We have been using Northwest Plaza Animal Hospital for a few years, and my husband really appreciates their knowledge and experience. He has found a few other vets we tried first to be expensive and not very helpful, but this vet has been great fit for us. Last year, we had to put a fur baby to rest and the compassion they showed for us was so so much appreciated. We continue to use this team and trust they are looking out for our critters' as well as our needs.

I had been going to Dr. Tomlinson for over 5 yrs. I had my dog's teeth cleaned yearly after the second year. The last time was Feb 2017. I have since moved to Victor, New York. The new vet that I have just extracted 19 teeth mostly because of bone loss and decay. They were picked up on visual, x ray and probing. I would have thought that Dr. Tomlinson would have mentioned something along the way. Two fell out on cleaning. When I called him to tell him, the receptionist said she has a friend that that happened to and the dog really didn't need it. He said it had probably gotten to that point and they had just been trying to maintain them. I said why didn't you say anything for 5 years. Just took my money. Very disappointed!

Three individuals doing nothing but said next appointment for vaccine is in two hours... I understand it's 10 minutes to break (12pm)... Told them that we need to hit the road for vacation...

Wonderful vet! My family has been seeing him for many years. Dr. Tomlinson is amazing at what he does! Only person we trust with our dogs/cats. The office staff is great and will answer any questions plus I've never had to wait for our appointment. Highly recommend them!!

Every time I bring in my two boys, Archer and Pip, the staff is always friendly. Also you can really tell that Dr. Tomlinson enjoys what he does and is passionate about helping animals.

We have been going to NW Plaza Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have always provided the best care. From the front desk staff to the docs, they are always patient and very caring. Dr. Tomlinson helped care for one of our dogs from puppyhood to his final days. He suffered from Cushing's Disease, which was very difficult for the family and our dog. They were extremely helpful in providing all available options to me. They treated him with the utmost care. They take care of my two younger pups now -- you know it's a good sign when your dogs like going to the vet.

We have been using Northwest Plaza Animal Hospital for a few years, and my husband really appreciates their knowledge and experience. He has found a few other vets we tried first to be expensive and not very helpful, but this vet has been great fit for us. Last year, we had to put a fur baby to rest and the compassion they showed for us was so so much appreciated. We continue to use this team and trust they are looking out for our critters' as well as our needs.

We have been going to NW Plaza Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have always provided the best care. From the front desk staff to the docs, they are always patient and very caring. Dr. Tomlinson helped care for one of our dogs from puppyhood to his final days. He suffered from Cushing's Disease, which was very difficult for the family and our dog. They were extremely helpful in providing all available options to me. They treated him with the utmost care. They take care of my two younger pups now -- you know it's a good sign when your dogs like going to the vet.
