Such a great animal clinic! We took a friends dog in here and they knew the dog by name and their owners. They were so friendly and explained everything they were going to do or any and all after care for this visit. The location was convenient, spacious, and clean. Kindness is the only places I will take my pets. They're staff & doctors are kind, caring & thoughtful. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Excellent service. I have changed Vet's three times because they never take the time or interest in me or my babies, they were just interested in running up my bill. NOT THIS DOCTOR.. He took his time with me, he went over all my options and didn't charge an arm and a leg for my visit. Called me a few days later to ask how my little fella was doing. I have been taking my 10 year old 'Skye' Goldendoodle to Kindness since she was 8 weeks old. Every issue whether large or small has been lovingly handled and 5 star competence - including 2 knee surgeries - excellence. We moved to McKinney 2.5 years ago and still bring our animals down here and will continue to do so. "Above and Beyond" doesn't begin to describe the amazing staff at Kindness, especially Nancy and Justin who are absolute heroes! While we were overseas on a 2 week trip and the boarding facility where we had left our dog Ivy failed to provide reasonable care, we found ourselves faced with how to get her to a better safer more caring place from 5000 miles away...Kindness Small Animal Hospital to the rescue!! Nancy spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently listening to the details of our situation and helping me strategize a solution to get Ivy there from the other facility. Justin, aka CEO of Awesomeness, went to pick her up, and got her settled in at her new "hotel" at Kindness, where she received excellent care for the remainder of our trip. These folks are truly heroes, and their level of commitment to animals is outstanding. Everyone at the clinic is always very nice and professional. The technicians are great with my kiddos. Dr. Neeman truly cares about the animals and he always takes the time to give them some love and attention before starting exams and giving vaccinations. I also never feel rushed, and am comfortable asking all the questions I need to. It is very worth it to me to drive from Grand Prairie to Garland to find such good quality care for my fur kids! Dr. Neeman is simply the best. He is kind, knowledgeable, and he truly cares about animals and their people. We love this place so much that we continue to drive here for our dog's care even after moving 50 miles or so away.
