My dog is usually aggressive or stand-offish when meeting new people but the staff at Bingle Veterinary Clinic made her feel very comfortable. She was even licking Dr. Seemann which is fairly unusual for her to do when meeting new people. Great work! Read Less

My experience with Bingle Vet was beyond what I expected. They surpassed my high expectations! From the front desk staff to the Veterinarian (Seeman) I have a 7 yr old Pitbull with severe skin allergies. He’s been to many vets in the last 3 years, none of them have been able to pin point what exactly is wrong with him. All they do is give steroids and after a while the problem returns and they ask to see him again and offer the same solution. This veterinarian offered long term care for my dog and there were so many different options! She wasn’t just interested in getting him in and out, she took so much time with us, explaining the overall process. She made sure we understood it’d take time and patience. Other vets have made us feel a quick fix would be all he needed. It’s been 3 days and I’ve seen 80% improvement in my dog. His paws are not inflamed and all the open wounds are closed. His ears look great as welll! I definitely encourage those who truly love their pets to visit Bingle Vet Clinic , they will give your pet the care they truly deserve! Read Less

I took my cat to Bingle Vet to find out why he kept vomiting. On 8/13/17 I paid $621.43 and 8/14/17 paid $244.55. still not know what is wrong with my cat. Then, after all that I get a bill in the mail stating I owe another $300. Really... why didn't they present that when I was checking out. Two of the vets are straight out of vet school. I saw each on different occasions for my dogs and got completely different answers. Veterinary Medicine really is not that subjective. Office manager is completely unprofessional. By the way I took my cat to another vet. We started giving him hair ball medicine and changed his diet. Problem solved. Read Less

Our high-energy pup, Sundae, has boarded at Bingle Vet twice, and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful service we've received both times. Wendy and her entire team are caring, patient, and knowledgeable of how best to care for my excitable dog. And I know that, when she stays at Bingle, she'll get interaction with people who genuinely love animals. Additionally, both my dog and cat have been seen by the doctors and medical staff at Bingle Vet, and each experience has been beyond exceptional. From the front desk to the exam room to the boarding facilities, everyone worked hard to make us and our pets feel welcome and cared for. I couldn't recommend it more. Read Less

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I was under the impression that they pride themselves on satisfaction. I went in to get a flea treatment product for my dog, that was quick and easy the receptionist Rachel took his weight and sold me a 6 months supply of the flea treatment. The instructions are to give your pet one pill per month, and so I got home and fed my dog one and then I realized that the pack only had 4 pills, I called Bingle Vet and informed them of this issue. Rachel answered and told me to go in and they would exchange it. I got in my car and was on the way when they called and told me that because I had already fed my dog a pill they would not exchange it. This makes no sense because the package had already been compromised and unless they planned on selling it as a pack of 4 then I do not see why it was an issue to exchange it, if you can sell it as a pack of 4 then you can sell it as a pack of 6. I know some of you may read this and think I just stole two pills and was trying to make a few bucks, but that is not the case infact this encounter made me so angry that i'm writing this review. I have never written a review in my life. I went in to the location to talk to the manager and they told me she was at lunch and to call in an hour, I did and they told me she was in a meeting and that she would call me back. It is now 3 hours since I called them and I still have not gotten a phone call, must be a long meeting. Save yourself the trouble, Bingle Vet had the opportunity to own up to their mistake and make this right and they didn't. Instead I lost $30 because someone in their office opened the package and took two pills. Find a place that cares about their customers, and has good morale. Read Less

I will absolutely never return to Bingle. I wasn't comfortable with the allergy shots and prescription dog food they wanted me to buy (over $500 worth) because they couldn't tell me what the real issue was and if it was her food or the environment. They wanted me to treat her for both at the same time which makes no sense. Then the vet tech said "I understand, we all live paycheck to paycheck sometimes" which made me even more uncomfortable because that wasn't the problem and I kept trying to explain that to her and she continued to be pushy. PetSmart lost our original in the mail (not Bingles fault obviously) so I went up to the office to pick up a replacement prescription which was 12 days old. I drove all the way out there and the girl at the front desk looked everywhere and said she saw it recently and wouldn't have shred it yet and the other girl at the desk agreed. She said they lost my prescription and the vets are too busy to rewrite it so I'd have to come back to pick it up. It's an hour out of my way and so I called to see if they could fax, email, mail it to me and they said no the only thing I can do it drive back out to pick it up. Inconveniencing the customer instead of the people who work there is a better solution for them so I will definitely be going to a new vet from here on out. **despite what they put below, they tried calling me one time only after I posted this review. I had reached out to them a week before posting this review and never received a call back. I'm not interesting in doing business with people who only appear to care after they receive negative feedback where the public can see it. Read Less

