I need to point out that their response was completely lying!!! Trying to find excuse for them and blaming on me and my dog. I had a extremely bad experience today. The vet today was super rude and brute forced to control my dog by choking his neck and caused injury on his tongue and nose, he was bleeding! That’s terrible ever! I can’t understand why this vet was acting like a butcher. I was here for 3 years, all the vets before were good and nice, but I am so disappointed today. To be clear, I didn’t have the chance to have a conversation with you before you start leash him. He didn’t had the change to bite your boots as you directly choked his neck and controlled him, then he get injured while he tried to escape from you. If you start rudely, then of course my dog would pay it back. Yes, you have blood on your pants, because he was injured and bleeding, I don't know what is your point there, he didn't ever touched you as I saw it under my eyes. I agree that you need to protect yourself from get hurt, also I don't want for any reason you get hurt. But how you do that is very important. During previous visits, we already informed you that he act aggressive only when he is scared and someone try to touch his neck. The way you did only made the situation worse as you made him more scared, then the only possible is he getting more aggressive in order to protect himself and get out of you. If you ask the front desk guys, he was super friendly with them. He aggressive to you because you are not friendly to both of us, even me! Again, in last 3 years, every doctors were nice and they talk with me and my dog, play with him to build the relationship, in that way I have time to let them know his behavior and they can setup the expectation correctly. But you did was just said hi to us and start to leash my dog when he was not pay attention to you and start choking to control him. Now you ridiculously blaming on my dog, you really should review on yourself, as I never seen any doctors ever before like YOU! I am not misinterpreting rude, yes, you are rude, you just don't want to admit that. I am comparing with all the doctors I visited in the same pet hospital, and I gonna to reiterative that YOU are the only rude doctor, not any others, only YOU are bad! The others are all very good, no any other doctors treated my dog as you did, they all treated my dog and us as a family, but I feel nothing from you. Read Less

We've been coming to LazyPaw since 2007 and the experience is exemplary on every front. The front desk staff are professional, kind, and absolutely love animals - so you feel welcome from the start. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and treat my animals with love and quality care (they look at the whole animal and ask the questions necessary to effectively treat). I've had to put down cats at the end of their lifespan and they handled the process with empathy and compassion. When I got a new dog, they've helped me on every front. All my questions are answered thoroughly and with back up research. At LazyPaw, they understand that animals are family and I know that all my family members are in good hands. Read Less
