Cityview Animal Hospital has cared for our dogs for the last 11 years. Dr. Jones is awesome, but the other vets on staff are equally as good. Very attentive and kind staff. Every single person I encountered here was so so professional and genuine! I brought all 3 of my dogs in by myself which I thought would be tough but staff helped me in and back out to my car with all three! Dr. Jones took his time with each dog and took a lot of time to discuss everything with me and answer my questions even though I know it kept him past closing. I would recommend this vet to absolutely everyone. When I moved to Fort Worth and looked for a new vet, i found city view animal hospital. They were absolutely amazing. My dog was severely abused and is scared of new people. They were so patient and kind with her. They are reasonably priced and I never had a problem getting an appointment. OMG !!!!! Dr Jones is absolutely AMAZING !!!!! He definately goes above and beyond ..... I brought my English bulldog in with breathing issues ..... They were EXTREMLY through (but asked prior to do anything)......everyone was incredibly kind and so loving to Beaux ..... When we left Dr Jones himself called to check on Beaux 4 x's throughout the day (while being busy and seeing other patients) ...... Then Dr Jones himself again called first thing the next morning to see how he did through your the evening how he was doing so far that morning ..... Bulldogs are sensitive when it comes to any respitory issues ..... I am soooo glad I took Beaux here ..... Definately our new vet FOR SURE !!!! We have brought all of our pets here for the last 15+ years (with 4 dogs and 6 cats during that time) and have always been treated with kindness and have received excellent treatment for all the furry kiddos. Even after we moved much further out, we have continued to come to Cityview. Dr. Hudgens is especially wonderful, as is Dr. Lott. Their desk staff and vet techs are terrific too. Our dog isn't always super friendly with new people and he LOVES Daniel. When we have lost pets, that have treated us with such compassion and empathy and their care is top notch. I really can't say enough good things about Cityview Animal Hospital.  We've been bringing our furbabies (two dogs and two cats) here for years.  They've always been knowledgable, compassionate, and willing to work around our finance situation.When we had to bring our 19yo cat in to be put to sleep, Dr. Jones was extremely kind.  He was patient and reassured us we were doing the right thing.  He was gentle with Patches as he gave her the medicine and gentle with us.  A week later, we received a hand written letter from the office that was signed by the entire staff. That extra touch was amazing and so very appreciated.Recently, we had to bring another dog and cat in for treatment of various things.  Dr. Lott was amazing and treated them both expertly.  When it was expressed that we may not be able to afford surgery for one who had a blockage, he simply stated 'We'll worry about that later.' (She ended up not needing surgery, but the fact that he was willing to put the pet's care and health before money was admirable.) From the vets, to vet techs, to front desk, I've never had anything but a great experience.  I would definitely recommend Cityview Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a place to take their furry loved ones.  I would never go anywhere else! I would not recommend Cityview to anyone who owns a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Dr. Jones missed a grade 3 murmur in my cavalier. It wasn't discovered until he ended up in the ER. A hearing impaired ER vet was able to hear clearly with his hearing device. His colleagues also concluded the same.... A grade 3 murmur. I was always on top about asking Dr Jones about my cavalier's heart and he told me over and over.... No murmur. He obviously needs to go take a crash course in what a murmur sounds like. Needless to say, I found another vet that does a lot of extra research on cavaliers and their specific heart needs. Read Less

I am very impressed with the service and price of boarding here. I went away for a week and left my fur baby with Cityview.  They did a wonderful job. I literally called to check on my pet every day of my trip. They never got tired of me calling and were always very respectful and courteous when I called. They gave me detailed updates on how she was eating and feeling every time. They keep good records of how your pet is doing. When I picked her up 2 kennel techs personally greeted me and gave me a summary of her stay.  I will be using them again!!!! Read Less

I recently adopted a cat through the Humane Society and was required to take him for a vet check up within ten days. I took him to Cityview and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Hudgens examined my new kitty and answered all of my questions. Great staff. I was recommended to them through a rescue group. We normally see Dr. Lot and he is exceptional. The staff always takes their time to answer all your questions and is extremely accommodating. Pricing is also very reasonable. We have since moved further away from them but would rather travel the distance because of the quality of care they provide. Read Less

All of the doctors have taken great care of us along with the vet techs and upfront personnel. While this place seems like it's a tad bit more expensive than other clinics, the front desk is friendly, the techs are professional and friendly and my cat has always gotten great care and respect from the doctors. They are always busy! Try to book a few days in advance if you can. Sadly, I've moved to Dallas and may need to find a closer vet soon. My cat cries the entire hour long drive back to FW! Read Less
