I had an appointment at 8am and I’ve been waiting for over 50mins. They told me that they had an emergency so it take priority over mines. Which is understandable. But if you schedule an appointment you expect to get seen at a timely manner. They should have more than 1 vet. 1 to do appointments and another to do emergencies. I have called around to go somewhere else but the way is even longer. I will absolutely not be coming back here if this is how they handle appointments. I made an appointment for a reason because I got stuff to do the rest of the day and not waste it at the vets office.

Took my baby for his check up and vet and staff were absolutely thorough, answered all my questions, gave good advice and treated my Bruno like royalty. Went back to the groomer a few days later and could not be happier. Groomer listened to my concerns and did a fabulous job. I am so glad I came across this clinic, will not be taking my baby anywhere else anymore. Excellent job adobe!

Switched to this veterinary after obtaining a second opinion. The doctor thoroughly explained our guy's diagnosis and offered sound treatment advice for future visits. He's on a new diet now and doing excellently. We know he wont live forever but with the help from Adobe he will live happily and in comfort. The doctor and staff here are patient and kind. My pup likes to visit here even when he doesn't need to see the vet!

Since being in West Texas, Adobe has become my primary source for Vaccinating my Animals. I now have two dogs and a cat that receive their shots here. The Staff are very professional and caring, and they go out of the way to make my pets feel at ease. I've also used their service in kenneling my pets during a stay at the Hospital when I needed care for myself. I recommend Adobe Animal Hospital to everyone, any service that is specialized, that they do not cover, they will recommend another Clinic that will handle the problem.

I am very disappointed even while I make this rating. We've been taking our babies here for the last 10 years and each visit has been great. Customer service in the front desk is good. Except today, I went in to take our new baby for a health checkup and a booster. I overheard the female veterinarian complain outside the door of our room because I had asked for a health assessment. She didn't even perform a full health assessment just stated he looks good and gave our pup the booster. I miss Dr. Meyer who has always been really professional and friendly. This new Vet not so much. Seriously thinking about taking our pups somewhere else.

Took my Saint Bernard puppy after she collapsed in my arms. The vet saw us right away. I was explained all my options and given several choices for treatment. I felt that they did everything they could for my puppy. Unfortunately, my puppy passed away. A staff member called to check on my puppy and I explained that she passed. A couple of days later I received a beautiful card expressing condolences signed by the entire staff. I can't stress how much that card meant to my family and I. The loss of our puppy was heart breaking and it was nice of someone to notice. I highly recommend this place to pet owners.

I cannot say enough about Adobe. We have been a part of their family for 6 years. We have 3 dogs and all are so well cared for. When we have had concerns after hours we have always been able to speak with the Doctor. When we needed to board our puppies...although not glamorous, the care was exceptional!!! We love the staff but of course we are partial to Dr. Gearhart. I would recommend them 100%. The treat each animal as if they were their own. Whether you need a spade/ neuter, teeth cleaning, or simple vaccines...you can rest easy. Adobe is the best veterinary service in El Paso.

I truly wish there a positive comment that we could make about this clinic, but sadly there is not. First of all, let me say this clinic is one of the most expensive clinics in this area. The owner of this clinic is clearly avaricious and does not have any interest in truly helping your pet. His greed is very transparent. In the entire time that we took our pet, not one single time did he offer to do anything that would require any effort outside of his comfort zone. He was glad to always take our money of course. He is limited in his knowledge of complex cases, but won't bother to make a phone call to other doctors/specialists about what can be done to help your pet. His response is simply, "I don't know."

We now live in CA, but this was always our vet when we lived in ELP. We have had positive experiences in the past and still bring our dogs to Adobe to get their teeth cleaned. However, today was not a pleasant one. Our 6lb dog busted a nail and a big part of the quick was exposed. While waiting for the doc, the vet tech examined her & was insistent that it was the nail, not the quick. My husband repeatedly told her it was the quick, but she clearly didn't listen. She SAID that the doc would look at it but she DID the opposite. She took our dog to trim her nails and cut the quick!! My husband could hear her crying in pain. My husband was upset. He explained to the doc that the tech had cut it, but at that point there was nothing to be done except putting antibiotic ointment on it. Perhaps the doc would have done the same thing as the vet. However, as the pet owner, we should have been able to make that decision AFTER the veterinarian examined her. It was very unprofessional of the staff to assume they knew what's best. We pay for the vet to examine & diagnose our dogs, NOT the tech.

According to some others locally, they're a little more expensive than some other vets, but I just shrug and say "you get what you pay for" at this point. After a traumatic 3-day journey in the car during our move from AL to TX, our kitty picked up a nasty cat-cold. I called Adobe and not knowing me at all, they provided helpful insight over the phone- not the "bring her in now no matter the symptoms" type advice I expected, but actual practical helpful info. Once we determined this illness wasnt going to magically disappear as we had hoped, Adobe not only accepted her as a walk-in, but also didnt make me feel like a terrible cat mom for not getting her in sooner. Was in and out with meds and peace of mind in 45 minutes. Kitty is well on her way to recovery and should be eating me out of house and home and getting into trouble again in no time.

Being new to El Paso and Texas in general, I took my dog to ADOBE after he was having digestive problems . With one visit Dr. Hobbs diagnosed my dog with having heartworms . The entire staff took care of my dogs medical problems and he is now in tip top shape. I would recommend this hospital for the sake of all pets in El Paso Texas. They truly do care about the well being of animals and treat them with the upmost respect.

