I came here with my mother-in-law and her dog because he was wheezing. we assumed it was allergy problems. the veterinary technician listen to his heart and immediately freaked out my mother-in-law basically suggesting that we should put him down. Another veterinary technician comes around the corner with a bag and a deceased dog in it!! no compassion at all just like it was just a bag of garbage!! I would never recommend you to bring your animals here the place is Tiny, doesn't feel clean at all. they just want you to put your dogs down apparently because we took my mother-in-law dog somewhere else and they were able to X-ray and help him and he's doing fine now. I was very sceptical about this clinic at first but i am so glad i came here!! Our puppy heylie got sick with parvo..the nurse is so kind, she called us and let us know how our baby was doing ,and the price to treat it was half the cost, not like other clinic's was. Today we have our baby girl home. I can thank the staff and the NURSE and the Dr for saving our baby girl, what a wonderful blessing! Wow! Where to start! We have been using Broadway Animal Clinic for about 10 years now and so when our elderly dog fell ill and needed help passing on we decided we would go to Broadway since we trusted them! What a mistake! When I called initially to get pricing for the procedure I was told one price and even confirmed with the vet that I spoke to, but when myself and my pet arrived I was told an entirely different price. Upon questioning I was told that I did not ask the right questions, and that I was lying about the conversation we had not even an hour prior! Now granted, it is not about the money! It is the fact that I was quoted a certain price, and then was treated so poorly simply for questioning why it would be $20 more than I was told! We absolutely will NOT be bringing any of our animals back to these people ever again! Clearly profit is at the very top of the list and customer service means nothing! Revised review as of October 30 2017. I have been bringing my dog here for years and up until the time the original vet retired it was a pretty good place to take my dog. My dogs about 12 years old now and has skin conditions, which is common for many older dogs from what I understand but all they seem to do here is prescribed harmful medications for issues and make common suggestions anyone could make on his or her own such as, "just bathe her with shampoo that has oatmeal in it." I kind of have my doubts about the new vet and this long-term staff here I think has become complacent. I'm going to try a different vet today. Here's my old review before the founding veterinarian retired. Been taking my dog here for several years. Pretty good place to get your animal looked at fairly quickly and to get there Heartgard pills, shots, and anti flea or tick pills. Fairly knowledgeable staff. Read Less

Took my fur baby here today.Very happy coming here they were very fast and low prices. We were in and out in 25 mins they tasted my baby and gave her some meds there and gave her some meds to take home for the rest of the week.They were very helpful. Read Less

I took a perfect young cat in to be spayed so she couldn't have any kittens and she came out of the surgery bleeding to death. They couldn't stop the bleeding so the beautiful cat was put to sleep euthanized so sad we loved our cat. Read Less

Anna and Yvonne are awesome!!! They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you and your pets. Honestly the only reason I still come here after Dr. Gill retired is because of them. Penny had a growth on her belly that got large very fast, so we took her in to get checked and they removed it via surgery. We never were told when the surgery was done. They never called when they said. She stayed there in a cage for longer than she needed. Then they sent her home with Paul, she was happy as normal, despite the shitty sewing job they did on her, and the joke of a cone, and no instructions on anything. Gave her barely any pain meds, but a bunch of antibiotics, and the growth was basically the same size still. We never were told about the results of the tests, just led to believe all was well. Fast forward to a month later, and she starts whining, limping, we thought she had hurt her arm jumping off of something. Due to her fooling us before, we waited to see if it was just sore or she was exaggerating. Little signs changed. She quit barking at the mailman. Quit getting into the trashcans (her favorite).... She quit eating, drinking, was walking disoriented, would randomly yelp in pain, started defecating and urinating on herself. The last 2 days were the worst. Overnight, literally, we woke up and knew it would be her last day. Paul said his goodbyes to her and went to work. It was my day off and I stayed home, right next to her, and in the 7 minutes I walked outside to turn on my sprinklers, I walked back in and she was passing. I petted her and talked to her, as her vision had gone, the signs of her dying happened one by one. I have guilt that I did not notice the signs earlier. When she died, she had clusters of those same growths popping up all over her. Including huge ones under her arm, that we couldn't see until it was too late, which was why she started hating to run and go outside. We truly believe that the vet's office failed to tell us that she had cancer, and at 13 years old, her system just couldn't handle the stress, and her body kind of went haywire on her. The new vet gave me a price for seeing my dog,then kept jacking the price up.He had a lot of unnecessary tests run and charged me for them also .The new owners lied to my face, then ripped me off. So i called at 4AM to see if i could take my furr baby in for emergency c-section amd they did her procedure at 5:30 a.m. they charged me $1100.00 and they also spayed her, she had two puppies....... the doctor told me he gave the puppies a shot to relax him within a few hours both puppies were dead... the next day I took in the female (the one that had the procedure done) because she was having a difficult time urinating and she was hurting from her C-section I was told she might have had a UTI...... they kept her overnight..... she was so much in pain because they never gave her amy pain meds or anti-biotics to take home...... the second day I took her in he still wanted to charge me almost $200 and I told him my dog didn't have a problem peeing before I brought her to you so why does she have a problem now...... The NURSE'S ARE AWESOME !!!! BUT THE DOCTOR IS AN ASZ!!!!!!! PLEASE KEEP UR FURR BABIES AWAY FROM THERE !!!!! THE DOCTOR DIDNT EVEN WASH HIS HANDS TO DO SURGERY !!!!!! THEY ARE NOT A STERILE PLACE !!!! My daughters had to go to the restroom while we were waiting for her to get her C-section done, the bathroom is super super nasty there are gas tanks and nitrogen gas tanks inside the bathroom there's a computer inside the bathroom and it is connected up on the wall there is no sink whatsoever to wash your hands....... I peeked into the area where they have supposedly all the dogs they operate and there was urine and feces all over the floor it is extremely nasty........ I don't mind paying money for my furr baby because I want her safe and sound..... the only reason I went there is because dr. Gill was so amazing with pets !!! He has now retired and sold his business to this Arabian want to be vet I'm not even sure if he has a vet license...... Today after I get my baby back I will be contacting the city of Haltom City so they can check this building out this is very dangerous and no telling how much harm it has done to other dogs...... Just a word of advice do not take your fur babies there they will be sicker and they were because they have so many germs !!! Read Less

I LOVE THIS VET CLINIC. They dont over charge like most vets do. They care more about getting your pet better them how much money they can make off you. They removed a huge tumor from my dogs uterus and kept her for three days. The vet tec called me three times a day for updates on how our baby was doing. They only charged me 400. Any other vet would of charged well over 1000. We wouldnt of been able to save her if it were not for them. Just this last week the kitty we resuced ripped her claw half way off. They spayed her and took care of the claw for the price of the spay. They even trimmed her claws. We love our pets, but we dont have a lot of money. They make it possible for us to afford vet care when they need it. The staff is very friendly. This clinic is wonderful. They saved my four legged daughters life. The ONLY place I bring my pets. I brought my mom's dog here who had parvovirus and didn't look like he was going to make it, the vet tech gave me clear instructions, at no charge, on what to do (they were closed) and he survived. Prices are great and the service is straightforward.Read Less

I have taken my many dogs to this vet for many years. He is kind, loves the animals and is very affordable. I've never had any problems. He's cleaned my dog's teeth, spayed one of my dogs and done annual shots and checkups on all of them. He truly cares, knows what he's doing and charges less than any other vet clinic.Read Less
