Dr. Haglund is one of the most compassionate and caring individuals we have ever known. His love of animals is incredible. We witnessed a stray dog hit by a car but not killed. We got the dog off the road way and drove to his clinic. He examined the dog, treated the dog, kept the dog for days for observation and then released the dog back to us. He refused to accept any payment for all of his work and caring so we made a donation to a shelter on his behalf. We know many people who have trusted Dr. Haglund with the care of their pets for many years.

Receptionist busy with her lunch sausages and grapes spread all over the keyboard and papers indifferently announced unless my cat's up to date on shots we don't belong there. This was the kind of person you just don't want to talk to after one line, but I asked to see a doctor anyway just to understand if this is really extortion or they have a better reason. An old man with a charisma of Hitler showed up at the door. I said "your receptionist tells me something I don't understand"... "That's right" - he said - "I won't do it". "But why" - was my question. "Cause I won't"! he snapped... One star only because I can't mark minus 5!

This vet has taken care of all my pets for at least 2 1/2 decades. They are amazing, very reasonably priced and not overly aggressive. One of the most touching thing is is that when I've had to put a pad down they never charge and they always donate to Texas A&M in the animals honor.

Dr. Bill saved my mom's cat's life without it costing an arm and a leg. Everyone had given up on him but turned out he was just dehydrated and needed extra vitamins. So when my dog Champagne had a bone stuck in her teeth, I took her here--and was told I had to wait since there are no appointments, which is fair. Then Melissa came out, took one look at my dog's mouth and yanked it out herself--for free! Can't beat the wonderful attitude and care from this vet. Happy Holidays!

They took care of our dogs for 14 years. We had two Westies which we brought here for their whole lives. The staff got to know the dogs and were always happy to see them. They are friendly and caring. I highly recommend them
