Amazing, AMAZING place -- from the receptionist, to the staff, to doctor, to the prices, etc. My family and I would never take our dogs elsewhere. They genuinely care about the wellness of your pet and it shows in every visit. My big dog, who gets nervous at the mobile pet vet, looks completely calm when the doctor here sees him -- Dr. Navar Jr. was born to be a veterinarian. You can see the genuiness and compassion in the interactions with my boys (fur babies) and his willingness to thoroughly answer any and all of my questions. Best vets in town! I had been to all of the vets in El Paso and a lot in Juarez and the doctors here are so good and caring. Dr. Navar Jr. saved my furry baby's life many times when he was very ill. Always treat the non-human as their top priority. They care about all whether it is to make sure vaccines are up to date, trim nails, over all physical, weight and diet recommendations, to major medical/surgical emergencies. I have been taking my dogs to both Dr Navar Sr. and Dr Navar Jr for many years now. Both doctors and staff have always been very kind, professional and compassionate. Even when I had to decide to euthanize one of my fur babies the doctor was so understanding and I could honestly see he was empathetic. I have never had a bad experience with them and such a small cozy office. I've never been anywhere else but I believe their prices are very fair. Definitely would recommend!! Read Less

Two of my dogs died at this clinic. My last dog died after simply going for a routine shot. He had been taking his prescribed diet food which obviously did not help his situation because he was still forming crystals. The vet was also not as empathetic as he once used to be, neither the front office staff. I think it's time for all of them to retire. Read Less

I definitely recommend both Dr. Navar's, father, and son. My senior dog started to get very ill due to old age related, serious conditions. My Niki was seen and treated by both doctors, in different occasions. Unfortunately my baby was beyond repair and I had to make the painful decision to have her euthanized. Both doctors are very understanding, compassionate, caring, and professional. I extend the same for the rest of the staff. I am 23 years old and Dr. navar has been saving out family pets before i was born. My mom goes to him and i do as we, he has saved a couple pets that we thought were going to die. It is also a great place to board your pets they have outdoor and indoor sections.Which like b/c iv looked at some places that only have them in a small cage indoors. they don't get to go outside and get some fresh air. with allstar they let them out during the day and bring them in come evening.Read Less

I love Dr. Navar. He is a wonderful doctor and offers amazingly low prices and has always treated me fairly and honestly. I trust him with my precious baby and most importantly I can tell he loves animals. Being a pet owner of 3 beautiful big dogs comes with financial responsibility and other things to worry about when you love your animal. I've spent a lot of money the times my animals almost lost their lives or almost went blind. Dr Navar saved my dogs life when another vet clinic couldn't. I trust him and he provides me with education to properly care for my pets. All of my pets are spayed so other homeless animals will have a chance to find a home.
