some stuff and giving it another shot since the staff was so helpful. But if I have to wait an hour and a half again when I made an appt I won't be returning in the future. Best to avoid Saturday mornings I suppose. Read Less

Once Dr. Ali viewed my dog's xray, blood work, and other tests she assured me that surgery was necessary to remove the item that was causing my dog's illness.  I paid over $1000 for them to find nothing.  My dog was given an antibiotic and pain meds.  Their plans for treating my dog changed from one minute to the next.  I should have went with my instinct and gone else where.  It still hurts me to see the huge scar on my dog's stomach. I've been taking my American Bulldog there for 2 years and been very happy with the service. Dr. Fuller recommended she drop 10 pounds, and that's exactly what we did and now she is at the perfect weight and looks great. Early on they had to do a chest x-ray, and not long after they did her spay, and she didn't try to bite anyone so I'd say they did a good job. No major emergencies, but lots of minor stuff such as weekly allergy shots. My dog does not trust strangers but the staff has been very willing to take the time to let her warm up to them (with the help of lots of treats) and she actually loves going there because we always begin and end every exam/procedure with a few treats for her from them. They know my dog trusts me and that I can control her, so rather than man-handle her themselves (even though they're all women) they trust me to hold her while they do what they need to, and I appreciate that. As far as the person giving a 1-star rating because of a single scheduling mix-up. Get over it. That happens at every business that makes appointments every once in awhile. It's not far to judge the whole business on that one incident. Read Less

I found this office to be filled with wonderful caring people. Doctor fuller came highly recommended from my previous set who had to move out of town. when the unfortunate time came for my old best friend to pass on the entire team handled it with such compassion. Not long after her passing, doctor fuller and her team send us a card with the paw prints of our dog and a wonderful message signed by the entire staff. I have been coming here for four years now! and I've never had a bad experience with any of the vets. One of the receptionists is kind of rude but I dont mind her. She's not taking care of my dog!
