I used to like this place at their pervious location. Now the receptionist with blue hair is rude and has no customer service skills. Even for a simple question she ignores you even if you're standing in front of her. She's even skipped me. The wait to get seen by the doctor is at least of 3 hours. There's 2 doctors and the short one makes you feel like a bad owner if you don't agree to (in that same day) take everything she's recommending for your pet. For example, if I'm there only for my pets vaccines and she recommends the poop test or chip. If you say not today or no, she makes a face or a negative comment. I do not recommend this place. Although I haven't gone to this clinic for very long, I have been very happy with the help and treatment here. I very much appreciate that they hold a vaccine clinic on the weekends to help out families with cost. Doctor Dettman is a gem, she is great with my dog and very patient and kind. By far the worst service as far as employees knowing the price of services provided. I asked a lady at the front desk with black and blue hair how much would be the total for my puppy to get an exam. She told me the price would be no more than $20 so I stayed. After the veterinarian exams my puppy she tells me the exam is $60. First and LAST time I will ever go to that clinic. Dr. Shlieter is an amazing knowledgable vet that will work with you on anything your pet needs. You can tell she puts her clients before everything in her life. She is updated on latest treatments and knows what's best for your pet. Best thing is the few times she doesn't know or is uncomfortable, she proudly refers you to someone who can definitely help your pet. Dr. Shlieter does her job well, her staff on the other hand need a bit more training on good customer service and pet handling. Read Less

Always the best care. They have been amazing with my dogs. They are both dog aggressive and they give us the special care to make sure nothing ever happens. They always go above and beyond! Sweetest staff! If you go for the weekend about clinic the wait can be long, but that's anywhere that offers that service. Definitely worth it. Read Less

My multiple visits here have given me mixed feelings about this clinic. As another reviewer wrote, the front desk staff truly is always nice. The assistants are normally friendly. The prices, in all honesty, is what keeps me coming here. I dislike going here because of the conversation (or lack thereof) I have had with one of the vets. It is cold, awkward and it seems like I can sense subliminal blame in any issues that are pointed out. I was even explaining something today, and was very rudely cut off in the middle of my sentence when she wanted to talk to the assistant instead. Love this place! I've been taking both of dogs here after since moving here when I noticed their many good reviews on Google. The doctors and their assistants are always so nice and remember us! They handle my fur babies so well and my babies are alway so comfortable walking their way into the office (That's not something I can say after other visits in other clinics). I'm highly upset with this place and the staff. If you truly love your pets do not bring them to this place! They do not care about them (needless to say, it is a veterinary clinic who's supposed to care about the well being of our pets), or what you have to say; they just want your money. Even after we explained where we thought the pain was coming from(mouth area) they came to their own conclusion and misdiagnosed him. They sent us down the path that the problem was in the neck and spine area, they said he could become paralyzed. If that wasn't bad enough, my bf attempted to schedule a second appointment to have the vet take a look at my dogs mouth because my dog was in a lot of pain and acting the way he was the first time he was brought to this clinic. The bald male vet assistant became aggressive toward my bf, did not let him make the appointment, and they would not see my dog. He kicked them out nearly an hour before closing time, he did not care if my dog was in pain. The next day we were told to find another veterinary clinic(I would not bring my baby back to this place anyway). $1000 and another vet later we find out he had a broken jaw all along. Just save yourselves the headache and money! Take them elsewhere, where they care about your pets and what you have to say.(Northeast vet are same owners) Read Less

Good Vets, they care for all of our 12 pets.. since I have so many I need a good vet with medication options that don't break the wallet. She is knowledgeable in over the counter options to maintain there health. Sometimes I show up with 4-5 pets at once. The veterinarian assistants are just as great except for one that has extremely broken English that speaks way to fast thinking people can understand her. That has been my only frustration ever and have not had to deal with her since. Read Less

We were really pleased with the care that the staff gave to our dogs! They were fantastic and prices were good! There was a really long wait (b/c of cheaper pricing on Sat & walk-in only) but it was really worth it! Will definetly use again!! Do not judge the place by the way it looks, I almost did... it doesn't look like much from the outside but honestly the animal clinic rooms are nice and I can't get over how great the Doctor and Tech was!
