Updating my review: Wonderful doctors, but expensive. We took in a stray kitten and we’re trying to get all the tests and vaccinations done with him. My husband called asking what vaccinations were needed, and they let us know there was a $70 check-up/exam fee each time you bring an animal in for a vaccination.
Well...we have to bring this kitten in at least 2-3 more times, before he’s had all of his vaccinations/tests run. That’s like $140+ extra just in exam fee. We were also quoted $180 for a fecal test and booster/FVRCP.
While this review does not necessarily reflect their performance, they are wonderful don’t get me wrong, I feel these prices are what discourage people from getting the help many animals need. Sadly, will need to be looking elsewhere.

I am very impressed with the service prior to coming into the office and when I was there. Online you are only able to make appts for one pet at a time. I received a call the next business day asking if I wanted both cats seen at the same time and then gave me the times and dates available. I had only mentioned both cats when answering questions about the appt. The day of the appt the staff was super friendly and very patient. I'm so glad we found this place.

I would not recommend this animal hospital. They have made too many mistakes with my brother's dog. They have overcharged him for their mistakes (multiple X-rays where they did not catch objects blocking the colon and intestines) and surgeries where the vet did not suture correctly, resulting in emergency surgery and infection.

Felt like the vet here was not I retested in trying to help our 6 month old get better. He was diagnosed with a fungal infection in his lungs, & every time I had a question for the vet it seemed as tho her answer was "you should put him down" even tho my husband and I made it clear that we wanted to try everything to make him better. We are still treating him here because they are a good place, but we will be seeking a second opinion from another vet.

Wow this place is great. Everybody here is so friendly and helpful. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They also have 2 doors. One side is the entrance for cats and the other side is entrance for dogs. I have a cat so I went in. They have treats for your pet that you can give them while waiting to be seen by the vet. I was seen by Dr. Albers. She was very friendly and sweet with my cat. Thanks to their service I have become a repeat client with my 2 fur babies.

incompetent. absolutely rude. i took my pet in today to get a bath & when i picked her up her eyes are red. i ask why and they tell me its stress. i get into the car & she has blood on her eyelid, the inside of her eye has a popped blood vessel & the side of her gums is also bleeding. and no one has any idea why. i ask to speak to a supervisor "Daphne" who says that it is not her problem. she doesn't know how or why it happened. and that i should take my pet to a different location. seriously? what type of manager is this? how do you run a business like this? I insist on having my pet seen immediately by a physician for the error that they made & even that takes forever.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. MY PET HAS BEEN INJURED. MY OTHER DOG HAS BEEN CUT IN HIS GENITALS TWICE ALREADY & I HAVE YET TO EVEN RECEIVE AN APOLOGY. EVERYONE HERE IS INCOMPETENT, I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG MEDICATION, BEEN OVER CHARGED, CHARGED TWICE. THEY CANT EVEN KEEP THE RECORDS UP TO DATE TO KNOW WHICH VACCINES ARE NEEDED.
HIGHLY UPSET WITH THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY A SO CALLED MANAGER WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE FACILITY.
I WOULD HAVE RATHER HAD THEM CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY COULD NOT HANDLE MY PUP RATHER THAN TO HAVE THEM HURT HER. WHEN TELLING DAPHNE THIS ALL SHE RESPONDED WAS THAT A SERVICE BEING PROVIDED, SO BASICALLY SHE DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE $50 DOLLARS, WHICH I WOULD HAVE GLADLY GIVEN TO HER TO NOT SEE MY PUP GO THROUGH WHAT SHE WENT THROUGH. ESPECIALLY AFTER SPECIFICALLY TELLING THE STAFF OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON AT DROP OFF THAT MY PUP WAS A RESCUE PUP THAT SHE HAD BEEN SEVERELY ABUSED. AND THEY ALL ASSURED ME SHE WOULD BE OKAY. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE PHYSICIAN EVEN SHE AGREED THAT IT HER EXPERIENCE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO NEVER HAVE TREATED HER TODAY. SO MY QUESTION IS WHY DID THIS NOT HAPPEN???

Today was our first visit with our new husky fur-baby of 8 weeks. Dr. Albers and tech Raven were amazing! They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing and why. I'm sure they could tell that he is our first fur-baby so they gave us many helpful tips. They also gave us a new puppy pack which was full of information and a bag of food. The entire staff is so nice and show that they genuinely care. I felt so comfortable with them and Kobi definitely enjoyed all the attention he was getting. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else.

Very patient and helpful staff! They were able to answer all of my concerns. I got a free-first exam with my initial visit. I didn't have a coupon printed (was at work), but they said that they would do it automatically for me when I scheduled my appointment and was on time. I've never seen a clinic be so empathetic when someone has lost their pet. It shows that they care about your pet just as much as when they're passing, as they do when they're alive and well. You can really see that these vets love what they do, and that they love their patients! I will definitely be bringing my cats back to see them! Thank you Dr. Albers!

