We get excellent service here. When our first dog almost lost her leg in an accident, Dr. Ramos was able to put it back together. Through the years, she always clearly laid out our choices for treatments. When our dog was dying she (and the rest of the staff) were caring and compassionate to the end. I visited several other clinics but never got the kind of service and treatment that we got with Dr. Ramos and her staff. I love that they take time to explain every detail. It is clear that she knows what she is doing! Something that really warmed my heart is that when my puppy was first vaccinated for Rabies she got upset and Dr. Ramos stayed with her giving her treats and trying to play with her until my puppy got over it. I am really greatful for them. You should totally try it out! I have told all my friends about them. :) ohh and their fees are way better than all the other places I visited before. Dr. Janie Ramos and her staff are incredible. I had an emergency with my "baby" dog and it was late on a Friday Night. They stayed and comforted me and my "baby" was even able to come home that night. I have been going to Dr. Grant since we moved to El Paso in 2010. She is the best! She takes her time with my dogs and answers any questions I have. In my experience, she treats every animal as if it were one of her own. Added to that anytime I need to get in quickly, her staff has been able to fit me in same day! But beyond that, whenever she recommends treatment, she is practical - she gives you options - and does NOT make you feel like a terrible person if you choose to go with the cheaper option. I think Dr. Grant is the best vet out there and I hope to be going to her for my pet's needs for many years to come! Read Less

We think Dr.Grant is the best veterinarian in the El Paso area. She has done wonders with one of our cats since August 2006, which were about 3 months and a few veterinarians later, after we discovered that our kitty was having problems. By that time, our kitty was very sick. She made no cure promises. This patient was difficult to diagnose and treat. Dr. Grant has a very competent, efficient and friendly clinic. Dr. Grant is very dedicated. Christmastime of 2006, both Dr. Grant and us had travel plans. Ours included our cats to be with us. She was concerned on how we traveled and when. She provided all the information including x-ray to our destination veterinarian and setup a line of communication. Both doctors speak very highly of each other and can?t give the other enough praise. Each played an important role in our furbee?s recovery especially Dr. Grant. Now, our furbee expects to celebrate her 14th birthday in July and still governs this household including the other two cats. Advice: Keep a good history of your pet including regular blood-work records. They are invaluable. We didn?t and we nearly lost our prized kitty. If our pets could only talk! Read Less
