When someone truly loves what they do, it shows. Dr. Martinez at Holy Family Pet Care is truly amazing! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I know my pups are getting the best treatment possible.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the vet, and her staff. They go above and beyond. After making the initial appointment and giving background info, Dr. Martinez called me personally to figure out the best options and time to see my dog. The clinic itself it extremely clean and inviting. The technician brought fresh water out to the waiting room for my dog. We had a very minimal wait and once we were with the doctor she took her time and did an extremely thorough examination. She and the technician were very gentle and compassionate with my injured dog. I was sure I knew what was wrong with my dog and did not have high hope. I was so relieved to hear that I was wrong and that her condition was in fact treatable. Dr. Martinez even took the time to bring out a book for visual aid to help us better understand her condition and exactly how to treat it and what her limitations were. She didn't order unnecessary tests or xrays. She laid out a step by step approach to treating her condition and reserved more costly procedures as options only if needed later on. I never felt rushed and she answered EVERY question we had. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. The cost of the visit, including medication to take home was very reasonable! They even called the following week to check on her progress. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good vet in the area and will continue to use her for all of my pets.

Dr. Martinez is the best vet you could ask for. We used to go to another vet clinic up the street but once the original owner passed it turned into a place that would needlessly upsell you on anything they could think of. We tried Holy Family vet almost two years ago and cannot stress how amazing Dr. Martinez is! She has seen our three dogs and two cats through everything and has been nothing short of wonderful. If you’re looking for the best vet in the city, look no further!

I am so glad I picked holy family for a vet visit here is why: I had just adopted a heeler and he was super hyper jumping and would nip at your hands. Dr. Martinez was very patient and showed me how to correct these behaviors with non harsh methods. By the end of our visit, my dog was much better behaved! Dr Martinez took the time to show me I believe she took almost 2 hours! and I'm so glad she did! she didn't do any unnecessary exams. Her assistant was very nice, they gave me or my dog a welcome home bag with lots of nice little gift. I will recommend Holy Family Animal clinic to anyone looking for a vet. looking forward to going back to show her the progress we have made.

Dr. Martinez and her staff are awesome. She is the perfect balance of empathy and caring with science and knowledge. She explains her methods, is calm and caring, and does not automatically force a lot of expensive tests upon you but goes step by step. She truly cares and I highly recommend her.
She gets to know you and your pet personally and understands the bond between you and your best friend.

I needed to take my two cats for a checkup and set an appointment to test them out. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They held true to the appointment time. No waiting. The staff was very knowlegable and eager to help. Not to mention polite. I will definitely be coming back to them as my main veterinarians. If you're looking for one I'd definitely recommend them.

This place is AMAZING! I had such a great experience taking my dogs here for their annual shots. I was nervous because I have rescue dogs and my girl dog has a particularly difficult time with strangers, especially males and children. Dr. Martinez and Gabriela were both wonderful with my dogs. They pet them and gave them treats throughout the whole visit. My girl dog was nervous at the beginning and by the end of the visit she was sniffing around the office and happily approaching the staff to beg for treats. I loved how calm and collected both Dr. Martinez and Gabriela were. These gals are pros for sure! Dr. Martinez seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss any concerns and questions I had about my dogs. The prices were reasonable and the staff was up front about all costs for the services. Definitely would recommend this clinic to all pet parents! Thanks Dr. Martinez and Gabriela!

Holy Family Pet Care helped us through one of the most difficult moments our family has experienced. Our Australian shepherd was suffering from an autoimmune disorder when we brought her to Holy Family Pet Care. We had previously met Dr. Melinda Martinez, and we were so glad we made the decision to seek her help. Our dog had to spend two full business days at their vet clinic for observation. I can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable about leaving my dog at a vet clinic. Their facilities are clean, quiet and actually quite peaceful (classical music is always playing in the background). The staff at Holy Family Pet Care are both extremely professional and so passionate and kind to animals. As a matter of fact, our aussie is still popping by for check ups on a bimonthly basis and she gets genuinely excited every single time we walk in the front door. I think it's safe to say Billie the Aussie loves Dr. Martinez and Kira. Check this place out if you're searching for an amazing vet in the El Paso area! We will be forever grateful the attentive care our girl received during a really scary time in our lives!

Our Australian shepherd was suffering from an autoimmune disorder when we brought her to Holy Family Pet Care. We had previously met Dr. Melinda Martinez, and we were so glad we made the decision to seek her help. Our dog had to spend two full business days at their vet clinic for observation. I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the vet, and her staff. They go above and beyond. This place is AMAZING! I had such a great experience taking my dogs here for their annual shots.
