The staff was rude, and I completely agree with this office being unorganized. They had attitude from the moment I walked into the building. This shop is only for active duty members to include reservist only on active duty retiree, veteran or dependent does not apply to this facility. When I call them the phone to verify they said there would be no problem rolling me I would get to go. I get here and then I'm turned away due to not being active duty.

Ok, I guess more needs to be said. This center was instrumental in getting the paperwork for my dog together, so he could travel to Germany with me. For less than $30, they saved me what would have been 3 visits to multiple facilities, including driving to Austin, plus untold $$$
Seriously, some pet couriers will charge +$500 for the medical screening alone. This place saves time, money, and significant stress in getting your pet ready for an international move.
Couldn't be happier with their service or expertise.

Have been here several times only because I had to in order to get ready to move to Hawaii. Staff is unorganized and didn't even know who belonged to what room. My appointment was at 1 and I was not taken back until several minutes after 1. They took an hour and a half to draw blood and so far I have been sitting in the waiting room waiting for over half an hour for a rabies certificate. I am the only one in the waiting room and there are 4 people behind the desk not doing anything but talking. I can guarantee it doesn't take this long to print off a few pieces of paper especially when I am the only one here. What would have taken an hour max at any other vet has now taken 3 hours at this one. If you can avoid this place I would at all costs.

Friendly staff, long wait times. The actual vet took 20 minutes explaining what was wrong with my cats and used vet school level terminology that my husband and I both did not understand nor care for....
Friendly staff, long wait times. The actual vet took 20 minutes explaining what was wrong with my cats and used vet school level terminology that my husband and I both did not understand nor care for. We simply wanted to know what meds the cats needed and how and when to give them. We were so bombarded with useless medical terminology and foreign words that I still don't even know how to effectively give my cats their meds. I will seek a vet office outside of post even if that means we need to pay more.. I recommend you do the same.

For it being a on post vet I went above and beyond to avoid going here for 4 years tell it was time to move to hawaii.. they did amazing with my sensitive dog and listened to everything I had to say...

Just wanted to thank each of you that assisted me this morning with the deceased dog. Y'all went above and beyond and were so friendly and helpful. I appreciate each of you! Tammy and the ladies in the office were great and the private (if I remember correctly) who helped with the body was very compassionate and caring. Thank you all! I hope that the baby's owners can come claim the body...if not, I hope they know that he was handled with love.

It's impossible to get a timely appointment here...waiting two weeks or more for vaccine boosters is doable, but some issues simply cannot wait that long. The staff at the front desk are friendly, but the technicians are a mixed bag. My younger lab mix is terrified of vet clinics, and pooped herself in fear and the vet tech had a disgusted look on her face and grimaced and took a rude tone with me, even though I asked for paper towel to clean it up myself. Just...really? You work in a vet clinic, I know you see poop on a daily basis, and poop that's way more disgusting than a standard dog turd (I guess she's never seen tapeworms). The services and monthly meds like Frontline and heart worm preventative are slightly cheaper than your average clinic, but not the cheapest around (that would be Emancipet). I do not go here anymore.

The prices might be a bit less here, but as far as the quality goes here...yeah right. This veterinary clinic is the worst to take any animal-let alone your pet. Stay away!

This is absolutely the BEST vet clinic that I have ever been to. A stray cat started jumping on our balcony and she had some medical issues...I was super worried about her so I took her in to the vet...
This is absolutely the BEST vet clinic that I have ever been to. A stray cat started jumping on our balcony and she had some medical issues...I was super worried about her so I took her in to the vet...Money was super tight and they really helped me out with her and in order to fix her main problem she needed to be fixed...the surgery with them is still kind of pricey so they actually referred me to a place that would fix her for cheap! They were very thoughtful and kind...I have brought my other two cats (one of which is incredibly mean) and they handled them both fantastically....they were able to get my puppy in when she was having trouble too...I really have never had a vet that would work so much with you..they genuinely care about these animals...I love it!

It's hard to get them to answer the phone if you're calling, but that's because they do have peak hours. They will answer the phone - you just have to time it right.Service there is efficient and of course their rates are much more affordable than off-post vets. They do offer dental cleanings, but they book up quickly.
