My cat was attacked by a dog on Tuesday, 3/28/17, and the first clinic I could think of was Dr. Harvey's clinic. I've heard nothing but good things about Country Club Animal Clinic, and they're amazing in my book. My husband called them to let them know we were going to bring in our cat. When I brought her in, reception was very nice; I was noticeably panicked and a bit annoyed that there was a slight miscommunication, but it was corrected immediately. They are a busy clinic, but they do their very best to be with you asap and help you in any way they can. Rihannon and Dr. Harvey took me in almost immediately (Dr. Harvey had surgeries to do but it was very nice of her to look at my kitty on such short notice). She was very honest about possibilities for my cat and made sure I was drawn up estimates on my options. In the end, I decided to put my cat down. The staff was extremely compassionate and kind, which made this whole process much easier. They let me sit with my kitty and have time with her. It's a vet clinic, so expect to pay for services (can't stand when people complain that they had to pay for a service). Overall, 100% would recommend and go to them again. I received my Harmony's ashes yesterday (4/6/17) with a little paw print plaque, which they decorated very nicely.
Thank you so much for your kindness, your service, and compassion. I'm so glad I ended up in your lobby and that y'all helped my Harmony pass as peacefully as possible. Your techs are amazing, your reception is spot-on, and Dr. Harvey, thank you for your time and your honesty. Y'all are great! Read Less
