Dr. Swathi is amazing. I have been taking my dog there since I got him, a year ago. She is really kind to my pet. She knows exactly what is going on with my dog when he gets sick. My dog immediately got better after her treatments. They don't overcharge and they always give me an appointment for the same day. One time my dog got a scratch in the eye and I was very impressed in the way she calmed him down. She is such a compassionate person. I'm getting a new dog and I will take it there. Below is the review I originally wrote about two years ago. Today I am officially changing it! The new staff is absolutely horrible and continues to disappoint. Do not get me wrong, the veterinarians are great and helpful! That has not changed. What has changed is the people working at the front desk. It is so hit or miss. One of the techs is amazing... caring, polite, and friendly! Then on the other hand there is one that has zero compassion and is running the desk different than how it ever was before. It has gotten so bad that I am tempted to take my animals some where else. My suggestion to you is to proceed with caution! Original post...At first I was a little nervous after some of the reviews, but my heart goes out to this place! I'm so glad we found them. The staff is full of animal lovers and all care about your fur baby's well being. The vet is a great listener and problem solver. Not there to just make money but to really take care of the animals. Yes... Some of the solutions are expensive, but they work. And if they aren't 100% necessary you will not be pressured into these options. Do some prices make my jaw drop... Yes! The doctor was very concerned about my dog. She said he needed inflammatory medication and some pain medication for his back leg. No breaks and she feels he would do good on Fish oil and other over-the-counter supplements. She also suggestions doing a basic blood work tests to check his liver and heart. I explained he just had those done in the last two year's. I feel with medication and supplements he should be better in no time. Vet was very friendly and knowledgeable. These place is amazing. I called them at 5pm on a Tuesday an hr before they closed to see if the doctor could see my dog. She said they were full with appointments, but if we were close she would squeeze us in. When we got there the staff was super friendly, and for as busy as it was we were seen within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The doctor was an amazing woman and great with our dog. Read Less

Great people, got us right in after our vet closed unexpectedly. We came in to have our dog put down because we were told he had cancer. They didn't pressure us about it, but offered an exam and blood work. Looks like he doesn't have cancer, but Liver enzymes were super high. Offered us an option of medication to try before we put him down. So bought us at least a few more days. Read Less

These people are amazing. Over the last 6 year I have seen post where people have said they had a bad experience with them. Well let me tell you my experience. We have used a different vet 8n Pflugerville for a while now. Yesterday our two dogs (Border Collie and German Shepherd )got into it bad, over a baby skunk. When my husband and I finally got them apart the Border Collie had a puncher on the side of nexk. We called the vet in Pflugerville and they could not work hint until 2:30 today. So we decided to try FM685 vet clinic. On the phone, they said to bring him in asap. My husband and I walked in and the two techs were very friendly. They took really great care with our fur baby. He took right up with them. Then the Doctor came in and she explained everything they were about to do. We had to leave Tyko there. They did the surgery. We stopped in to check on our baby and they let us see him. They did not act as if we were inconvenience. They are awesome to us and Tyko. I believe we will become full time patients of FM685 Vetenarian Clinic. I can't say it enough, they are awesome.Read Less
