If you want to be verbally abuse after paying $800.00+ for service go to Aldine Animal Hospital Dr. Briles insulted me in front of his staff basically because someone in his staff wrong inform him the situation and because he's staff does not know how to get there job done ,Dr. Briles, was not present when all this happened and his staff misinformed him how things really happened. Joanna front desk receptionist forgot to give me paperwork for me to signed when I drop off my dog I was there waiting for about 30 min and she didn't do her job properly is not my job to know I had to do that. Joanna asked me to wait at the front and before I was interrupted by Valerie in a very rude way I was going to tell her I didn't mind waiting in my car because it was hard to handle my huge Great Dane and for her to call my cell phone when they were ready for me but like I said Valery rudely didn't let me finish and with an attitude said just go in that room. Very unprofessional way to treat customers. I specifically told Joanna when I left my dog there to let me know before doing any procedure that I had to pay before getting done like always they did without letting me know not the first time happening and ended up with a bill of $50.00 and that was what created this whole mess when I got there to pick up my dog I heard Dr. Briles down the hall very upset cursing and saying I'm tired this sh..@@@..... happening when customers are trying to take advantage and not paying ......... that's when he came in the room with his whole crew most weren't even there to begin with and started talking to me in a very insulting way almost screaming I felt humiliated. Before writing this review I gave Dr. Briles, (2 weeks ago I left a msg) a chance to clarify things and apologies for his unprofessionalism and behavior on his behalf and his staffs left a message and he never called me back. Horrible service . Made an appointment right at opening so I could fill out my first time paper work. After finishing a canine came in 15 minutes later and were attended right away. Figured they also had an appt at 8 so I didn’t mind . Another canine came in WITH NO APPT . I was already 40 minutes into waiting . Lady called up my dog and we sat in the office .. i hear her bring in the other dog that was out there and completely skips over my dog . 15 minutes laters and still no one comes . ONE HOUR .. it took ONE HOUR AND NO ONE EVER TOOK CARE OF MY DOG . And when I made a big deal they want to say “they were coming “ what’s the point of an appt ?! Never will I recommend this place. Go there if you want to spend your whole morning waiting on them to charge you an arm and a leg. $140 bucks ? For a check up? I went to another clinic and they took me right away and only charged me 60 bucks . Smh Read Less

Where do I start?!! The receptionist and assistance are the bomb. They will go out of there way to assist you and your frightened pet. Then there is Dr. B, he is the best vet we've ever had and our girls will never go anywhere else! We have also used there kennel service for a week and come to find out, our dogs were in the office all day running around and playing behind the desk. First time visiting this location and rhe staff was absolutely delightful. Vet assistant, the vet and the front desk staff was just so nice and truly cared about my dog. They even called to check on him a few days later whoch was really nive of them.Read Less

Dr. B has been taking care of my furbabies for a long time. Him and his staff are extremely kind, thoughtful, considerate, consistent and handle my anxiety well, lol. I'm more nervous about being there than my babies get. Couldn't ask for a better Veterinarian. Read Less