Their entire team is so warm and caring and helpful. My recently adopted dog got very sick, and I called for an appointment. They had just seen him the week before. They were unable to get him in when I called, so I made an appointment for the next day. About an hour later they called me back and said they had a cancellation and were able to work me in. I had a sick dog on my hands, so I'm so grateful they called. The doctors and techs - everyone, really - are simply the best. I'm fully confident of their care and concern for my pet. Read Less

I have been taking our and my mom's pets to Bingle Vet for close to 10 years. They have always been helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Their facility is clean and very convenient to get to. I would recommend them to anyone looking for caring staff to treat their pets. Read Less

The veterinarians and their nurses are so sweet and so attentive! My poor cat Rin has to come in occasionally due to a skin condition (allergies to fleas), and they know she's terrified of them but they're so gentle with her so that every appointment goes smoothly and without much of a hitch. I've also brought her brother, another cat named Atlas, in for a checkup after a urinary blockage and he's not too happy about thermometers. Luckily for them he's a much sweeter and sociable cat so he loves to play with them even after all of the poking and prodding. I went there to vaccinate my dog and they charged me $55 for an exam I was never told she'd have, nor did I request it and they just charged me for it at the end. The staff is great and they treat you and your pet really well, I am however, very unhappy with the payment I had to make. Read Less

I must say I was disappointed today. I have a toy poodle that is 14 years old and has seizures. I have transferred to this clinic, She went in for a cleaning. That went great. I was told a certain amount and when i dropped her off and when I picked her up it was over 200 dollars more! The girl checking me out today ... March 31, had no idea what was going on. I came in, she said hello and this is you amount to pay. She also was not happy that I wanted to talk with the Vet. So inconsiderate and cold. The doctor did not even come out and talk with me until I asked. I had some questions and I felt he did not want to be bothered. I must say that the ONLY one that was wonderful was the vet tech that brought my poodle to me. He was wonderful and engaging!!!! Enough said. Read Less

First time I'm writing a review for anything, but if you live in Houston and have to get a vet, do it here. Some of the prices are slightly higher than you will find elsewhere -- my girlfriend lives in the middle of nowhere TN with extreme low cost of living and something that would cost $50 there might cost $60 here, and some of the heartworm & flee stuff is more expensive than you could order online (that'd happen at any vet, though, similar to contacts), but the extra nickle and dime here and there is more than made up for. You will never wait. The vets & staff are all incredibly pleasant to deal with, and seem to love animals. Very clean. Conveniently located right off I-10 just outside the loop. Some amenities like a kennel that I have yet to take advantage of. And any time my dog has ever had an issue, they fix it fast. Most importantly, when my girlfriend's dog came down with a sudden case of HGE and was seemingly on the brink of death, I called and asked if I could bring him in ASAP since I bring my dog there rather than bringing him to an emergency clinic. I was able to bring him in after only 45 minutes on a Saturday and he was seen, given fluids, medications, and fixed up within 30 minutes. He was feeling better by the end of the day, and almost back to normal the next. Similar situation with my own dog this weekend, prompting me to write this review. I've looked at most of the vets around Houston and none seem to compare. If you have any hesitation about which vet to bring your animal to (well, at least dog) you should choose this one. EDIT: Meant to add, you will always get a courtesy call the next day checking up on your pet after visiting them, and they'll ask how things are doing / any changes / offer advise. Or they'll always ask if they can offer your pet a treat (if he's feeling well), and if he isn't they'll even say "Oh I wish he was feeling alright so I could give him a treat!" Also, the only complaint I have seen on here is about them not disclosing pricing. I don't know their policy / if that's true anymore, but I could see how in certain situations pricing could change so drastically, but their pricing won't be that outside of what other places offer. I can say that their office visit is $55, about what you'll find anywhere else, which is more than worth it simply for the prompt service, let alone anything else. When they want to do something to your pet, they will give you a printed sheet of prices for different treatments / paths to take, and ask if you are okay with the pricing. So you shouldn't hesitate at going if you feel like you might be bombarded with surprise fees (as opposed to, say, an eye doctor, where they'll secretly and quickly run two five minute tests and charge you $50 each for them). Alright, not to go so overboard on the first review I've written for literally anything, but you can even tell they look to improve. 5-minute max wait instituted (referring to the only other negative review), and they give you an anonymous card at the end of each visit asking how they can improve. They send texts / emails / updates about your appointments. You can sign up for an appointment online, which shockingly few places actually allow nowadays. And, when my girlfriends extremely sick dog "contaminated" a room, we were quickly ushered to a new room and the old one was quickly cleaned by some extremely unfortunate staff member free of charge. I have never had a bad experience at Bingle Vet. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful and the facility is clean and welcoming. I have moved since I started going to Bingle Vet but continue to travel out of my way because I love this office. My blue heeler generally sees Dr. Tesh and he is the best! The prices are around average/maybe a bit high, but I think you get what you pay for. I would recommend Bingle Vet to any of my family and friends. Read Less
