All Cats Veterinary Clinic

If you are looking for a place to vaccinate your cat or do a normal checkup, this place is an awesome experience. The staff are nice and helpful. If you are looking for a diagnosis, I would try another place. I got two diagnoses from this place and both (beside being totally wrong) were based on the doctor's personal experiences not any observation or history that I reported. Generally diagnosis is hard and even harder when no test is done to save your money. Therefore, when a doctor is very certain and assertive about their guess, all based on their gut, I would doubt their knowledge. (If you are curious about the case of my cat, here is the story: After having digestion problems and vomiting for a while, he started having respiratory distress, cough and low energy. Another clinic started him on antibiotic, since the respiratory infection was pretty common that time of the year but it didn't work. The doctor in this clinic went by Asthma, before even knowing much about my cat's other issues and prescribed inhaler which was scaring my cat to death without doing much. In a follow up visit, the doctor's diagnosis was that he might have been bitten by my other cat. She was freaked out that my cat's fever is not going away (his temperature was 103, normal cat temperature is up to 102.5 and the fever starts at 103.5 according to webMD) and asked me to rush into an emergency clinic! I went straight back home, calmed myself down and started hand feeding and syringe feeding my cat more often. Once he got better, I noticed that he gets worse when he goes to the normal dry food. So my best guess is that he had either a leaky gut or some kind of allergy to an ingredient which is common in dry food but never used in any wet food. Therefore some molecules that normally do not pass the gut layers should have entered his blood stream and caused inflammation in his respiratory track. I am restricting him to wet food + dry food for sensitive stomach and he has been perfect for about 4 months now.) Read Less

Dr. Rigoni is the best. Love this place and the staff. She is so knowlegable and saved my babys life more than once. I can't speak highly enough of All Cats and Dr. Rigoni. If you are a cat owner this is the place to go if you're in the Houston area. It's even definitely worth a drive. Read Less

I went there for a second opinion and Dr Rigoni was great! I came in for sonogram and she told me don't waste my money that he does not need one. She knew immediately that my cat was misdiagnosed. Spent a lot of time with us explaining everything and the staff was great. Will never bring my cats back to a regular vet again! Only to ALL CATS Animal Hospital. Read Less

Dr. Rigoni is a no nonsense, forthright person w/the kind of inquiring intelligence that you want in a vet. After all, your baby can't tell her what is wrong. Definitely the best place to take your cat to. The staff is very friendly and the doctor will always have a solution for your cat's problem. They also go above and beyond and try to make your visit as affordable possible by offering advice on inexpensive home remedies for cat behavioral problems. They are great on making same-day appointments and they try their best to work with your schedule. I would recommend this veterinary to any cat owner who is looking for a clinic they can trust and visit regularly. Read Less

I live in California and have been consulting with Cindy Rigoni at All Cats Veterinary Clinic for years regarding my cats (and there have been many) health concers, diagnosis and prognosis. She is absolutely fantastic! Her advice and knowledge is second to none. She is caring, honest and forthright. I have friends who take their cats to All Cats Vet Clinic, and that is how I found out about her. If you are looking for an excellent vet in the area, Cindy is the best. Dr Rigoni has been taking care of our cats for over 10 years. And even though she is, what I would say "an acquired taste" personality-wise, I simply do not care for anything else -e.g. whether she thinks she is the "cat whisperer" or not- than how well our cats are taken care of at All Cats Veterinary Clinic. We have had to put down 2 of our cats and Dr Rigoni sent us a handwritten card with a sweet message. I do not go to the vet to be friends with the Veterinarian...it's all about the cats and at All Cats, my kitties are safe. And yes, Dr Rigoni is an eminence when it comes to cats veterinary medicine. When an adorable stray showed up on my patio I went to these guys for a check up, shots, and spay. Drop off for surgery is in the morning. Despite the office being very busy with people and meowing kitties during that time, the front desk staff were very kind and patient. The vet techs that worked with me were extremely compassionate and loving towards my kitty and gave clear instructions when I picked her up later after surgery. Kitty made a full recovery and is doing great. Really appreciated my experience here.Read Less