I have been visiting Dr. Briles for over 3 years, and was introduced to him by my fiancé. His family has been taking their pets for years!!The staff is so nice and so is the doctor. They really care about your pets, and prices are reasonable and affordable. I had my GSD/husky neutered there a few months ago and everything went well. I was recently involved in a accidentwith my 2 loving dogs. My pride and joy on the freeway. Where my saburban spun out caught traction , rolled and slid down the freeway do to a ups driver switching lanes on me. After my truck stop sliding i only had one dog left in the vihical. One was ejected from the window and later found down the free way. As you could imagine it was horrible. Within in a couple weeks she was doing so well. And now no longer had any aches or pains. Thanks to Aldine Animal CLinic. Where They worked very professionally and always handled my baby with loving care. They demonstrated their love and devotion to well being of my animals. They are resonably rated. Any animal lover like myself knows that theres no price to high if u love ur animal as they would a family member . I dont know what all these other as*holes are talking about!!!! This place is awesome. I wouldnt trust my animals with any one else. I bring 4 dogs and 3 cats to them. ( they also saved my small palm from sure death, PARVO. She couldnr even lift her own head to eat. Had to be fed chicken baby food. Poor thing. But as i was saying, they fixed her right up. These people love ur animals as their own. And animals left there are provided with a plenty comfy spot to recover in. I would strongly recommend bringing ur animals here. The people their dont seem to care to much about the customers. I see maybe two people running around working. Then a group juss at the front talking drama when there's a room full of customers. The front desk person is very rude about anything you ask her. They seem to have no manners at all. I would recommend to never bringing your pets here. Ever. Its always dirty. Valerie is very rude and unprofessional. Taking her 2 kids to work. ALWAYS late for work, so much that is an expected of her to do so. She's airs her dirty laundry out about her personal life. This place is high priced, dirty and dark, where they keep the dogs is dark, damp, cold, and small. Felt sorry for the pups and cats that were left there. New to the area and found this place via google reviews. Ample sized waiting area, nice & courteous staff, and all 'round nice atmosphere. I took my dog in for a heartworm test and the price was reasonable. I typically order my heartworm pills online from Foster and Smith for convenience and cost, but some vets will not allow their customers to do this due to fraudulent pet med companies and, frankly, they make money on dispensing the medication. This place will not allow me to order online BUT they will price match and that made a very good impression on me. The staff worked well with my dog to ensure he was calm, but it would've been nice to have met the veterinarian as I am in the market to find a permanent vet clinic.Read Less

I have worked for a boarding facility for the past 2 1/2 years and when our name changed we started using this clinic. Dr. Briles is such a wonderful man. He showed up at my facility at 10:30pm to help one of my dearest clients. He could of sent a tech but no, he came right over. He has always been there for us and he even takes car of our personal babies. We are all so very blessed he is in the dog world. I had a pet emergency, and Aldine Animal Hospital was the nearest location to my home. The prices are affordable, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took great care of my cat Jordan, and they even called me a week later to see how he was doing. He is 18, but if he needs to go to the vet again I would not hesitate to bring him back to Aldine Animal Hospital. Read Less

I soon as I called to request an appoitment, the receptionist was more than helpful. She answered all my questions and even took my rescued kitten and in right before closing time on a saturday. Once we arrived, the staff was very comforting and friendly, unlike what you get in typical doctor's office. We filled out the information and in no time my kitten was being taken care off. Overall the staff, place, ambiance, and procedures price are the best in town. I encourge you to bring in your pets to them; you will not regret it! Also for the negative reviews, this is a business! Dr. Briles does not have to take in rescues or work out a payment solution, yet he does and even goes out of his way to help! I rescued a kitty because it was rejected from the litter by its mother and when I called around rescues to see if would adopt it, I had no luck because this places are full! People expect others or organizations to rescue animals and do not even donate to them. These animals need homes not shelters! That?s pretty bad. I heard that someone wrote a bad review about my clinic after they had surrendered a puppy to me. I just wanted everyone know that I took this puppy in and did not ask for any funds. I treated her and found her a new home with someone who I trusted. And this is the thanks I get for doing it. I?m sorry if I?m in a rush and have a lot people to see, but I have never neglected any animal left on my door step (And I have had a lot of them!!!!!) or surrendered to me. And If I was in it for the money I would have not bought the clinic from Grimley and Moore, which abandoned ya'll because of people like this. So, Thank You pegwagers for leaving a bad review when I helped your little baby in a time of need!!! And for Shyanne17 if you read ?Love turned to Hate? review you would realize that that person is talking about a different clinic (which misdiagnosed the GI obstruction) and not Aldine Animal Hospital (AAH). They then tried to come here (AAH) to see Dr. Ainsworth but was not allowed because of their pass conflict with Tammy. This all happened prior to me buying the clinic. I bought the clinic on May 29, 2009 and the review was written in October 2007. As far as my surgical skill, they don?t teach us everything in vet school. I told you that the surgery your pet needed was out of my league, and I referred you to a surgical specialist. I was just being truthful and I can?t help it if you don?t heed Dr.s advice!!!! The new owner is not knowledgable in surgery. He seems to have a wonderful exam room manner but is unfamiliar outside of typical ailments. His mother really seems to run the place and is rude and foul mouthed. Have gone to this hospital for years and years. She puts down the past owners/doctors and staff and is VERY unprofessional. The apple can't fall that far from the tree. (He writes his own review and gives himself 5 stars!! He also states the receptionist is no longer there in his review.