Took my baby for his check up and vet and staff were absolutely thorough, answered all my questions, gave good advice and treated my Bruno like royalty. Went back to the groomer a few days later and could not be happier. Groomer listened to my concerns and did a fabulous job. I am so glad I came across this clinic, will not be taking my baby anywhere else anymore. Excellent job adobe!

Switched to this veterinary after obtaining a second opinion. The doctor thoroughly explained our guy's diagnosis and offered sound treatment advice for future visits. He's on a new diet now and doing excellently. We know he wont live forever but with the help from Adobe he will live happily and in comfort. The doctor and staff here are patient and kind. My pup likes to visit here even when he doesn't need to see the vet!

Since being in West Texas, Adobe has become my primary source for Vaccinating my Animals. I now have two dogs and a cat that receive their shots here. The Staff are very professional and caring, and they go out of the way to make my pets feel at ease. I've also used their service in kenneling my pets during a stay at the Hospital when I needed care for myself. I recommend Adobe Animal Hospital to everyone, any service that is specialized, that they do not cover, they will recommend another Clinic that will handle the problem.

I am very disappointed even while I make this rating. We've been taking our babies here for the last 10 years and each visit has been great. Customer service in the front desk is good. Except today, I went in to take our new baby for a health checkup and a booster. I overheard the female veterinarian complain outside the door of our room because I had asked for a health assessment. She didn't even perform a full health assessment just stated he looks good and gave our pup the booster. I miss Dr. Meyer who has always been really professional and friendly. This new Vet not so much. Seriously thinking about taking our pups somewhere else.

Took my Saint Bernard puppy after she collapsed in my arms. The vet saw us right away. I was explained all my options and given several choices for treatment. I felt that they did everything they could for my puppy. Unfortunately, my puppy passed away. A staff member called to check on my puppy and I explained that she passed. A couple of days later I received a beautiful card expressing condolences signed by the entire staff. I can't stress how much that card meant to my family and I. The loss of our puppy was heart breaking and it was nice of someone to notice. I highly recommend this place to pet owners.

I recently had my best friend Pebbles of 11 years put down after battling cancer and other illness, it was an extremely difficult decision for me to make, I had a lot of guilt and heartache making that difficult decision. But the staff and the Veterinarian put me at ease and said the words that I needed to let go of my fury family member. They are very emphatic, and very professional.

I cannot say enough about Adobe. We have been a part of their family for 6 years. We have 3 dogs and all are so well cared for. When we have had concerns after hours we have always been able to speak with the Doctor. When we needed to board our puppies...although not glamorous, the care was exceptional!!! We love the staff but of course we are partial to Dr. Gearhart. I would recommend them 100%. The treat each animal as if they were their own. Whether you need a spade/ neuter, teeth cleaning, or simple vaccines...you can rest easy. Adobe is the best veterinary service in El Paso.

I truly wish there a positive comment that we could make about this clinic, but sadly there is not. First of all, let me say this clinic is one of the most expensive clinics in this area. The owner of this clinic is clearly avaricious and does not have any interest in truly helping your pet. His greed is very transparent. In the entire time that we took our pet, not one single time did he offer to do anything that would require any effort outside of his comfort zone. He was glad to always take our money of course. He is limited in his knowledge of complex cases, but won't bother to make a phone call to other doctors/specialists about what can be done to help your pet. His response is simply, "I don't know."

We now live in CA, but this was always our vet when we lived in ELP. We have had positive experiences in the past and still bring our dogs to Adobe to get their teeth cleaned. However, today was not a pleasant one. Our 6lb dog busted a nail and a big part of the quick was exposed. While waiting for the doc, the vet tech examined her & was insistent that it was the nail, not the quick. My husband repeatedly told her it was the quick, but she clearly didn't listen. She SAID that the doc would look at it but she DID the opposite. She took our dog to trim her nails and cut the quick!! My husband could hear her crying in pain. My husband was upset. He explained to the doc that the tech had cut it, but at that point there was nothing to be done except putting antibiotic ointment on it. Perhaps the doc would have done the same thing as the vet. However, as the pet owner, we should have been able to make that decision AFTER the veterinarian examined her. It was very unprofessional of the staff to assume they knew what's best. We pay for the vet to examine & diagnose our dogs, NOT the tech.

According to some others locally, they're a little more expensive than some other vets, but I just shrug and say "you get what you pay for" at this point. After a traumatic 3-day journey in the car during our move from AL to TX, our kitty picked up a nasty cat-cold. I called Adobe and not knowing me at all, they provided helpful insight over the phone- not the "bring her in now no matter the symptoms" type advice I expected, but actual practical helpful info. Once we determined this illness wasnt going to magically disappear as we had hoped, Adobe not only accepted her as a walk-in, but also didnt make me feel like a terrible cat mom for not getting her in sooner. Was in and out with meds and peace of mind in 45 minutes. Kitty is well on her way to recovery and should be eating me out of house and home and getting into trouble again in no time.

Being new to El Paso and Texas in general, I took my dog to ADOBE after he was having digestive problems . With one visit Dr. Hobbs diagnosed my dog with having heartworms . The entire staff took care of my dogs medical problems and he is now in tip top shape. I would recommend this hospital for the sake of all pets in El Paso Texas. They truly do care about the well being of animals and treat them with the upmost respect.
