Christina was very friendly, polite & knowledgable. Wait time wasn't bad. The handling of my Chihuahua was perfect. Very gentle. All her vaccinations were updated, plus preop dental surgery blood was taken. Dr. Madelyn Redden was very personable, knowledgable & did a very extensive examation of Minnie. My sweet baby Nas was extremely sick and wasn't able to hold any food or water down, he was barely standing on his own and shaking badly. (with the worst gas imaginable too at that) every other animal clinic in Spring turned us down or wanted an astronomical amount of money just for the check up to diagnose the issue. Aldine Westfield animal Hospital got me in the same day and within only 2 hours of my initial panicked phone call. The service was amazing the front desk lady is the sweetest and most helpful! My dog ended up needing a few shots and 2 prescriptions and within a day was back to his normal self. The staff, which has been with her for quite some time as very loving and caring about your animal. I will say that I'm sad to see the clinic not open on the 1/2 day Saturday's like it once was and the prices go up has much as they have. Dr. Fourie and her staff always take care of our pets or anyone else's pets as if they are their own. If your pet has had something out of the ordinary wrong, Dr. Fourie will figure it out! She researches, consults with vets from all around the world, and pursues the answer, and then comes up with a treatment plan that is in the best interest of the animal! My wife and I have been taking our animals there for 20 years.  No matter how difficult the illness or how simply the procedure-Aldine Westfield Animal Hospital is SIMPLY THE BEST!We just had our beloved lab/chow mix pass away at the clinic. She was a patient of Dr. Fourie since she was a rescued puppy.  I can honestly say she was a "super star" at the clinic.  When I got the call from Dr. F. she was very upset and told me that our Sasha had passed away and she was so sorry.  Sasha was everyone's dog at that clinic and she was treated like she was a member of the family whenever she was there. In the almost 14 years she was with us, ALL the people at Aldine Westfield loved her just as much as my wife and I did. This clinic is not just a clinic-they are family. I honestly can't say enough good things about the clinic and the people who work there. Today was my first visit to Aldine Animal Hospital and I can honestly say that it will not be my last. Dr. Anthony Briles was very interested in finding the issue with my dog and didn't waste anytime getting to it. He took his time and even went above and beyond his expectations as a VET GROOMER for my little one that has some issues and needed to be muzzled. His staff was VERY attentive to me and my dog's needs and was very welcoming. Nice to see that there is still a ""down home feel"" vet around. Well worth the trip. Read Less

Dr. Fourie and Dr. Collier have been caring for our cats for more than 10 years now. We have 6 cats now and they have been our vet for several other foster cats. The other two reviews posted are right on point - this hospital is all about caring for animals. Their vet tech staff is also well trained and does an excellent job. This office is well equipped with proper lab equipment, x-ray facilities, and much more. Outside lab work is done quickly - results usually the next day. They also maintain good relationships with other offices and can refer you to Gulf Coast or A&M for special needs. You can find cheaper vets, but not better within a fairly large distance. Spend the extra money and see Dr. Fourie or Dr. Collier. Read Less

I worked for this Animal Hospital when I was a teenager as a vet assistant and have since always reccommended and taken my animals to this Vet. The staff is friendly and all seem to love what they do.. they are not just there for a paycheck. They truly LOVE animals and it shows. The vet herself is a compassionate and loving hearted woman towards animals and there owners. She has a very matter of fact demeanor that is always for what is best for each animal she sees.
