Dr. Garza opened East El Paso Animal Hospital in 1986. Our goal here at East El Paso Animal Hospital has always been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. The East El Paso Animal Hospital team displays an unrivaled commitment to our clients through continuing education, technological advances in veterinary medicine and service, and most importantly, administering compassionate care to all pets entrusted to us.
We are under construction but still in business right now. We will move into a brand-new building in June of this year!
We have five doctors on staff: Dr. Orlando Garza Jr., DVM; Dr. Carlyn Duchoquette, DVM; Dr. Luis Terrazas, DVM; Dr. Lauren Zeigler, DVM; Dr. Stephanie Hunt, DVM; and Dr. Caroline Rojas, DVM.
We are open M-F 8:00-5:30 (Doctor out from 12-2)
and Saturday from 8:00-12:00
We are under construction but still in business right now. We will move into a brand-new building in June of this year!

Bad service and no coordination. I was waiting almost 2 hours waiting on an estimate and still no service. The room was hot and my dogs were growing very impatient. Swarts I believe is her name and she said they had her doing estimates which was not her job so she was in a bad mood already. I walk out and there are 6 employees in the front doing nothing but mingling, what a a very unorganized hospital

They have been my primary vet since 2012 and I toom my cat to get spayed yesterday and was still blown away by how great they were to both her and myself. The vet helping me was Dr. Domiguez and he was so kind and patient with all my questions. Normally, my cat is extremely high strung for days after going to the vet, but she is already back to her normal self (plus a cone, but still). I'm so pleased with how they treated us through the whole thing and I'm very thankful for Dr. Dominguez.

We have been going to East El Paso Animal Hospital for about 3 years and have trusted them since the start. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and amazing with our pets. The clinic is clean, has great hours for those who work, and the staff is friendly. No matter where you live, it can be hard to find a clinic that is truly invested in your pet's well-being but we know that we have found that here. We recommend this clinic to all of our friends!

The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the front office staff. The older ladies that have been there for yes are just RUDE especially Dinah. She will hang up on you with no qualms. The younger girls are always so nice but the older ladies should learn a thing or two from the younger co workers about true customer service.

The vet's are truly a great caring Vet's Won't turn you away if your pets sick .My pet got a hold of a box of chocolate last Christmas and ate it all. I was afraid my pet would die.That night I called the Vet and He guided me through the process of getting her well.He didn't tell me tough lady deal with it. No he stood on the phone patiently and calmly helped. The next morning he called to check on my pet. Which I didn't expect. Thank goodness for real Vet's that truly care it's not just for the money like other vet's do. I'm confident With Dr. Garza and his staff they are amazing. Couldn't say enough positive words about them.

They are so friendly here and the veterinarian is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and treated us with respect and concern for the issue with my Mom's cat. He is the only vet my parents trust their pets with.
Also as a side note, this vet was very compassionate as we needed to out down our family dog, Brownie. It was a very difficult decision, but due to her cancer was the humane thing to do. They sent us a very nice remembrance cat if her paw print.
Highly recommended!

This was our first experience visiting a vet and I was very worried at first. My dog is very territorial and does not go with others very easily yet Dr. Hunt took great care of him and would give me frequent calls to keep up us updated on our dog's condition as he had to have surgery and stay the night. He has healed excellently from his hernia surgery! All around the staff was awesome and friendly especially with my hundreds of questions. 100% recommended!

I would never take my babies any other place. They also offer boarding for those times your fur baby can't travel with you.

On Sunday I took my dog to put him to sleep. He had a large tumor on his right back leg. The decision was hard and painful, but the Vet made us understand and feel a bit better by explaining it was the most humane thing to do. We were referred by a staff member from the dog pound. This was my first time going and won't be my last. The staff was extremely nice and understanding!!! Prices were fair, the environment was so soothing, and welcoming! Thank you for your service!!! Very very happy although the circumstances weren't the best. I now have my dog Terminator ashes at home and his beautiful paw print. Thank you for the service

Bad service and no coordination. I was waiting almost 2 hours waiting on an estimate and still no service. The room was hot and my dogs were growing very impatient. Swarts I believe is her name and she said they had her doing estimates which was not her job so she was in a bad mood already. They have been my primary vet since 2012 and I toom my cat to get spayed yesterday and was still blown away by how great they were to both her and myself. The vet helping me was Dr. Domiguez and he was so kind and patient with all my questions. Normally, my cat is extremely high strung for days after going to the vet, but she is already back to her normal self (plus a cone, but still). I'm so pleased with how they treated us through the whole thing and I'm very thankful for Dr. Dominguez.

We have been going to East El Paso Animal Hospital for about 3 years and have trusted them since the start. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and amazing with our pets. The clinic is clean, has great hours for those who work, and the staff is friendly. No matter where you live, it can be hard to find a clinic that is truly invested in your pet's well-being but we know that we have found that here. We recommend this clinic to all of our friends!

I was afraid my pet would die.That night I called the Vet and He guided me through the process of getting her well.He didn't tell me tough lady deal with it. They are so friendly here and the veterinarian is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and treated us with respect and concern for the issue with my Mom's cat. He is the only vet my parents trust their pets with.
Also as a side note, this vet was very compassionate as we needed to out down our family dog, Brownie. It was a very difficult decision, but due to her cancer was the humane thing to do. They sent us a very nice remembrance cat if her paw print.