Horrible service. I was so disappointed with the service in this clinic. I had made an appointment for my dog for 5:30. When I get there at 5:15 they tell me my appointment was for 5. that is not possible because I get out of work at 4:30 and I would have never made an appointment for 5pm. Then I ask if I can still see the doctor, keep in mind is only 15min. The Lady in the front tells me I will be charged if I stay, even though they have a first visit free. They said that if I came back the next day I could get my first visit free but not that day because we were already halfway through the visit. I have never had a vet visit 30min long. so I'm not sure what they were talking about. I politely gave her back the information sheets and walked out. Once out in my car trying to leave there is a car behind me. I hunk my horn and the lady that was coming out of the car made signs with her hands like saying what and then she said very rudely You cant wait? really? they were blocking the whole drive way and there were plenty of parking spots. The lady had a uniform and looked like she worked there. I ended up going to a different Vet West Oaks Animal Hospital and they were wonderful.

Updating my review: Wonderful doctors, but expensive. We took in a stray kitten and we’re trying to get all the tests and vaccinations done with him. incompetent. absolutely rude. i took my pet in today to get a bath & when i picked her up her eyes are red. i ask why and they tell me its stress. i get into the car & she has blood on her eyelid, the inside of her eye has a popped blood vessel & the side of her gums is also bleeding. and no one has any idea why. i ask to speak to a supervisor "Daphne" who says that it is not her problem. she doesn't know how or why it happened. and that i should take my pet to a different location. seriously? what type of manager is this? how do you run a business like this? I insist on having my pet seen immediately by a physician for the error that they made & even that takes forever.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. MY PET HAS BEEN INJURED. MY OTHER DOG HAS BEEN CUT IN HIS GENITALS TWICE ALREADY & I HAVE YET TO EVEN RECEIVE AN APOLOGY. EVERYONE HERE IS INCOMPETENT, I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG MEDICATION, BEEN OVER CHARGED, CHARGED TWICE. THEY CANT EVEN KEEP THE RECORDS UP TO DATE TO KNOW WHICH VACCINES ARE NEEDED.
HIGHLY UPSET WITH THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY A SO CALLED MANAGER WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE FACILITY.
I WOULD HAVE RATHER HAD THEM CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY COULD NOT HANDLE MY PUP RATHER THAN TO HAVE THEM HURT HER. WHEN TELLING DAPHNE THIS ALL SHE RESPONDED WAS THAT A SERVICE BEING PROVIDED, SO BASICALLY SHE DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE $50 DOLLARS, WHICH I WOULD HAVE GLADLY GIVEN TO HER TO NOT SEE MY PUP GO THROUGH WHAT SHE WENT THROUGH. ESPECIALLY AFTER SPECIFICALLY TELLING THE STAFF OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON AT DROP OFF THAT MY PUP WAS A RESCUE PUP THAT SHE HAD BEEN SEVERELY ABUSED. AND THEY ALL ASSURED ME SHE WOULD BE OKAY. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE PHYSICIAN EVEN SHE AGREED THAT IT HER EXPERIENCE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO NEVER HAVE TREATED HER TODAY. SO MY QUESTION IS WHY DID THIS NOT HAPPEN???

Today was our first visit with our new husky fur-baby of 8 weeks. Dr. Albers and tech Raven were amazing! They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing and why. I'm sure they could tell that he is our first fur-baby so they gave us many helpful tips. They also gave us a new puppy pack which was full of information and a bag of food. The entire staff is so nice and show that they genuinely care. I felt so comfortable with them and Kobi definitely enjoyed all the attention he was getting. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else.

Very patient and helpful staff! They were able to answer all of my concerns. I got a free-first exam with my initial visit. I didn't have a coupon printed (was at work), but they said that they would do it automatically for me when I scheduled my appointment and was on time. I've never seen a clinic be so empathetic when someone has lost their pet. It shows that they care about your pet just as much as when they're passing, as they do when they're alive and well. You can really see that these vets love what they do, and that they love their patients! I will definitely be bringing my cats back to see them! Thank you Dr. Albers!

Horrible service. I was so disappointed with the service in this clinic. I had made an appointment for my dog for 5:30. When I get there at 5:15 they tell me my appointment was for 5. that is not possible because I get out of work at 4:30 and I would have never made an appointment for 5pm. Then I ask if I can still see the doctor, keep in mind is only 15min. The Lady in the front tells me I will be charged if I stay, even though they have a first visit free. They said that if I came back the next day I could get my first visit free but not that day because we were already halfway through the visit. I have never had a vet visit 30min long. so I'm not sure what they were talking about. I politely gave her back the information sheets and walked out. Once out in my car trying to leave there is a car behind me. I hunk my horn and the lady that was coming out of the car made signs with her hands like saying what and then she said very rudely You cant wait? really? they were blocking the whole drive way and there were plenty of parking spots. The lady had a uniform and looked like she worked there. I ended up going to a different Vet West Oaks Animal Hospital and they were wonderful.
