Staff is amazing! I observed the front desk receptionist handle high volume of calls while also handling my dog and concerns extremely professional with every interaction - Kudos to the young lady! Also, the staff in the back (I can only assume were VetTechs) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Last but not least, the Veterinarian was very kind to my dog, & seemed to really enjoy his career. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Clean office & the doctor seems very knowledable but their prices are very high. I politely explained to the dr. Dayton how I could not afford an extra $100 X-ray on top of everything else, he then tried to charge me $900 for an antibiotic to treat my dogs sore throat. Would have been a lot nicer if they could offer a little more options for people with lower budgets and sick animals.

I was not even a patient when my puppy got into some ant poison at my office. I called and they were able to see her immediately. The staff was awesome; friendly and professional A treatment plan was recommended along with the cost breakdown so there were no surprises. And, it was VERY affordable. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Parker Road Animal Hospital to anyone.

I'm not sure how to explain the reviews below, my experience was the worst I've had with any vet in over 10 years working in the veterinary industry myself. I brought a puppy in with a possibly contagious disease- the doctor was too busy to call me with results (that would have affected my own health as well), gave medications without specifying a diagnosis or treatment plan, and spent exactly 5 minutes in the room, after I waited nearly an hour, and then walked out while I was mid-sentence trying to explain his technician already took a sample... very unprofessional!

Dr. Dayton and staff are very helpful and kind. We were offered water/coffee several times during our wait. Never rushed out of the clinic...our dog was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Dayton took the time to show us xrays including how he diagnosed the condition, explained the treatment process, and when we asked additional questions, he took the time to explain things to us. And to our surprise, they called us a few days later to check on our dog!! How's that for great service?

Staff is amazing! I observed the front desk receptionist handle high volume of calls while also handling my dog and concerns extremely professional with every interaction - Kudos to the young lady! Also, the staff in the back (I can only assume were VetTechs) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was awesome; friendly and professional A treatment plan was recommended along with the cost breakdown so there were no surprises. And, it was VERY affordable. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Parker Road Animal Hospital to anyone.

I'm not sure how to explain the reviews below, my experience was the worst I've had with any vet in over 10 years working in the veterinary industry myself. Never rushed out of the clinic...our dog was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Dayton took the time to show us xrays including how he diagnosed the condition, explained the treatment process, and when we asked additional questions, he took the time to explain things to us.