This is the best place to go if you have cat specific issues! My cat has been chewing on his belly for 4 years. I took him to his regular vet and she had me change his diet, his environment, his bedding, give more enrichment, even tried Prozac to help him stop chewing on himself. I finally took him to Dr. Folger and he gave him an injection which completely took the itchyness away! He's been cleared up for a year. AMAZING! I will never go anywhere else again. I took my cat here for his neuter surgery. The vet did an excellent job. My cat healed very quickly and there were no problems whatsoever. I got him back the same day and he seemed fine. The staff was extremely professional and timely. The receptionist made an extra effort to get me an appointment on the day I needed. The downside: I found the vet to be a little bit insensitive to my questions. I was worried about the surgery, and wanted to make sure I understood all the risks, but the vet didn't seem to want to spend much time answering my questions (note, I didn't expect more than a few minutes). He quickly said it was ""a very routine surgery,"" and that was that. When you pay extra to go to a stand out clinic instead of a pet hospital, this is the courtesy one expects. However, no complaints from a ""technical"" standpoint. On a positive note, the vet tech was extremely courteous and was amenable to my questions. Call me a crazy cat lady, but I love my pets to death and never want to put them through any pain! Read Less

I really had a great experience with this vet. I left my previous vet because the receptionist was horrible at returning my calls and rude. I called this vet and was able to get pricing for an examination, tests, vaccines. I scheduled an appointment and met with Dr. Addleman. I thought she was excellent and thorough. I do wish the prices were a little lower for procedures such as dental work. Read Less

I stopped by the Memorial Cat Hospital last week and was greeted by such a friendly, welcoming staff. The kitty cages and condo areas were sparkling clean. Dr. Folger and Dr. Pittari sincerely care about their patients and ensure they get the best care. Read Less

I was treated rather rudely by the receptionist and the doctor couldn't wait to tell me how great he was and to rattle of some list of his accomplishments. He didn't seem interested in my cat and I don't think he listened to my concerns. The bill was absolutely outrageous and I would not go back again! I have been going to Memorial Cat Hospital for 3 years and my cats (total of 4) have been treated with gentleness and compassion during each visit. The staff members are very attentive and truely take the time to get to know each cats personality, the good and the bad. I also board my cats often, they have great condos with sleeping perches, and each time I pick them up I get a daily log on how they did. I would trust all the doctors with my babies. I would however avoid saturday appointments, they tend to be crazy. Read Less

I was very pleased with the care my two Siamese cats received at MCH recently. My regular veterinary clinic was unable to provide my kitties with any long term care solutions, as they both have complicated medical conditions. Dr. Pittari has been instrumental in determining exactly what combination of treatments would bring about the best outcome in each case. I truly appreciate her frank, but caring attitude. When I first stepped into the Memorial Cat Hospital, immediately there was a smiling face waiting to greet me. I was asked many doting questions about my sick cat and the other cats that i own. Being a new client, it was very refreshing. Also, being an animal rescuer for many years and having been to dozens of veterinary practices, I was very pleased with the service and knowledge the Memorial Cat Hospital offered. When I went into the exam room, to my suprise, there were no gloves for handling cats with and the technician who dealt with my cat was gentle and calm. Doctor William Folger was who saw me and my diabetic kitty and that man has to be the best doctor I have ever dealt with. Most doctors, even human ones, tend to give you the run-around and make you feel inadequate, but Dr. Folger told me everything I needed to know and made me feel at ease. My cat had been seen by two other doctors, one of which who was an acclaimed ""specialist"" with diabetic animals. Neither of these two doctors were able to help my poor kitty and were leaning toward euthanasia. Dr. Folger told me there was no need to put my cat to sleep and within a few months under his care my cat improved drastically and is a happy, healthy kitty. Even though the same things may not apply to your situation with your kitties, I have brought all of my 8 cats to the Memorial cat hospital and have also had to have one put down there. Trust me when I say, this is the one place you can have complete faith in their abilities to give you and your kitty the best experience possible. Read Less
