I brought a stray dog in I had picked up near the area in a fairly high traffic area. I wanted to check for a microchip to try to get the well cared for dog back to it's owner. The vet was very nice, ...
I brought a stray dog in I had picked up near the area in a fairly high traffic area. I wanted to check for a microchip to try to get the well cared for dog back to it's owner. The vet was very nice, took the time to scan the dog for a chip (none), and gave me some pointers on internet use of Facebook etc. to assist me.
Less than 8 hours later, the owners claimed the dog. Coincidentally, the vet's advice had been followed.

I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else. The staff here is great and actually care about you and your furbaby! They also have connection to a close by 24/7 emergency pet hospital.

We have brought our dogs to Dr. Julie Stanik for YEARS! We have been VERY satisfied with the services we have received for our three dogs over the years for many visits. We find the staff very caring, and professional, and the doctor is thorough and even calls us personally for follow up of tests, etc. We think the costs are very reasonable. Organized operation. We trust them with our furry babies!

if I could give less than one star I would. my first time here I didn't not like it front desk just seemed like she didn't want to be there and was rude. the vet tech was very nice, so that madet the visit a little better. I took all my four dogs here to get there shots. one of them recently passed away of parvo, keep in mind I believed they all had gotten the same shots. well I didn't know untill I called days later to make an appt for my other dogs to be checked for parvo ( the emergency clinic my dog passed away at told us my other dogs could be at risk for being together) well the front desk now rudly said there is no way your pet passed away from one night to another. she didn't even feel for my loss , she didn't want to make an appt for my other dogs to get checked since all she told me was "well you can bring them in but the test wont be accurate" . do not take your pets here. they don't care. we wont be coming back here.

They told me that my dog had heart worms yesterday and that she would need a 600-800 dollar treatment. I took her to another vet today for a second opinion and after retesting 3 times, each test came back negative. They also took her blood under the microscope, which Centerville didn't bother to do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

We have been trusting our pets care (both Dogs and Cats) to Dr Julie Stanek every since Dr Parkin retired. We have total trust and faith in her and would not even consider trusting any other Vet with their care. She has provided both well and critical care for our furry family members. She is always sokind, caring, and trustworthy. In addition, she has a wonderful, competent staff, and trustworthy staff, that lovingly provide the best care possible.

I have taken my pets here for 15 years, even after moving from Garland to Rowlett, and then to Richardson. I would never trust any other vet with my beloved cats other than Dr. Stanek. She has never steered me wrong, has referred me to specialists when necessary, done tons of research on my behalf, and is completely and utterly honest and caring. I have 13 pet records at this clinic, if that will tell you how often I have gone and with how many conditions and animals...from kittenhood to the ripe old age of 19. I am no amateur owner and am extremely knowledgeable about pets, and the only vet I have been to in my life that does not rush me, does not talk down to me, and has diagnoses and advice that have always been correct is this one.Don't trust anyone else with your pets. Period.

I brought a stray dog in I had picked up near the area in a fairly high traffic area. I wanted to check for a microchip to try to get the well cared for dog back to it's owner. The vet was very nice, took the time to scan the dog for a chip (none), and gave me some pointers on internet use of Facebook etc. to assist me.
Less than 8 hours later, the owners claimed the dog. Coincidentally, the vet's advice had been followed.

if I could give less than one star I would. my first time here I didn't not like it front desk just seemed like she didn't want to be there and was rude. the vet tech was very nice, so that madet the visit a little better. She has never steered me wrong, has referred me to specialists when necessary, done tons of research on my behalf, and is completely and utterly honest and caring. I have 13 pet records at this clinic, if that will tell you how often I have gone and with how many conditions and animals...from kittenhood to the ripe old age of 19.
