Great clinic! The vet was very experienced and very informative. Much better than The Heart of Austin. Very nice people. If I had anything negative to say about my experience, it's probably be that they gave me some pretty expensive food without me entirely realizing, but it worked better than any medication Id gotten and my cat loved not, so I really can't complain at all. I had a good first experience and think Dr. Webb did a great job.  She provided options and was not pushy about my dog's conjunctivitis.  Although I have Nationwide Insurance and they submitted the claim for me, the doctor's visit wasn't unreasonable to pay out of pocket; $100 with eye drops.If you are looking for a country vet to castrate your hog, she is not it.  For those services, I do recommend Dr. Graef in Taylor.  Or, if you cannot pay a premium price for animal service, his office is very affordable and he is a awesome vet....just don't expect a pretty office.I'm going to use this clinic for all my dogs' needs from now on. This is a small (2 vets) clinic that offers great service and, most importantly great care to animals they treat.  I just moved to Sun City last summer and I was very pleased to find a vet that is so kind and compassionate with my "kids".  Dr. Sheih is fantastic and the team is outstanding! Couldn't ask for a better vet practice. They are so caring. My dog Rocky has been going there since he was a puppy. I just say "Want to go see Dr. Webb and Tracy?" and he gets so excited that he can't contain himself. He just loves going to the vet. Can't ask for a better recommendation than that! Read Less

I would not recommend this clinic. While I am sure the staff greatly care for animals and do appear thorough in their visits, their referral process is lousy. My cat was found to have an unusually large kidney, affirmed by an ultrasound, x-Ray and blood work. I was then referred to another clinic only to be told that I would have to pay the costs of these tests again because they do not rely on other clinic's work. Good Water could really stand to educate themselves on what is necessary and not when making a referral, and save their customers hundreds of dollars by doing so. To be fair, part of the problem involves the hospital to which I was referred but I remain thoroughly disappointed. Read Less

I had brought one of my two cats there for something he ate (artificial plant stems). I had been referred there by a friend here in Sun City. Dr. Webb did the required surgery and even took Willie home with her that night. I was very impressed with this ! He's doing fine now. Dr. Webb is our vet from now on........ Read Less

I took my dog there today.  I moved here a few months ago and was looking for a place to get my dog setup here in Georgetown.  I was impressed with everyone I met there.  Everyone is genuinely concerned about animals and everything you could want in a vet.  I am going back, this is my place for my dog's care.  And, my dog is very important to me.
