The care provided at this clinic is adequate. If you are looking for a individualized, and informative experience look elsewhere. My dog is well fed, routinely vaccinated, goes to doggy daycare, has her teeth cleaned, and is in great health. Despite this fact, the staff at the clinic repeatedly asked me, "Is this your first dog?" To me this implied they felt that I was not taking care of my pet correctly, which I took great offense to. I do ask a lot of questions because I like to be well informed, but do not consider this to mean I am not correctly caring for my dog.The exam procedure is very impersonal, and ineffective. I brought my dog in for a checkup because she had been having some tummy troubles. The vet tech came in, and I explained the symptoms. She left, communicated them to the vet (I could hear everything going on behind the door), returned and took my dog in the back for the exam. I was not allowed to be present during the routine exam (no blood was being drawn, no tests being done). I have never experienced this at another clinic, and did not like it. After the exam was complete, the vet tech came a told me what they believed the issue was (once again I could here the vet behind the door teller her everything). The vet tech was not able to adequately answer my questions, and the vet was unavailable for questioning. This would be like paying full price to see your primary care physician, and only being able to talk to the nurse! Read Less
