By far one of the best vet experiences I've had. Having just moved to El Paso, I had to find a trustworthy vet to take my 8 year old schnauzer and my 2 month old puppy. The people working were efficient and friendly, even made sure I was comfortable and answered all questions I had even though they were extremely busy. They handled it professionally, even asking if I wanted to be present for my puppies procedure. The facility was clean, and appealing to visitors with plenty of pamphlets and magazines while you wait. Also worked fast and my puppy had a great first experience. I was extremely nervous about getting my cat spayed but the doctor assured me I had nothing to worry about after I told him my concerns. After a week, the incision was healing up well but was showing signs of redness so we took her in for a follow up check up and they got it taken care of immediately. I have visited three vets regarding the same issue with my dog. NONE were able to cure him or even give me a ballpark idea of what they thought was wrong. Then I see the vet here and he tells me its just allergies, gives him some shots and sends me home with pills and he didn't guilt me into unnecessary testing. Definitely the best vet in El Paso. I was very impressed. This location not only does low cost spay and neuter. The Veterinarian also does regular appointments as well. His service is above and beyond. He is a very funny man and was great with the animals. His team was very nice and provided excellent customer service. Absolutely the best vet in Texas. But they do take your pet in for surgery hours before the surgery, so if you're getting a spay/neuter, be prepared for your pet to be gone for half a day. Aside from that, friendly staff, friendly vets, FANTASTIC pricing. Absolutely would suggest to everyone I know and even strangers. I always grab a stack of business cards to hand out. I called around to neuter my dog and when I heard about their prices I was excited to get my dog neutered for about $110.  Over the phone they sounded great!  But when I got there I did not like the way they herded everyone in at once for a sales pitch before the surgery.  When I picked up my dog he was clearly in a lot of pain barley able to walk.  Naturally I asked them for a few extra pain meds just incase knowing they'd be closed when he ran out they refused to sell me additional med.  My dogs stitch opened up completely exposing the incision (they offer free check ups for this surgery for up to a month) the vets suggestion was to cut off more skin and make the small incision he initially opened a lot larger.  This procedure is an additional $180.  I couldn't see how making his would a lot larger would help the situation.  When I didn't opt for the surgery they were quick to rush me out.  The vet wouldn't answer any of my questions and the staff wouldn't try to help either.  The vet techs were actually very polite it actually just seemed like the vet was a total D-bag and they were scared to ask him.  The vet WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME even when he had to go in to the waiting room he passed right by me and just ignored me.  I would like to note,  I was not aggressive or rude at all just concerned for my dog.He left my dog's incision completely exposed and gave him antibiotics.  It was a freshly opened wound he could have irrigated it and reconnected it with dermabond.  Needless to say I had to take him to another vet for proper treatment.  I would not recommend this place to anyone.  He doesn't seem to have a real concern for animals or any interest in explaining situations to pet owners. The Vet is full of salesmanship. Puts on a show just to sell the cones of shame. Very entertaining and keeps it professional. My dog came out good no problems the price was right for a full size German Shepherd around $100.00. Most importantly for me was that I took a full size ranch dog that would bite you sooner than look at you. Unfortunately, I must give this facility an unsatisfactory review! I am a colony manager of a TnR and this place was recommended by another organization. I took a stray kitten in for treatment and it gave a small bite on a poorly trained employee. Upon further investigation, I was informed by other staff members that the girl didn't follow the company procedures and was not wearing protective gloves. She was bite during transfer and the result was tickets for myself from animal control, and court. I no longer feel trust with this clinic and they refuse to accept responsibility for their neglect. Wouldn't even speak with me about it. This situation was poorly handled by them. They were other indications of a poorly run facility such as being given conflicting information about pricing and times from one employee to another, and even something as simple as not being able to correctly flip an open/closed sign at the front door; day after day. I have returned to my previous vet and feel the slight price difference is worth it. The difference between good and great is in the details. Best of luck to this clinic and I hope they can improve on these basic issues. Amended-When I took this kitten in they said it was female. I took the kitten to my old vet and it's a male with an undecided testicle. Pathetic they can't even tell the gender and they specialize in spray and neuter. Shameful!Read Less

We went in with two healthy kittens for spay an neuter and came home with one kitten. She had difficulty coming out of anesthesia and they told me she was okay for pick up and when we got her it looked like she was asleep so when I checked on her not even three minutes later she was actually dead. We went back and they still charged us for her procedure, shots, and microchip. They were nice but I am still in shock that they didn't notice she wasn't doing well and let her come home like that. Very very well priced and friendly, helpful front desk staff. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the tech that was holding my dog while the other gave her the vaccine was doing so incorrectly. They had to poke her four times for one vaccine because she kept jerking out of the tech's grip, and declined my offer to hold her for them (as I have done for many dogs in my like of work). Still a great place though, would highly recommend. Their quote to neuter my Great Dane was also less than half of the next lowest quote I'd gotten and I had called around a LOT. This place is amazing! Just took my baby Martian to get neutered and not only was the staff the BEST! The pricing was perfect. I spent a good majority of my morning yesterday trying to find a place that could help my cat get fixed and his shots. I called alot of places. But every place had prices that made me feel like I should have never gotten a animal. Most of the places I called was going to make me pay 150-200 dollars for everything I needed. I'm not sorry but to me that is crazy. I thought that vet clinics were there to help are animals and push getting your animal fixed to help population control on animals. Guys idk know if you know this but more then 4000 cats and dogs are euthanized everyday because there is just not enough space for them at shelters. Also alot of people don't keep pets they get because of how expensive is to get them fixed, shots ect. The spay and neuter clinic on airway takes a big weight off my shoulder, I thank them so much for existing! I called them yesterday morning asked them all the questions that I had for getting my cat all he needed, they were so helpful and nice. I went in the next day and paid only !95 dollars! for Martian getting fixed and all of the shots he needed. I have two chihuahuas that have visited this clinic, absolutely love them! The staff is super friendly, and Dr Snyder is great! My female chihuahua was recently spayed and they did an amazing job. I was super nervous because she's a handful but they took good care of her. They are truly caring people and even called to check up on her. It's day 10 and her incision looks great! My male has a dental scheduled in two weeks and I'm sure they will be amazing again. I've visited a lot of vets with each move and this is definitely my favorite. Their prices are also really good! I was quoted $420 for a spay and $400 for a dental cleaning from another nearby vets office. I will be able to get both my dogs taken care of for about half that price at the spay and neuter clinic. I also like that they offer walkin appointments for vaccines. It makes it so much easier working around two work schedules! You will not regret taking your pets here!!Read Less

I love this place! If you have a dog or cat in El Paso I highly recommend Dr. Snyder. He and his staff are professional, friendly, and care about your pets. Never over priced, and never try to over sell you. Very affordable, and although each case is different I took my dog because she had an allergic reaction to something. She basically had a high fever and broke out in hives. Office visit and two shots cost me $54, my dog was back to normal after 6 hours from the time she was treated by Dr. Snyder.  It's hard not to share good news, especially when the prices are affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough! We have two very small dogs (4 and 6 lbs) and were pretty nervous to take them in to get spayed. When I arrived the morning of their procedure, I was greeted with the friendliest staff and the vet tech was so kind and gentle with our pups. Dr. Snyder was so helpful and informative and really put me at ease, as did the rest of the staff. After I picked up my girls and took them home, I got a call later that day from the office asking how they were doing and they even called for the next two days to check in on them.
