Today was midnites(my doggo) first taking receiving care from paws n hooves and let me say they went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with everything they did and it was DEFINITELY a reasonable price. I'm absolutely doing business here again. THANK YOU!!!

This was my first time at Paws and Hooves Mobile Unit, the staff one gentleman in particular, I think his name was Juan was very attentive and caring. Mia Marie, had a very rough first two days but the staff and especially Dr. Starr was always available to us to answer any questions and give us insight into what was happening. This was very much appreciated and needed to reassure us that she was okay. Today day three Mia Marie is more herself. We were finally able to leave her out of the cage (she broke out). But she has been quiet on the bed. Mia Marie has finally eaten and is drinking water, I think she has turned in a very positive direction. I do think everyone at Paws and Hooves for taking such good care of my little Mia Marie and I high recommend the mobile service. I will say that you have to be patient because the waiting can be lengthy, but as long as you fur baby is being taking care of in the way that they should, it's worth the wait.

At first they seem nice and that they actually want to help your pet , such a disgrace and waste of time and money never coming back. They had me wait in the car with my dehydrated 6 week old puppy for 2 hrs only to do a cheap exam and parvo test and came out to tell me what was obvious already and when the vet tech came to do a rectal swab on my dog for parvo he hurt him so much had to do it 4 times in order to do it right which he could have done if he had properly held him down so much unnecessary pain . And the worst thing when the the actual vet finally comes out starts telling me a lot of percentages oh that he has 30% chance of survival and blah blah i have had pets that had parvo in the past and all of them survived . Then they tell me " oh you have two options you can either pay us $1800 to hydrate him and hospitalize him or you can take an iv fluid kit home for $100 like if i would even know how to do it even if they try to teach you its not the same because i did not study for that nor am i trained, it takes them more than 1 time for them to actually learn it when their in school and they wanted me to learn in 5 min . There supposed to be affordable but its really all a scam . At the end i took my puppy to juarez and they gave iv fluid, vitamins to help fight off the virus for only $50 and hes so much better now. Took them only 10 min to take my baby tito in and start treating him . All this so called clinic cares about is money!

I felt the care for my cat was spot on. They had the opportunity to take advantage of us but did not do so! They explained in detail the results of the blood test, even coming outside to our car where I was waiting. How cool is that! Also, her charges, although high, were in line with the other vets in town. Bottom line is that we changed our Vet to Paws N' Hooves and that says it all!

I should have written a review sooner. My cat, Mitzi's spaying left an ugly tuck on her belly, that never smoothed out. Worse, was the front declaw surgery! She never walked normally after the surgery...and I had to live with the guilt, of having taken her to a Vet, who did a rush job. I understand, the staff has a lot of pets to treat each Saturday and they do their best to provide services but I can't recommend them.

New to the area I was hesitant about how to go about finding a vet. daughter had used Paws and Hooves mobile services many times and was confident I would like them. I was quickly taken and things were explained clearly about procedures and costs. Labs were taken and I got a return call the next day with results. They treated everyone who showed with friendly Hellos and caring service. Glad they have this service.

Dr Porras and Dr Starr are amazing! When I came back from being in the military I brought my lab to them. My friend recommended them. They took such great care of my lab up to his final hours. I was so impressed by them and their staff that I will only take my other two dogs there now. I'm not easily impressed and I'm quite critical when it comes to patient care but they really are amazing and my dogs love them too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Dr Porras and Dr Starr are amazing! When I came back from being in the military I brought my lab to them. My friend recommended them. They took such great care of my lab up to his final hours. My dog had an appointment at 3:30 and because of traffic there was no way I was going to make it on time. I called the Vet's office to let them know i was going to be late and the receptionist looked on her computer and told me there was a later time slot availiable and she wrote us in! She told me to take my time and not to worry! :) The staff, techs and Vet's at this clinic are Amazing! They are welcoming, friendly, attentive and care about your pets needs. I recommend this place to anyone who wants 5 star treatment for themselves and their beloved pets!!

Great place. I have been taking my dogs to the mobile vet and mesa veterinary clinic for years. Sometimes the wait is long, but for what you pay, it is well worth it. They have great specials. Javi just cleaned both my dogs teeth without anesthetic and did an AWESOME job. They are older dogs and he took such good care of them. All of the Vets and Vet Techs are great. The office staff is always helpful and caring.

This was my first time at Paws and Hooves Mobile Unit, the staff one gentleman in particular, I think his name was Juan was very attentive and caring. I felt the care for my cat was spot on. They had the opportunity to take advantage of us but did not do so! They explained in detail the results of the blood test, even coming outside to our car where I was waiting. How cool is that! I should have written a review sooner. My cat, Mitzi's spaying left an ugly tuck on her belly, that never smoothed out. Worse, was the front declaw surgery! She never walked normally after the surgery...and I had to live with the guilt, of having taken her to a Vet, who did a rush job. I called the Vet's office to let them know i was going to be late and the receptionist looked on her computer and told me there was a later time slot availiable and she wrote us in! Great place. I have been taking my dogs to the mobile vet and mesa veterinary clinic for years. Sometimes the wait is long, but for what you pay, it is well worth it. They have great specials. Javi just cleaned both my dogs teeth without anesthetic and did an AWESOME job. They are older dogs and he took such good care of them. All of the Vets and Vet Techs are great. The office staff is always helpful and caring.
