I've had experience with all the doctors but mostly Dr Kelley Keurtz. The staff is wonderful and always seem cheery. They're all very knowledgeable and it helped us with our dog and her allergies. From prescribing medications to suggesting diet changes, our French Bulldog is no longer itchy all the time. I highly recommend this location for their customer service, and their expertise. Fantastic vet. I’ve got an older cat who has developed some old cat issues and the vet explained everything SO well and put me at ease in terms of my cats health. She was both realistic and positive which can be hard with an 18 year old cat with potential kidney disease and diabetes. I just moved into the area and was worried that everything would be expensive but the prices were totally reasonable and i feel like i have found a place i am 100% confident in bringing my pet. I visited for the first time recently with my kitten, and was very pleased! Dr. Kurtz was so patient in answering all of my questions, and even discovered that my kitten had an ear infection I hadn't noticed. The wait was minimal for my appointment and the front desk staff was courteous and professional. As soon as I walked in I could tell that the admin. was experienced and had it all under control with the busy reception area. It is very difficult to find a real doctor today and Dr. Guilloud is the best there is. He is extremely honest, knowledgeable, patient, kind and very trustworthy. He truly cares for your animal and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I have a Persian and he has been fabulous with her. I am also very happy with their staff. I absolutely recommend this clinic. I have taken my dog to Briargrove Animal Clinic since we got him as a puppy two years ago. He has had all of his shots, was neutered, and has even boarded there. They provide great service and have always been able to work with my schedule to get an appointment. I appreciate the care and advice they have provided to help me keep my pup happy and healthy. Our oldest, unfortunately, had to be put to sleep back in November. We were treated with respect and him with dignity. Brought my two cats here for the first time yesterday because one had a minor eye infection. The wait time was reasonable and the vet was good. She showed me the infection and she caught an issue a previous vet had mentioned a year ago that I had forgotten about. She didn't push me to get it treated, she just mentioned that I should have a test run and I could set it up through them, which I really appreciate. I thought the facilities and office were a bit older, and wasn't sure what to make of it at first... But I'd rather have a good vet in an old building, than a debt-laden vet in a new/decorated building trying to pay it off. The building's not treating my animal anyway =]. Also, the person at the reception desk (Sherly) e-mailed me 2 hours later answering a question I had asked offhand while talking to her about microchipping. I had mostly forgotten about it, and she helped me figure out a course of action through a couple of e-mails the next day. How awesome is that!? There was also a discount for bringing in two animals at once, which was really nice. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I think I've found my new clinic! Read Less

Avoid this clinic like the plague. When you hear the vet say "I just wish the animal could tell me what is wrong," I should have grabbed Desse and walked out. When a conclusive diagnosis is not reached after lab work, ultra sound, and even visual diagnosis something is wrong. And then release a dog just because its closing time without a referral to an emergency hospital is insensible. Long story short.....lost my pet just 14 hours after release from your facility due to a complication not addressed at this location. Read Less
