My family has been using Animal Medical Center for nearly 15 years, ever since they moved to Texas. We have never been disappointed in their service, care or compassion! The team really goes above and beyond in every circumstance! This morning for instance, we had an altercation between the big boys in our household. Kim answered the phone and immediately knew who we were(one of our boys has horrible allergies and is a frequent flyer), her empathy is amazing and I am always p...leased when we get to talk. We were able to be seen within the hour. Both boys were treated wonderfully by Brittany, Dr Strauch, and everyone else we did not see! To emphasize my gratitude and respect for this clinic: I am in this field, I am a veterinary technician, I do not work for them, but I would never try to move the family pets to a different clinic and I do recommend this wonderful practice. Trusting a vet with your pet is akin to trusting a doctor with your child. The entire staff at Animal Medical Center of Highland Village is worthy of that trust. I've never felt pushed to do something and they work with you to give the best options for you and your fur baby. They show great care for all of their patients. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We have been taking our animals to Animal Medical Center of Highland Village since we returned to Texas in 2006. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. Of course we do have our favorites but overall everyone is very nice and they all love animals. We take our cat to Dr. McCullough; she is 13 years and actually deals with him quite well. He has a very gentle way with her and never rushes her exam. Our lab goes to Dr. Strauch and he is great with her. The doctors always call us personally with blood test results and we really appreciate the extra care. The premises are spotless and we would not go elsewhere. If this office is convenient for you I would high recommend giving them a visit.

Our loved Roper crossed over Rainbow Bridge 12/31/16. God gained another Angel today. Ropers strength to fight kidney disease amazed all. Diagnosed at just 2 yrs. old, he lived an activity filled life despite his medical kidney values. His favorites things were riding in Richs diesel truck, hiking vacations with the family, long walks, long runs and his stuffy bear. He preferred anything that involved being on the go. Over more than 10 years now you've taken care of our dogs. Your office staff are adorably kind and accommodating, and every tech we have ever had over all these years has always been outstanding. In this day and time it's not common to find businesses that offer outstanding customer service and care for their patrons, but that's exactly what we received with our trip to the vet! My kitty EllieMae has an injured leg, and Dr. McCullough took excellent care of her! Under scary circumstances it was an outstanding visit, and the entire staff should be commended for going above and beyond to make our appointment run smoothly. I had a very sick Cocker Spaniel. My former vet had been seeing her since the end of May. She was not getting any better. Vet. stated she had allergies, but his treatment was doing her no good. It was more meds and come back. Aug. 19 she got much worse; laying around, barely getting out of kennel. Definitely not herself. Tried to get her into a vet on 8/20 (Sat) but couldn't. So we made an appt for her for Monday 8/22. We went in and from the time we stepped into their door it was a totally great experience. The front desk employees were attentive and the Vet. Asst was so kind and friendly to our pup. Went back and met Dr. McCullough. We discussed what was going on with our pup and he told me what coarse of treatment he would do. He gave her an injection and meds to take. By Tuesday there was already improvements. She is doing great now, almost 100%. I cannot express how glad I am to have found AMCHV. This is our new home. Zoey's happy too. Thanks Guys

In this day and time it's not common to find businesses that offer outstanding customer service and care for their patrons, but that's exactly what we received with our trip to the vet! My kitty EllieMae has an injured leg, and Dr. McCullough took excellent care of her! Under scary circumstances it was an outstanding visit, and the entire staff should be commended for going above and beyond to make our appointment run smoothly. Thank you all for making us feel warm and welcomed. It is very much appreciated!!

I had a very sick Cocker Spaniel. My former vet had been seeing her since the end of May. She was not getting any better. Vet. stated she had allergies, but his treatment was doing her no good. It was more meds and come back. Aug. 19 she got much worse; laying around, barely getting out of kennel. Definitely not herself. Tried to get her into a vet on 8/20 (Sat) but couldn't. So we made an appt for her for Monday 8/22. We went in and from the time we stepped into their door it was a totally great experience. The front desk employees were attentive and the Vet. Asst was so kind and friendly to our pup. Went back and met Dr. McCullough. We discussed what was going on with our pup and he told me what coarse of treatment he would do. He gave her an injection and meds to take. By Tuesday there was already improvements. She is doing great now, almost 100%. I cannot express how glad I am to have found AMCHV. This is our new home. Zoey's happy too. Thanks Guys

We've used Animal Medical Center of Highland Village for > 20 years for all of our pets. Last year, as our last pet passed over the rainbow bridge, we thought we were done. But someone needed a home for a little lost kitten, and here we are as new fur-parents again, and we knew EXACTLY who we would choose for her care!!!!

Dr. McCullough and all the other doctors as well as the assistants have taken care of him all this time. They are kind, professional and it's always easy to get an appointment. There is no other place I would trust with our beloved pets.

I highly recommend these guys! We have used them for a couple of years and have been very pleased. We recently lost our baby Bela but when we get another baby we will definitely be using them!!!

They have always been wonderful there staff is caring and the Doctors are up to date and knowledgeable. We have Three dogs and two cats and we trust there care to them.
