Back in 2011 I went to Koy to have my girl cat spayed, and kitten in 2015, by two different "vetrinarions". Spent almost $1,000 together. Both act as if I just payed a thousand dollars for a incision. The first only last year stop w tinkling around the house and pooping in any corner she can find. Since 2015 the younger cat has been behaving as if in estrus, the literal cat calls and physical behavoirs. Now in the last few days the younger has been tee tee-ing on my stuff. Worst yet a few days after the younger was spayed, she developed an infection in the incision made for the operation. I call and the gatekeeper, front desk said come the next day. When I showed up few min after the call she acted as if I was in the wrong. I ask them to do an x-ray to confirm the spaying was done correctly, they offer no evidence and say it's routine. No opration should be treated as a walk in the park.
Went to any lawyer that'll give me the time day and of course texas lawyers want several thousands to not do their job. I'm either stuck with a cat destroying my house further or taking her to a pound because Koy is incapable of properly doing a routine surgery.
Same facility. The new kittens in 2015 had ear mites. To check the first few times if they're gone I was charged around $20. The last time without consulting the did something that cost $80.
One day noticed my dog was walking funny, ends up she injured her paw. I call ahead as their site says to in case of an emergency, show up a short time later and tell the gatekeeper my injured dog is here. Gatekeeper says hold on. I bring her in and show the gatekeeper the bloody paw, and she wants me to sit and wait. A dog for an annual check up was seen first, I left and went to another facilty to spend almost $1,000.
Same dog had something on her leg, and went to see about it's removal. Ended up spending money for them to tell me to come back when it's worse. I do and took some doing for them to finally do it.
This gatekeeper always makes us wait a minimum of 20 min after the appointment time, even when we're the only ones there.
If I could, I'd by this facility to shut it down. I also call into question the safety of the building itself, cracks everywhere.
As to why I keep going, rarely do I have time to go any where else.
To conclude, what should have been a few hundred dollars to spay my cats, will now cost me 10's of times to repair my house due to Koy Animal Clinic gross incompetence. Read Less
